About Airmeet
Stop hosting events. Start hosting event EXPERIENCES. Airmeet helps you deliver event experiences attendees will remember forever.
I love the variety of events that you can organize on this platform (webinars, workshops, conferences), the pricing policy that you only pay for those who attend the event, not for those who register.

The next best things to an actual in-person conference or exhibition
Comments: Overall, we would not have been able to do 5 virtual events with global audiences without Airmeet. It is relatively easy to set up an event and market it and their support is absolutely amazing.
Pros:
The overall experience is next to great. As a participant, it is easy to navigate and quite intuitive. As an event organizer, it has the features and capabilities to substitute in-person events to the closest degree. I like the ability to present parallel presentations (on the paid plans) and the exhibition feature is outstanding. The social lounge is a great way to encourage participation from attendees when they are not attending any sessions. Finally, their support (especially the 24/7 lounge) is great and on one occasion, they even set up a meeting with their product manager and team leader to sort out an issue that I had with attendee registration.
Cons:
I would like the ability to better control or customize the reminders that are being sent to attendees prior to the events. Currently, it is a generic message sent by Airmeet and it would be nice to have some customization. Also, the part where you add or upload your own list of attendees is a bit cumbersome and confusing and requires you to turn off something in the settings when the lists ie being uploaded and then turn it back on again later.
A complete virtual experience of organizing and participating in events
Comments: We had an almost-perfect experience with Airmeet, with only minor hiccups. Airmeet helped us scale up and grow way faster than we could have, especially with our financial limitation. It was essential for our organisation to do something on a larger scale and Airmeet was the right solution for us, providing us with everything we would need. The experience that Airmeet creates is really different from its competitors and set us apart. It really seems that the organisers are working hard to create a better experience for their participants rather than simply joining a zoom call. Attendees are more-often than not fascinated by the new and comprehensive experience and elated by the same and credit the organisers for their hard work of hosting such an event while on the organisers' side, it is a seamless experience to host any such event on Airmeet.
Pros:
Airmeet offers multiple impactful and extremely useful features, that were missing from the real-world experience, for the organizing teams, such as, differentiating, organizers from attendees, providing a separate backstage feature, for the hosts and speakers to interact with each other. Also, setting up a webinar or multiple webinars is a seamless experience and is really effortless. The social(networking) lounge is one of the best features of Airmeet as it genuinely provides a real-life feel amongst participants of discussing what is being talked about and having small talks and note-sharing, etc. Also, the feature to host a complete event consisting of multiple sessions and multiple speakers is really wholesome and comprehensive. Airmeet also allows for easy streaming features. You can even schedule your streams. They allow you to record your sessions for free. One of the biggest pros of AirMeet is the sheer amount of free features. It really helps small organisations and businesses with limited funds to scale up and grow.
Cons:
The onboarding journey should be a little more explanatory, especially for the participants/attendees. We have often had our attendees say that it would have been a lot better if they understood the platform completely and how to make the most of each of the features that are present on the platform. Another feature, the chat feels a little out of norms as it does not support some habitual typing such as changing of lines and private messaging amongst attendees and participants. Also, for the organisers and speakers, Airmeet might seem like too much and a little too complex at first sight with too many features and a confused feeling.
Learning
Comments: Some good, some bad experiences.
Pros:
Options for presentations and networking
Cons:
Difficulty in access and staying on once in the venue. Have been blocked, lost, unable to get back on the venue, VERY frustrating.

