> **Cons**: Everything….. the inconsistency and lack of transparency with their back end team made me want to run the other way so fast

> Absolute worst company I have ever done business with. In the matter of two weeks I worked with them they had two reps quit which provided confusion to me as a customer. Also they have many hidden fees that you find out after you pay your main subscription. Do yourself a favour and go with a reputable PM software. DoorLoop is too new and it’s a bunch of kids running around not knowing or understanding how to operate. And don’t even get me started on their customer service and support

The trainers, who work from home, frequently encountered poor internet connectivity, consuming half of the allotted training time (one hour) to resolve their issues. The onboarding process was cumbersome and required multiple attempts, eventually leading me to handle it myself. I was also not informed about the additional fee for a merchant account necessary for rent collection, which was one of the primary reasons I purchased the software. Upon realizing the cost, I found several other services offering more features at a much lower price. When I decided to cancel the service within 60 days of starting, I was denied a refund. Despite paying for a full year, I only used the service for less than 60 days, leaving me feeling unfairly treated.
