> **Cons**: From a Marketing standpoint, you can only view stuff for your neighborhood if you are registered. As a marketer, I can not see neighborhood posts unless they tag the company name.

> As a marketer, I find Nextdoor to be okay overall, but the reporting tools are frustrating. The biggest drawback is the inability to access data beyond 30 days, which makes it difficult to track long-term performance or compare campaigns over time. I value the local reach of the platform, but the lack of flexible reporting makes optimization more of a hassle than it should be.

> I used to enjoy the app in the city of Henderson,NV the Inspirada Neighborhood. I had no problems with the moderators. In the city of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina I'm on my 5th Suspension. I believe there is one moderator with HER radar on me, and swinging her rent a cop stick for all to feel. I've asked each time for feedback to get info on what I'm doing to break the rules, I get nothing. My hope fo not r this app is that it fails soon as it seems it won't take suggestions to improve.

> **Pros**: I use this product in two different formats. Personally, I like that I can stay connected to events and announcements within my own neighborhood. On the work side, I am able to broadcast messages and announcements out to a specific geographical area.

> **Cons**: 1) The general search capabilities. At times, it is impossible to locate older entries, even after viewing them minutes before.&#10;&#10;2) The users of Nextdoor can be quite ridiculous. Leaving responses open on posts can be quite the headache.

> I’ve been a user for quite some time and will continue to utilize the program going forward. I haven’t seen a ton of advancement with the program. My biggest concern is those who use and abuse the platform, which is no different than any other type of social media platform.
