> We just downloaded the free trial and were working after about one hour. We downloaded the empty template for Company and Contacts, which we filled in from our existing spreadsheet. This is a relational model so we imported first Company then Contacts and all fit well. Since then our sales people have used it successfully for new prospects and existing contacts. We have not yet been able to create a pipeline that meets our needs. The online seminars and occasional emails from the company were extremely useful.