Airmeet Review | 6 Months of Usage
Comments: The overall experience has been phenomenal. We used to do a lot of offline meetups and with this pandemic kicking in, it became really difficult for us to replicate that experience for our users. Airmeet came in as a blessing!
Pros:
Though there are several features to talk about in Airmeet, I love the following ones: - Virtual tables to enable networking (the real essence of a meetup) - Global automatic mute when the session starts (unlike other platforms where users can unmute themselves) - Raise hand: This feature allows us to sort the questions from the audience perfectly!
Cons:
Currently, there is only one con and I'm sure it'll be fixed soon. - In the current setup, unlike other products, the speaker/guest doesn't get to see anyone on the screen while talking/presenting. This makes them feel like talking to the mirror:/
Choose Airmeet for a better presentation
Comments: My overall experience with Airmeet was amazing. For the very first time in my life, I did an international event calling the highest post professional from a foreign country. I used Airmeet on that platform. The program still has its vibe in my market. People can not forget the classiness of the program
Pros:
The user interface of airmeet is advanced and looks very elegant. Audience gets the deal when they see it at the first glance. It looks classy and audience automatically bear in mind that the program will also be classy. It help for my reputation growth and I like it.
Cons:
There is nothing that I would not like accept the pricing. There should be a separate portion of pricing for non profit and student accounts

Incredible Service at Free Level
Pros:
I appreciate the ability to get everyone in the 'room' and still allow them to move about autonomously. I enjoy the three different chat functions (DM, Table Chat, Everyone in the Room) and reactions feature when someone is onstage. I truly appreciate the 'Backstage' function, which acts as a virtual green room and the countdown to when it goes live. Airmeet also provides wonderful customer support!
Cons:
Not too often, but occasionally there will be someone on our team or an attendee who cannot gain access to all the features or sit at a table. Sometimes the countdown to when we go live is not accurate and it takes a bit longer. I wish it was possible to change the number of tables in the room after the Airmeet has already been set up.

Airmeet has enabled engaging virtual networking experience
Pros:
We have been using Airmeet for a bit for the reason it has allow us to create a more organic networking experience for our virtual events. The tables and speed networking session are amazing to use.
Cons:
Setting up an even like inviting speaker seem quite hassled and we can't show view of all our participants like zoom.

A very good product for webinars and live events
Comments: Overall. A great product.
Pros:
There's no need for an airmeet app for the desktop version as it's accessible on the web browser. This reduces a ton of friction.
Cons:
Learning curve can be a little steep mainly for new users

Lovely product but our community found it too complicated to use
Comments: Our needs were simple. The product was feature-rich. Our community was used to Zoom and want the simplicity Zoom provided. They did not want to sign up for another product. Ultimately, we listened to them and reverted back to Zoom.
Pros:
A feature-rich product. The free tier was more than adequate for us.
Cons:
Unfortunately, Techcelerate [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] community found it too complex to use. This resulted in us reverting back to Zoom and paying for it.

Airmeet for hackathons
Pros:
Airmeet is a really useful software whose features can be leveraged to a great extent for online hackathons. Its speed-networking feature, lounge, stage with backdrop, online recording storage, real time chat are very useful. It also has a place where one can list the event sponsors also. One can also give the Mike to a person who is in the audience through the raise hand feature. The backstage offers a very comfortable and easily managable experience.
Cons:
Airmeet requires very good internet connection in most cases. It requires really high bandwidth sometimes even in the ite mode. Though the UI is very good, the ux is a bit complicated for new users to get habituated. The mobile app can be improved .
Most Real Life Virtual Platform
Comments: Airmeet has surpassed our expectations. We use Airmeet for networking events and career fairs. Each booth is a virtual table in the social lounge. We've had so many ask about it and want to use Airmeet for their events.
Pros:
What I like most about Airmeet is the ease in setting up the events and the user-friendly interface. We have used the platform for career events and fairs. Each booth has their own virtual table. Overwhelmingly we have received very positive feedback from employers and students in that the social lounge really makes the event feel like an in-person career fair as much as possible in the virtual setting.
Cons:
1. Not being able to see full profiles of attendees. Allow full participant profiles to be viewable by attendees with the ability to add a LinkedIn url or resume. 2. Not having the ability to share pdfs or resumes at virtual tables. Allow pdfs (such as resumes) to be shared in direct messages or table chats. 3. Not being able to pin messages in the chat window. Allowing the option to pin a message at a virtual table would allow anyone who visits the table to view the message without having to repeat it in the table chat when someone new joins. 4. Small table chat window. Make the table chat window larger or add it to the side of the video screen. 5. Not being able to blur your background. Allow blurred or digital video backgrounds. 6. Not being able to customize the registration fields.

