Comments: Overall experience is good

Pros:

This service is easy to use therefore it is recommended for novice drop shippers. Item lister is excellent that's what I use every day.

Cons:

Order fulfillment has to improve. And item price monitoring and stock monitoring need more improvement and has to be reliable and more robust.

GREAT SUPPORT

Comments: So far so good, I think I can recommend it to anyone.

Pros:

At first, I was greatly impressed by customer support and their attentiveness, trying to clear all questions asked in-depth and to the client's full understanding. Then I was impressed with the features and even more with the honesty of the agents which presented not only the advantages but the challenges too.

Cons:

It's great so far, will have more to share in a few months.

AutoDS Exposed: The Scam You Can't Afford to Fall For

Comments: AutoDS, the ultimate tool for fooling unsuspecting individuals. With its absurdly low maintenance and a plethora of nonsensical features, AutoDS takes the cake for being utterly useless. Don't be fooled by their flashy YouTube videos showcasing the supposed beauty of their software—it's all smoke and mirrors. AutoDS wasn't created to benefit you; it was designed to line the pockets of its greedy creators. Thinking of using AutoDS with eBay? Think again. Prepare for your eBay account to be flagged faster than you can say "scam." Say goodbye to smooth sailing because you'll constantly battle issues like failed image uploads and botched product descriptions. If you cherish your eBay account, steer clear of our so-called "ideas." And let's not forget about their shady tactics on Trustpilot. They resort to hacking the system by inundating it with fake 5-star reviews, all while juggling multiple accounts. As for their nonexistent customer support, don't hold your breath for a timely response to your emails—they're too busy laughing all the way to the bank. So, if you enjoy wasting time and money on subpar software with zero support, by all means, give AutoDS a try. But if you value your sanity and your business, run far, far away from this debacle of a service.

It's constantly crashing and malfunctioning, leaving you to deal with the fallout while your business suffers.

AUTODS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Comments: So far so good. A little overwhelming and a lot of reading.

Pros:

The customer service provided was great. I use their Chat tool and the agent on the other side was very patient and responded to all my questions. Furthermore she went the extramile and provide images, and links, and provided the explanation and support I needed. GREAT JOB, GUYS!

Cons:

The tools has a couple o glitches that it did not allow me to change the price of the sourced product which is capture automatically when passing the information from the side. When set higher than the real price, it does not allow you to list the product. I learned that you can increase the potential loses when setting the order prices. which is workaround mechanism but not perfect. They should have and override button that allows you to correct the number passed to the system. Also something that I did not like was the price of the automation feature.. If you want to use automation, you have to pay 5% of your sales... which is horrible. Imaging if you make a $100 sale to earn $10 , you will need to paid 5% of your sale, that means $5 dollar... That is crazy! Now if the 5% is on the profit...then it would be 5% of $10 that is $0.50 which it will be ok. But 5% of the sale is crazy and big NO NO.. I thing this policy must be revised. They should know that other software companies offer the same automation for free. Can anyone confirm if I understood it correcly? So I guest that I will use the manual approach.

AutoDS is very useful and easy to use!

Comments: AutoDS has definitely made my start with dropshipping much simpler and easier.

Pros:

The ease of adding products to my store, fulfilling orders and managing my store.

Cons:

I find the pricing and fees a little bit confusing (for my products), I will need to study this a bit more.

Free Trial $1 turned to $800+ in annual fees

Comments: Being a naive tiktok watcher I decided to check out dropshipping as a second income. After signing up for the free trial I felt confident to look around to see what was offered, following the instructions of a guide to make sure i was setting everything up right for my dropshipping store tk be created.
The only email i received for my subscription to their services was the free trial. So when paypal started showing charges for annual subscriptions totalling over $800 CAD. I panicked and scrambled to take everything down as fast as I could.
I contacted everyone. AutoDS and paypal to try to get the charges cancelled or refunded for something I never wanted. All thw while still only having an agreement in my possession of the free trial.
Because i contacted everyone, AutoDS could only refund one transaction, minus 15%. Losing me about $70 CAD with one charge. While paypal closed the case after I could not provide the agreement for the other, since I only had the free trial agreement. $520 CAD, from one charge, I am having to pay for something I did not end up using at all.
AutoDS is refusing to help me get anything from it back, since I cannot provide paypal with an agreement. I would strongly suggest to anyone thinking about trying AutoDS to not connect anything to it. A few hours and you could be out $800+ with no way to help yourself out of it.
And the saddest thing, is begging a company to do the same as they did with the other charge and take 15%. 15% is more than one month, when it was merely hours, before running as far away from their site as I could.
I feel scammed.

Never got the chance to use it long enough before being charged obscene amounts for annual charges with no notification of the change in my plan.

The friendly staff. Every time I have a question or many, they go out of their way to explain and provide links and solve issues.

Cons:

A bit more complicated than they make it sound on the advertising and the videos there is actually a little learning curve

Comments: my overall experience with AutoDS is amazing. their integration process is streamlined, their customer support is next level, and they are always ready to help you grow your business.

AutoDs is a stop integration for my dropshipping business. because it supports big marketplaces to drop ship and big suppliers to import products from their websites. and second, their AutoDS fulfillment service is next-level to grow our dropshipping business.

