The invoicing and how it displays your revenue. What's invoiced, what's outstanding to be paid. Easy time tracking. It can be integrated into Asana and other project management applications. > > **Cons**: The cost per seat, get's expensive for the product the bigger the team gets, so then you have to make a bigger decision as to whether or not to move. And the long-winded way to download invoices at the end of the month. There's a lot of features I don't fully use, which is a shame. > > Great, been using it since the start of my business. As a service-based business working across multiple clients and projects, Harvest gives me the visibility I need to understand where our time is being spent and make better decisions around workload, capacity and billing. Invoicing is kept consistent, easy to do, easy to follow up. Harvest has made tracking client work much more efficient. It’s simple to use, easy to review, and saves me from having to piece together time and project information manually. Time tracking is the reason I use it (especially over something like Clockify or Toggl). I wanted something that would make time tracking easier, not create more admin. Harvest does exactly that. It’s clean, intuitive and gives me the information I actually need to manage client work properly, and see my revenue. I use the time tracking reports regularly to review hours, understand how much time we’re spending on different areas of work, and keep an eye on workloads and project profitability. I also use the invoice reports a lot. Being able to quickly see what’s been invoiced, what’s outstanding and where revenue is coming from gives me a much clearer picture of the business. ----- ### "Great\! It's very simple to use and I've been using it for years alongside my business to track time and do my invoicing. It forms professional invoices and makes the process really easy to send to clients.