Airmeet feedback
Comments: Our virtual events has improve a lot, bringing more attendees to them. Currently is part of our brand strategy.
Pros:
Teh Conference format with parallel sessions considering the pricing is the most important
Cons:
The possibility to set the presenter background is something lack if comparing to Zoom for example. In addition, if Airmeet provides recording of the Virtual Table we may have a way to promote breakout groups and one of them with the ability to all the attendees (students) participate in a more interactive and fluid way without need to hands up to speak.

Even I can use it
Comments: It's a wonderful way to get the doulas that I train across the country and the globe to get together quarterly. They love the speed networking and the social lounge and the ease of presenting their work. It is helping the community to come together and support one another. It is doing everything that I need.
Pros:
I love how easy Airmeet is to learn and to use. I don't consider myself to be fabulous with tech, but this makes me feel like a tech genius.
Cons:
I struggled to easily end an airmeet, but I suppose that's just practice. Finding my way around more.
Modern all-in-one tool for meetings and virtual events
Comments: I use Airmeet for 1on1 and group video meetings as well as small virtual events. So far I'm very happy with my experience as the organizer and the people that joined all found this platform refreshing. They love it. In one way it's familiar because it's similar to other platforms, but in other ways it's new and exciting. I noticed there's more interaction and engagement among attendees and presenters, which is a big thing for these online events. Looking forward to keep using Airmeet.
Pros:
Airmeet stands out because of the easy of use and the features that make this an interactive virtual events platform. I like the social networking feature that allows attendees (and hosts) to join virtual tables before the session(s), during breaks and after. Very nice, just like in the real world when you attend larger events and want to get to know the other attendees.
Cons:
I haven't found anything that I didn't like. For the future, I'd like to have extra options to stream my events. I know Airmeet is constantly working on improvements and new features as I noticed they actually listen to customer feedback and do something with it. I find this very important for a software company.
Airmeet is provides the world class virtual event experience
Comments: It was very good engagement with Airmeet platform. Their customer support is super fast.
Pros:
Real engagement and best-in-class interactions
Cons:
Airmeet team is very passionate towards listening to feedbacks. Most least liking stuff they fix it before next event.

