Dubb is perfect to for screen recording to make sure your clients understand what you are selling

Comments: I use Dubb when I realize that a client is not moving forward cause he/she has not understood my proposal or has not seen the value of it, at that time recording my screen showing critical aspects of the project and talk to them on the video helps a lot to clear thing up and create connection. Often times they are surprised about this process and feel special 😎

Pros:

-The ease to get my video created and shared without needing another platform-Leads can reply to my video with their video with a could of clicks-Notification for video watch including location and time-You can host your videos there

Cons:

The interface looks a little outdated, I wish they could make it more modern, but the product is solid.

Dubb is an Amazing Product for 2023 and Beyond!

Comments: We have done several videos which have had quite a number of views and also instructional videos that have generated interest in our company. It's an amazing tool and the ease of use and integrations just continue to grow making the product even better and more valuable!

Pros:

The most impressive features for dub are it's tracking of user activity, that is how much your video is viewed and where from. I also found it extremely useful to have the outlook integration for existing videos that can be sent out to any customer within seconds. In addition the ability to do a quick video through dub right from outlook is a brand new video is amazing!

Cons:

The product is extremely easy to use both on the windows platform as well as on Android. I've tried it as well on my iPad and iPhone and it works great

Dubb is an Awesome Platform Loaded with Features

Comments: I am using videos now to communicate with clients that are not taking the time to read regular emails

Pros:

Dubb Video allows me to record, edit and send videos very easily and the tracking is excellent

Cons:

As with many new programs, the GUI interface is designed with very clean interface and not all icons are described so it takes a few tries to figure out what they are.

Dubb springboard

Pros:

Dubb enables me to streamline creating videos to integrate with email campaigns and see the results

Cons:

The Dubb workflow seems clunky and needs an overhaul to simplify and enable the maximum use

This service has it all! Teleprompt, AI, text and email campaign and even editing your video on the spot! great video for our database!

Indispensable to my law practice marketing

Pros:

I've automated my outreach, my multi-step sales and nurture process, and I use Dubb on the daily for client communication and for connecting more deeply with my clients.

Cons:

The learning curve on Dubb can be steeper, but the rewards for learning the platform are plenty. I wish the UI were more intuitive, and I dearly wish the Dubb team spent more time on UX refinement and less on self-promotion. With that said, however, Dubb kicks ass over everyone in this "video" vertical.

Dubb-tastic! Video Communication Platform

Comments: It is something I had been looking for but didn't know existed. It also surpassed my expectations because I am trying to find every chance to use it daily. I want my business to be video-centric

Pros:

Easy to use and get into using video as a way to communicate, brand and market.

Cons:

I wish it had a way to have the people on the other end respond in video instead of text. Not sure, maybe they do. I am new to this product..but love it!

You must use DUBB if you want your business to grow!

It's intuitive, but feature packed. I need to explore more of what is available. Glad it saves me money every month over the competitor I had used past 3 years.

A Must have Tool

Comments: Dubb is probably my number tool I use everyday. It's quick, easy, and dead simple to use.

Pros:

Ease of use. Constant updates. The weekly webinars are great for ideas as well.

Cons:

Nothing I think of at the moment. Additional features that I mentioned are the roadmap.

Dubb empowers me to own my tone

Comments: I prefer Dubb video because it allows me to Own My Tone. I'm a retired US Army Medic (Master Sergeant). Much of my career I wrote and reviewed military documents. Because of that, and my personal nature, I'm very blunt and to the point. So, I often come off as a jerk much of the time. Video lets people see I am human. And while I do mean business, I also care about their wellbeing.

Pros:

I like the ability to add CTAs and other videos to the Dubb via email, LinkedIn, Facebook or what ever medium I chose to use. I also like that I can see if the video was viewed and how much. I use all of the data for various reasons.

Cons:

The only con right now is the small video of myself on the screen. I would like the ability to make that bigger while still sharing the screen.

The most important Tool for our business - a must have in 2020 and beyond

Pros:

very easy to use, scales and drives our business (sales,)the tool helps to build trust and build lasting relationships with out candidates and clients. It's just so trendy, and cool, and professional, the new way of communication, for the one's that understands - ITS THE NEW WAY OF COMMUNICATION in business. Its a GREAT CRM system. It has it all, you can send campaigns (love that part) with videos ! And the videos you send are interactive, so easy and so useful, our viewers love it and are just amazed with it. We use it daily!

