> **Pros**: The hands-on support and white glove service is amazing. I have had any questions or concern answered immediately. The product itself is fantastic as well, and we have had no issues with it as a white label app for our customers. Price can't be beat in this space as well.

> **Cons**: • No way to disable automatically checking for software updates in the desktop apps. Upon launching, the Ringotel application automatically checks for updates and prompts the user to install or ignore.

• No way to disable software updates or force specific software versioning via the shell admin cloud portal. Would be nice to be able to prevent updating to newer versions,  so that we are able to test new versions to ensure that they are bug free before our customers are allowed to update. It would be even better to force a specific version, so that in case the customer has any issues with newer version, we can force them to use a known-working previous version.