THE platform for any type of online event – from intimate to massive
Pros:
When it comes to letting users host online events, Airmeet does several things, and does them very well! The one thing I like the most about the platform is the user experience it creates for the participants of an online event – both attendees and speakers. Having organized virtual summits in the past, I know that it can be quite challenging, sometimes, to get closer to recreating an experience that's similar to that of a face-to-face event, but Airmeet excels at it. I love the fact that attendees can engage with speakers – through features such as live chat, polls, reactions (with emojis), direct messages, as well as directly from the stage! Plus, there's the Airmeet smartphone app, which means that people can join you even through their mobile device. And since content is a good part of creating a memorable experience for the attendees of your virtual event, you'll be glad to hear that Airmeet also gives you quite a lot of power when it comes to "controlling the stage": you can hide/unhide participants, enable/disable reactions and polls, change your video & audio setting, add closed captions, and change the resolution of your live streams.
Cons:
There are some small things I'd change about Airmeet. For example, if you'd like to host an event as yourself, you won't be able to do it unless you add yourself as both the host and a speaker... this sounds a little strange, because it almost seems as if you are two different people. Sure, this isn't the end of the world but it's one of the couple of things Airmeet has that slightly add friction to the process for creating virtual events.
Aimeet is the future of onlive big events
Comments: Airmeet helped me go from local to international in a very short time with a very limited investment. Airmeet also helped softly manage the remote working condition since the covid. I have subscribed to an annual account and it is now my virtual office to.
Pros:
All of it, it is user friendly , great design, and has all needed features. It is an all in one user friendly software. For me it is a "coup de coeur". The Airmeet platform have had a huge impact on my business.
Cons:
The fact that for now it is only fully operational on computer but i am sure that in the near future the airmeet team will make it work on mobiles. I can not wait for that :)
Airmeet is a Great Tool & Responsive & Innovative
Comments: We benefit from the aesthetics and the experience we want to provide our customers. We love the breakout features and how different it is from Zoom or other tools used for webinars type settings. Airmeet is dynamic and has a brand of uniqueness and fun. That's our brand and what we like to represent.
Pros:
Airmeet meets our goals for hosting events from an aesthetic viewpoint. The features I love are: raise hands and the way that the person is brought on stage, availability of the stage always in eyesight when sharing documents or videos, the recording availability, and much more. We use the Meetup version. Also, we love the 24 hours tech and customer service.
Cons:
There are some minor issues with the setup of teams, for example, the tech team has to delete team setups if you make a mistake adding a person. It is not easy to undo the email of that team person, but they get right on it.
Really good online convention software.
Pros:
Ability to run convention sized events complete with networking tables and hallway chat feature.
Cons:
Mobile chat function not working and inability to come on stage in mobile. No integration with event software like meetup or eventbrite. Users have to reregister.

Airmeet review
Comments: I love Airmeet, especially since the developers continue to work at improving the platform. Great experience and clients have been impressed with it.
Pros:
- 24/7 live customer support - continuous update/upgrades making the product increasingly valuable and improving the attendee experience - easy to set up an event - easy to navigate - social lounge is awesome
Cons:
- no way for speakers to see participants while speaking - unable to set up sessions with the social lounge. Sessions can only be set up with speakers. Please consider that some users use the social lounge for activities and planned discussions as opposed to only networking, so it would be helpful to indicate this in the schedule.
Alternatives Considered:
Great and low-cost alternative to Zoom
Comments: There are loads of conference platforms competing for this space, but Airmeet is competitively priced, robust and has good features. The 24/7 help lounge is a real customer service plus.
Pros:
Like all platforms a little time is required for familiarisation, but Airmeet offers some genuine features to attract. Particularly the tables in the lounge, which give attendees a real feel of autonomy and ability to move from conversation to conversation. Inviting people up on stage is pretty seamless too. Perhaps the best part is the 24/7 help lounge.
Cons:
It chews up a good bit more bandwidth than Zoom, and could do with having green screen backdrops to harmonise the feel of all speakers being in the same place. The recent upgrade so can attend via iPad or mobile is welcome
Great product for a virtual event
Comments: We hosted an in house conference for our postgraduate research students to share their research and poster presentations.
Pros:
All round great tool that was easy to set up and manage the virtual event and very intuitive for attendees too, looks very slick and is feature rich.
Cons:
The countdown for when a session begins is great as it gives attendees a warning that the session is about to begin but we found that speakers were unaware when to begin, particularly when sharing their screen and therefore couldn't see the yellow bar or countdown. A noise to indicate when the countdown is over would be useful.
Alternatives Considered:
Great performance & easy to use Events Platform
Comments: Most important aspect for a virtual event is stability, Airmeet is extremely stable & it has tons of features for sponsors, that makes it very meaningful.
Pros:
Airmeet is incredibly easy to use, there's an almost zero learning curve & it's highly stable, so far been very happy.
Cons:
One has to reactivate the backstage banner, I guess this is a bot troublesome.

Airmeet the Ultimate in Conference Software
Comments: Awsome. It is the best Conference software I've ever used.
Pros:
The Customer support is incredible. the team and tables (using the software itself) was amazing.
Cons:
Upgrading was harder than it needed to be. But we got there in the end
