Digital Communication Skills

4.0 3 months ago

Comments: It allows professional and compelling communication that makes the interaction almost natural, more favorite than face-to-face communication with geographical limitations of communication channels while enjoying high reliability.

Pros:

Its virtual meeting technology enables high definition both video and audio with very little lag; the integrated webinar allows complex features, for instance, period of time voting, shared screens, and other features of engaging participants.

Cons:

Limited choices are available when it comes to branding the interface of webinars. Jurisdiction over privacy issues related to third-party app integration is complicated. Limited the use of artificial intelligence for measuring the level of participation of attendees in a webinar.

Webex a tool any company must use.

5.0 5 months ago

Comments: the webex suite is really good, it has many instances to use for collaboration and in the enterprise level has a lot to offer, specially for really complex organizations. with different geographical locations.

Pros:

I like that the tools enable us to perform many actions in an efficient way, the Webex space for meetings, calls integrated with outlook calendar makes everything more organized, the details on the events platform of Webex where you can print tickets or use it as a Streaming platform for webinars is awesome.

Cons:

I think the trainings in their WebEx training website should be more didactic, and that the test should be aligned with the content trained.

Webex Suite: Powerful but with Room for Improvement

4.0 3 months ago

Pros:

The thing I enjoyed most about Webex Suite is that it amalgamates all the must-have collaboration tools under one umbrella, from meetings and messaging to calling and webinars. The quality of video and audio, absolutely top-notch, will leave you without any halts even during low-bandwidth situations. Indeed, such features as real-time transcription, background noise cancellation, and AI-driven insights make each and every meeting more productive and less stressful. This includes virtual backgrounds, breakout rooms, and in-meeting reactions. It is quite user-friendly and works rather great across devices on desktop, mobile, or even tablets. Analytics and reporting features also enable tracking of meeting performance, which is also very useful for team leads.

Cons:

While Webex Suite enjoys many great features, there are some things where it fell short. First of all, the user interface, although functional, is tired-looking and not as intuitively designed as other platforms. In certain areas, such as scheduling meetings or sending offers for breakout rooms, it can take up too much time. The experience on the mobile app is less refined than that of the desktop; features are also harder to access, and the performance could be spotty at times. For a small team, such drawbacks could make the price more on the steeper side.

Must needed tool for Training

5.0 last year

Comments: Overall, I am a huge fan and my job relies heavily on this application. Even with some of the pros ive listed, there are workarounds to fix the issue.

Pros:

I have used this tool for over 5 years and its something I use every day for work. Its great for training classes, remote or onsite in a classroom. It keeps the class engaged, they can share screens and learn from hands on practices, and can work together in smaller groups which is great for learning activities. The whiteboard feature is helpful for notes and announcements, keeping the class on track. And everything from the session can be saved for later review or to send to a learner that was absent. Everyone is on the same call and it makes it easy for the trainer to watch participation levels and call on learners to read or answer questions. Its a must need for corporate training. The trainer can even share a view of their webex to demo how it works and what fucntions are available to use.

Cons:

For those who have little to no computer experience, it can be difficult for them to navigate and understand what buttons do what, especially when taking control and screen sharing. Breakout sessions can be finicky because they will mess up if the users arent dialed in correctly or if the call drops from the host.