Cons:

everything is on point for the dropshipping business with AutoDS, but one thing I want to add is there is much price difference to connect our marketplace store, for the eBay store their price is on point but while we need to connect our Amazon store then their price is high. so that is the cons for me as a drop shipper to work with AutoDS. if possible you need to work on this point.

Half-baked, VERY buggy software, exceptionally terrible customer support

Comments: The tool is lackluster, buggy, overall a disappointment but okay whatever I would move on - the ONLY reason I am reviewing this tool at all is because I cancelled before the trial ended, my account was terminated (can no longer login) but AutoDS keeps charging me. When I contacted them about it I got rude customer service that quoted their "policies" as an excuse for fraudulently charging my card after cancellation. When I informed them I had cancelled they continued to be rude, dismissive, and claim my account was still active even though I can't login. This behavior reflects the value they place on their customers. For this reason alone, even if the tool was great, I would NEVER use AutoDS. If you want to place your credit card details into a site that will keep charging after cancellation this is the tool for you.

Pros:

Honestly, there was nothing about this software that stood out or was great. Even other mediocre tools do a better job.

Cons:

Almost every feature is buggy. Most features feel like they are in beta and not ready for the public. Their supposed product research tool is a joke and essentially worthless. Lister builder is okay but lacks in so many ways. It feels like it was made by somebody who has never dropshipped before.

Below my expectation

Comments: I am shocked, the videos they are sharing on their you tube is promising you everything. I paid over $800 and I am still struggling in many things. 1. It is not importing all product I add in AutoDS to Amazon. it imports some it doesn't some. I have contacted customer service twice, and they kept telling me they are working on it. No solution yet. 2. If you pay over $800 billed annually, they said it will be fully automated, but for every order I have to put the customer information and address. Otherwise it will keep showing an error. 3. If you use Ali express for dropshipping, in many cases the price you see on AliExpress may not be the same after you import the product. 4. The live chat support is not live most of the time. If you need an urgent support, there is no way you can get it. After charging you a lot of money having this poor customer service is unfair. In general this software is a way below my expectation. I don't think they deliver their promises at all.

Product research is laughable. I am shocked they even have that feature as a product research tool, and it is a joke.

Worse experience ever

Pros:

When it was working it was ok. But after it broke, it was not even able to be used.

Cons:

The absolute worst service imaginable. Firstly the connection randomly stopped from eBay, all my products removed and orders can’t be fulfilled. Ending up having to refund a heap of orders. Their support is useless, they DO NOT CARE. It’s been 2 weeks for them to ‘fix’ the issue and yet it’s still not fixed. All I get is “wait a little longer”. They then just ignore you. Or palm the issues off and say “we’ve escalated it for you”. How many times do you need to escalate it? Ridiculous. Use a different software with capable developers and support team.

My experince with AutoDS,

Comments: The App is great and the staffs are very quick in responding to inquiries.[sensitive content hidden] was extremely swift in responding to my doubts ,she actually break everthing down for me ,i'm very happy.I will recommend more people to use this App if they are strugglying with on line business.

The App has all the necessary tools to help stand out within a record time.

At the moment honestly there is nothing i like least about this App.

All-in-One Dropshipping Software

Pros:

Features of importing products, monitoring prices and stock, as well as processing orders automatically. The tutorials, live Q&As and interviews are especially useful for new dropshippers.

Cons:

List of supported suppliers could be improved. Eg. SaleYee, HyperSKU, etc.

Customer representatives are very helpful and product loading, product profit and stock tracking are great.

Cons:

It would be nice if automatic product shipping was included in the monthly fee.

Be careful, they charge for ads for everything.

Easy to use and install on WP, it has a great interface.

Cons:

The product stock isn't updating. It displays products without reviews. They charge for everything, so one needs to be cautious as they might charge without providing a refund. The only offer they give is store credit to spend on their products.

New to Auto DS

Comments: Absolutely fantastic software and great staff and customer service to back it up , i spoke with [sensitive content hidden] on web chat and she was absolutely magic. All my issues were resolved, couldnt not praise her enough :)

Pros:

The fact you can make changes in auto ds and it can automatically change all your listings at once.

Cons:

a bit tricky setting up in the beginning but once set you will be loving life

My opinion

Comments: I would not recommend them to anyone. When issues with orders come up, they ghost you and tell you theres nothing they can do.

Pros:

Ease of use, easy to import products. Quick responses to emails

Cons:

Customer service. Had an issue with a customers order being cancelled. Inquired as to why and was told i have to contact the supplier myself as they have nothing to do with that. Unable to tell me why it was cancelled.

Best Drop-shipping software out there

Comments: I will give my overall experience an 8.5. It's an amazing website.

Nothing. I love that they actively reach out. So I really have nothing to say in this regard.

Unauthorized Transaction

Pros:

It seemed like it was easy at first, but it wasn't.

Cons:

I signed up for an AutoDS account. However, instead of a free 14-day trial, my card was automatically charged around $80, which was not was I had authorized. I expect a full refund, especially since I have not even reached the end of my 14-day trial period, and I have canceled my account. I expect to be fully reimbursed for any fraudulent charges and I expect to be contacted when this refund occurs.

AutoDS Issue Resolve and Overall Product Quality
