A Whole New (360) World

Comments: Ease of use and effective for what I needed it to do.

Pros:

TogoTiki has shown me the world, shining shimmering splendid. The application of the site are endless. There are obvious use cases like realtors showing off houses or giving a 360 degree preview of a cool event space. With the text overlay feature I think it works great for teaching 2nd languages by showing the words in real spaces. The thing that I loved the most is the sites flexibility.

Cons:

Initially, I thought that overlay buttons were a little basic, however after contacting the TogoTiki team they listened and have made the changes. It seems as the team is ready to listen and make the workflow seamless for all of us.

Amazing interactive 360 video adventurs

Comments: Ecelent fast responce on setting up my iser and site and hellp navagating the software with video tutorials - A+ for myself and coe workers

Pros:

You can use 360 images and videos, tradital 2d videos as images, hot spots top move around and chose your own adventure. You can move through buidings and rooms and whole campuses, parks and museums. Quality of video and still images remain hight quality

Cons:

Landing page options could be enhanced with more cells to work in. top image could be an image or a video and not be a scene - would like an image carousel

Best tool for Video tour.

Pros:

Enhanced user experience and easy to use. Professional client support.

Need to upgrade the next level UI/UX experience

Design. The design for the clients are not futuristic. The scene url design also is not that great.

Sleek design. More features in our site compared to other options in similar price range. Videos run smooth on the website. Staff is quick to respond to concerns or bugs.

Cons:

Our modules are housed in the website so we cannot move them when the contract is up. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] inputs most of the data, he would be able to name more specific issues than I.

3D Tour Use

Comments: We have had nothing short of an amazing experience with TogoTiki. The staff is very helpful and the software is easy to use.

Pros:

We have a company that uses this software mostly for 3D tours of our apartments we are renting. Tenants are able to see the 3D tours made of our units on our website. It helps them see the apartment all online and get an idea of the floor plan prior to scheduling an in-person showing.

Cons:

Some software glitches have occurred with use, but the customer support has been amazing and very willing to troubleshoot any issues immediately. They also are available to answer any questions.

TogoTiki - The best media hosting for 360 content.

Comments: The overall experience has been good. They are a new company and they have some nuances to figure out but I can see this software helping a lot of business owners show off their media in a smarter way.

Pros:

Functionality. TogoTiki keeps the users in mind when developing their web app. I can host my 360 content through my business webpage. Unlike other services that allow this, I am able to create and share virtual tours that enable the viewer to jump from regular video to 360 video and photos seamlessly. The team regularly updates features and listens to user feedback.

Cons:

The software is missing a feature when it comes to aligning Overlay Buttons on Scenes. My suggestion was to add a transparent grid to use as a guide. Fortunately, I contacted the team and alerted them of this issue. The support team said they are working on it.

Virtual Tour and Program Creation

Comments: Great experience and I really appreciated how hard TogoTiki worked to accommodate my workplace and support us in creating our virtual tour. We could not have completed the tour without their assistance and I really appreciate how easy the software was to use.

Pros:

Easy to use and once you have the files you need uploaded, the virtual tour is quick to create. Easy link to embed your tour into a preexisting website. Customer service is amazing!

Cons:

Being able to have multiple choice style questions for picture and video would be great.

The product is very easy to use and has a multitude of different tools for everything ranging from hotspots to 2D photo/video layering to HTML support.

Cons:

I think the tools for interactive buttons could be expanded, specifically a way to control the direct resolution/pixel count of each box.

Easy virtual tour

Pros:

Scene management is very easy and the interact video is one of the greatest features in this product. We can design this for different purpose. We can create a virtual exhibition very close to the real one, so that user can get real feel to move around, stay and watch more etc

Cons:

It will be good to provide a mobile app in both IOS and android for end users

Great all-in-one

Comments: Great team to work with

Pros:

It replaces a lot of the other softwares and allows for better CTAs with the hotspot links

Cons:

It would be nice if it were cheaper, but it's priced pretty fairly considering the other softwares it replaces.
