> **Pros**: The PeopleCloud Android application is one of my preferences. Instead of using my workstation, I may request time off, browse the directories, and modify my info. In addition, I can also check in and out of work using the smartphone app's new time and attendance tool, which further adds to the application's usefulness.

> **Cons**: Deployment might be lengthy and a bit unorganized. It's a nuisance when attempting to update the data since it locks up, and you'll have to quit and reconnect.

> **Pros**: Estoy encantada con la plataforma, porque puedo organizar y atender mucho más procesos de RRHH que cuando no lo tenía implementado, me ha dado la oportunidad de tener documentado de forma muy objetiva el seguimiento de cada colaborador, su expediente, su trayectoria, sus evaluaciones de desempeño, evaluación 360 que al estar sistematizado te vas directo al análisis de la información y realizar un plan de acción en la mejora de cada colaborador. Su autogestión para evitar preguntas comunes que ellos mismos pueden resolver como los días de vacaciones o solicitar una carta constancia. La encuesta de clima laboral y los cuestionarios de la Nom 035 han sido muy sencillo de aplicar para dar el seguimiento, la publicación de vacantes en el modulo de reclutamiento me han llegado muchos candidatos para dar un seguimiento. He podido abarcar muchos más procesos del personal que antes no llegaba, sobre todo porque no somos muchos en el departamento y me ha dado la posibilidad de enfocar los esfuerzos, sin estar tanto en la operación como capturar resultados en un archivo. Soy muy feliz con People Cloud.

> **Pros**: Tener la facilidad de lanzar vacantes, gestionarlas, aplicar evaluaciones y dar seguimiento, todo en un solo software es lo mejor de PeopleCloud. Las bolsas de trabajo y redes hacen un mayor contacto con el publico. Ya no tengo que pagar más, ni entrar a otro lugar, todo lo tengo con People.

> **Cons**: No veo funcional el módulo de nómina, no le encuentro un fin hasta el día de hoy. Me encantaría se pudiera utilizar para hacer presupuestos, cargar básicos de nómina para tener un registro por mes y así poder analizar platilla de manera mensual para jugar con el costo. Eso me facilitaría mucho mi trabajo.
