I’ve used it mainly for real estate lead generation and it does the core job well — loading lists, dialing fast, and letting you move through a lot of contacts in a short period of time. The interface is pretty straightforward compared to some other dialers that feel overly complicated. You can train someone on it fairly quickly. I also like the triple-line dialer because it keeps the pace moving and helps you stay in a rhythm when you’re calling a lot of leads. Another thing I liked is that Mojo is pretty widely used in the real estate space, so there are a lot of tutorials and people familiar with it if you ever need help figuring something out. Overall it’s a solid tool if your goal is simple: upload lists and make a lot of calls. > > **Cons**: The biggest issue I ran into was dialing reliability and call flow. Sometimes it felt like the dialer would skip numbers or the pacing wasn’t always consistent. When you’re trying to make hundreds of calls in a session, that stuff matters. Another limitation is the phone number setup. You’re somewhat limited with how numbers are managed, and compared to some newer dialers, the flexibility with rotating numbers or advanced outbound setups isn’t as strong.
