The first is that Snagit does NOT remember where I have JUST opened the file to edit. So I often blindly save the file back only to discover that it has been saved into a completely different folder. This should be simple. If I have JUST opened an image from folder "X", then surely I want the new image I have just worked on also saved into folder "X"?? The second issue is that if you are saving the image in Snagit (as a JPEG as an example) , it will ALWAYS add an extra extension int he name.