Cons:

There is nothing that I dont like with Dubb. They are also adding features weekly so their always ahead of their game!

Dubb a great alternative to Vidyard and more!

Comments: Dubb has become a very powerful tool for our sales team to share demos, sales promos and other videos during the sales process. It has made a huge difference in our team's success rate.

Pros:

I love how Dubb is interconnected and allows you to handle everything in app, vs. Vidyard which was more of a stand alone product in my experience.

Cons:

There isn't anything I dislike about Dubb. It's a fantastic video marketing tool and it's very, very powerful. Strongly recommend it.

Why am I forever hooked with Dubb?

Comments: I purchased Dubb back by the end of 2018, when it was pretty much an incredible idea! It has grown to become this incredible solution to have presence in your prospects/customers life! Its invaluable and ever growing! If I had the opportunity to get back in time I would have heavily invested in their future!

Pros:

The ability to easily interact using video with prospects/customers while being able to track and steer your communication based on all the feedback you can get.

Cons:

My inability to see what the future of Dubb looked like and invested in a larger stack of access more than three years ago! I guess not Dubbs fault though!

Game Changer and only getting better

Comments: Love it and could not be without it! I am much better with it than without it!

Pros:

I love how it makes my world smaller and it helps to impress those I am sending this too!

Cons:

I wish the people I refer to them have a bit more hand-holding or someone that can be a point of contact so they can have a pleasant experience until they can master all of it's power and features on their own. Some people do need more of a step-by-step environment other than what can be found in video tutorials...

Dubb centralizes my video usage

Pros:

Teleprompter, the ease of use with email, text, and social media. Presets for all campaigns etc.

Cons:

The basics work out of the box, but for me there is a learning curve to maximize the system

Everything I need to reach my clients

Comments: Easy to use, helps me connect personally with my clients, great customer service and value for money.

Pros:

It's easy to upload a video or record right from the site, edit, add an email and name in so the name shows up on the top of the video, and then send the gif to my clients. I love getting notifications that someone has watched my videos and can give their feedback via emojis. There's a huge amount of capability in this app that I haven't even touched. I could utilize the option to add videos to my newsletter system Active campaign but haven't done that yet.

Cons:

Even after all this time I haven't delved into the power of Dubb so I don't have any "least like" because what I use Dubb for I love how easy it is to use.

Communication made fun and engaging

Comments: Fantastic to use, I always recommend it to others. I've found it to be a really engaging way to deliver communicate with people. People seem to like the Emojis too.

Pros:

It's very easy to record a video in Chrome — I love how it does all the uploading for you. It even titles the video based on what's on your screen - this is powerful magic. The app is handy when you are out and about (maybe in 2022).

Cons:

The Android app used to crash, but they fixed it, and it works great. So nothing at all.

Video For Training and communication.

Comments: Very good so far. I would like to turn and off the camera when I am recording screen for certain things.

Pros:

You can communicate write people a lot easier but most of all with chrome extension it is easily deployable to everything that you need to communicate with everybody.

Cons:

The price. I hade to justify the price first before deciding that I needed to keep it.

Communicate and Connect with Dubb

Comments: I was in a time crunch and Dubb solved my problem within a couple of hours - including selecting and signing up for the software and completing my project. I think that with as time goes on, I will figure out ways to simplify my outreach process by using more of Dubbs functionality.

Pros:

I was able to do what I needed quickly and easily the first time I used Dubb. I am not super techie and the day I signed up for an account I completed my project: uploaded my video, added captions, and downloaded the video for use on my webpage.

Cons:

It does a lot of things, more than I needed at the time, and figuring out all the things it could do seemed complicated to me.

Video messaging really works

Comments: It has really changed my business. I get the message quickly and got alot of compliments from clients and is "next level" in communication with clients

Pros:

Easy to use and quick, quicker then writing an email

Cons:

I cant say anything bad but if something it has sometime taken me long time to get reply from CS and all the reply is with written email. I dont know why when they reply me why they dont use their own product to reply me with video message

Best product for my business
