> **Pros**: Customer support, simplicity, no contract, affordability, and fast processing and claim turnaround. When CHC crashed and nearly burned down the healthcare industry, OA/PM was our saving grace because it kept our cash flowing. Would like to assign 4.5 stars, but not an option.

> **Cons**: The way the excel reports download requiring a number of irritating excel functions to allow one to sort and filter reports to pinpoint indices we'd like to look at, and also some of the limited filter options on some of the reports. Reporting (and a few other items: no efax, auto posting a bit cumbersome) is the only reason this is 4 stars and not 5.

> I really like OA/PM and have been promoting it to small provider practices for at least the past 20 years. I have always had positive customer support services, and it is one of the easiest systems to train end user to use.

> **Cons**: Several times a payment has shown up in my checking account, but the info does not show up on the accounting page, so I can’t identify which patient to credit the payment to.

> Overall good, but the problem I mentioned above is very frustrating and time consuming. Staff sometimes less helpful than other times.
