> **Cons**: Support is horrific - they left me down and stranded for over a week with chat support not having a clue. &#10;&#10;Slow. &#10;&#10;Doesn’t integrate with accounting software unless you PAY MORE&#10;&#10;Access to app for employees yup. PAY MORE For each one. &#10;&#10;The cloud version is horrific and doesn’t work at all. &#10;&#10;Want to use your lap top at home to do some accounting. Nope. You have to buy a second version so PAY MORE&#10;&#10;Oh and the second license is ALWAYS down and never ever works. So it’s completely unreliable and a waste of money\!  &#10;&#10;This software has potential. But your pay a fortune and it doesn’t do anything more then acuity. &#10;&#10;In fact Acuity gives you unlimited everything for $17 a month and integrates with everything without having to pay. &#10;&#10;I am paying almost $500 Canadian a month. &#10;&#10;To date I have not switched because it’s a huge job. &#10;&#10;But now that you cannot get support and they have no issue leaving you high and dry. I am out.

> **Cons**: they lie they do not provide phone support and the online chat support is not 24/7 it is mon to fri 9 to 5 that is horrible&#10;they lock you out of you acct on the same day if the subscription was not paid - I was waiting on my new cc from bank due to a fraud immediately i was locked out. no access to my information&#10;it take 10 min for online chat person to accept and reply to you conversation

From the scary moments of letting go of your paper appointment book you've been clutching for over 20 years, to the easy transfer of clients, services, inventory all in one place. With all the different features, options and price points it made choosing the right product for my business. I am a forever customer of this product as it gives my clients and myself a great sense of security on day to day activities and appointments.

> **Cons**: There is not much to complain about but the only few things that come to mind is that I (operator) does not get notified if I have any cancelations or changes to my schedule. &#10;Additionally I don't like that I don't have the option to expand the schedule to full screen .&#10;These may all be operator related and I just have to learn these features still
