"We love using it. Support is great"

Pros: It's been reliable from day one. Simple interface that we can train most people on. Although I am the only user right now. Love the inventory feature.

Cons: We will be moving to virtual offices soon and I use a Chromebook. So we'll have our tech team figure out an easy way for me to be able to use it.

"I have been using this product for over 12 years and have never had major issues,"

Pros: It is quite easy to understand. it is used through Windows and not just through Dos. I haven't used all the features but I'm sure that will come in due time.

Cons: The fact that you can't add characters as you need them, also the fact that because we have custom programing we cam only keep 3 years of logs which I would need more then that.
