Great all in one social media management and analytics tool

Pros:

I like the reports I can get (on the teams' version) from social media as well as the website. I also like the social inbox, I can check all my messages at once. I can add paid social media to the mix and see the reports in one place. Great tool overall!

Cons:

Sometimes the reports can take a long time, but that is because the data comes from different sources.

Useful analytics all in one place

Pros:

We bought this to have a dashboard of our analytics across multiple social media channels. Easier to see everything in the same place.

Cons:

The UI feels a little clunky, but the UX is fine. I would hope to see a design refresh by now as this doesn't feel as modern as other similar solutions.

IG Auto Publish Needs Improvement

Comments: I had an issue with my contract and service fees. The Customer Support was efficient and well received.

Pros:

The ability to transition between accounts is very easy and intuitive.

Cons:

The InstaGram Scheduled Posts still had to be manually posted.

Very good software for the money

Comments: I think it is the best platform ever to manage the social media accounts. All in one place and very easy to use. I am very very satisfied.

Pros:

Easy to use, easy to setup, easy to understand, flawless !

Cons:

I can't find any cons. It is a great platform to manage social media accounts.

Metricool: An awesome dashboard for your KPI's

Comments: I don't get a 5 stars just because Metricool will be a dramatic tool if they have an app! Just imagine watch everything you see in desktop in your hand...

Pros:

Metricool gets better everyday... First at all, is an excellent system where you can see, at real time, all your social media data and their KPI's. Second, it has a module where you can see your competitors (benchmarking) and their results. We use this tool to make our montlhy reports to our clients!

Cons:

It's not to hard to use, but, if you don't have any experiencie and don't get well done the first onboarding, maybe you will get lose and most important, don't get real (and usefully) data

Good and competent social media management tool

Comments: In general a good tool to use for social media management.

Pros:

I have used Metricool for a long time even when the tool was not as good as it was now. It is easy to use and now have a lot of good features that I have to pay much more for in other solutions.

Cons:

I dislike the overall design of the tool. Even if it does not really matter I really prefer to work in a tool that feel new and fresh which Metricool does not.

Metricool my favourite tool for social media management

Comments: Metricool is super intuitive and easy to use. It makes funny and relaxed the social media management.

Pros:

Metricool is one step further in analytics tools

Comments: In general, Metricool is a very good tool because it allows you to obtain precise and concise analytics in real time of your brand and the competition. Depending on the plan you have, you can add the brands you have and connect with the different media you have. It gives you an automatically generated report that no tool does, this makes it very special to me.

Pros:

Metricool is a tool that offers you easy operation. It allows you to carry out very deep analyzes of your competition, which will help you organize a better digital strategy for your next campaign. In addition, it allows you to connect with all the channels you have in your brand. Additionally, you can schedule content for different dates.

Cons:

A veces, tiende a dejar gráficos cuando das un clic a una estadística. Cuando programas, algunas veces me ocurrió que en LinkedIn la publicación solo aparecía con la descripción y no con la imagen.

Wonderful tool

Comments: Really exiting to use and wait for new capabilities

The best way to analice your metrics

Pros:

This is probably the best platform that help you on your social media strategies, it helps showing you the best schedule to make posts and shows you your metrics everyday so yo can adjust your marketing strategies well

Cons:

Probably the unique bad part is that this platform is completely free just for one brand of social networks, but if you have or administrate more than one brand you have to pay and sometimes could be expensive

A Social Media Game Changer

Pros:

I like the analytics for each social media channel. The price is cheaper than other social media scheduling sites. I love seeing the competitor's numbers.

Cons:

If you to make sure that the time zone is correct, it will end up posting at a different time.

A very good companion if you're also using Canva

Pros:

The integration between Canva and Metricool is the best feature in my opinion. Also, the feature where I can see right in the schedule when my audience will be online the most is awesome.

Cons:

It's not a big thing, but the UI is not modern. It looks like software from 10 years ago, but it does the job well.

The essential tool to boost my social networks like an expert

Comments: One of the things that has impressed me the most is the amount of functionality it offers. I can keep track of my followers, identify the most optimal times to post, control the reach of my posts and do an in-depth analysis of my statistics. This has allowed me to constantly adjust and improve my social media strategy.

Pros:

I loved its ease of use and the large number of features it offers. With this tool, I can schedule my social posts quickly and easily, which saves me a lot of time and allows me to maintain a constant presence on my profiles.

Cons:

One of the aspects that I would like to see improved is the integration with some less popular social media platforms.

Using Metricool

Comments: I think it is a good product overall.

Pros:

The ability to access all of my social platforms at once.

Cons:

It took a bit for me to realize you had to go into "Planning" in order to post. Zoho Social has the post button right away

Helpful if you have many projects

Pros:

I like being able to view weeks and months of posts ahead

Cons:

Somewhat expensive, and doesn't facilitate all platforms (no reddit or pinterest for example).

I would recommend Metricool to anyone who needs a social posting platform. This beats Later!

Comments: I have loved Metricool from the beginning and will keep using it until something comes along that blows it out of the water. But I don't see that happening. For the price point, especially, nothing else can compete. Signing up for Later cost me like $75/month for all my brand accounts and wouldn't let me easily cross-post. I signed up for metricool at $18/month and haven't looked back!

Pros:

My favorite aspects of metricool are the price, the number of accounts you can post to, easily cross-posting, easily editing cross-posted posts, the preview function, and the easy scheduling functions. And the analytics are AMAZING! I'm getting more into using the competitor analysis tool too!

Cons:

The ONLY complaint I had about Metricool was that you could not post the first comment on Instagram, and BAM! They just fixed that this week. Now I have ZERO cons about the product!

Top notch analytics and reports with useful features for social media marketing

Comments: Metricool is an awesome tool to keep track of all your social media analytics. It also includes a lot of useful features like social Inbox, social bio link page, etc. However, I do feel that it could use a bit more work on improving the content management and content creation side to make it a more powerful all-in-one social media tool.

Pros:

I would say the best part about Metricool is the analytics dashboard that greets you when you log in. I haven’t seen better analytics overview and metrics anywhere else. Many other tools also only include analytics for posts scheduled through their platform, but Metricool includes it for all posts scheduled using other tools or posted directly through the social media platforms. In addition you can generate the reports to give to your clients, make it a wonderful tool for social media managers. My other favorite feature from Metricool is their new improved social media Inbox and their best time to post color coded view that lets me know right on first glance when my audience is the most engaged.

Cons:

The UI and UX could use a refresh I feel. It does feel al little outdated compared to the alternatives. It also doesn’t have as much convenience features for actual content creation that other tools are starting to bring in.

I like it BUT useless for PINTEREST bulk scheduling

Comments: I mainly signed up for Metricool to bulk create Pinterest pins. The Autolists drew me in. However, it is NOT possible to add a link to Pinterest Pins in Autolists which basically makes it useless. This needs to be worked on ASAP.

NO LINKS when using Pinterest in Autolists (this is a big NO for me, I would not recommend Metricool until this is fixed)

Most comprehensive social media statistics

Comments: I ditched another tool and opted for Metricool mainly because of their professional offering , its more than a metrics tool, the ability to check the major social media platforms and blogs is a feature you cannot miss. I am able to manage brands separately within my dashboard, this makes it a lot easier to plan and navigate.

Pros:

I have been using Metricool for a few months and i can say i am more than satisfied with the reports and visual statistics. Best feature has to be metrics that show how my brands are performing, even better i can i get a post planner and RSS feeds feature that is not so common in the world of social media metrics. I love how i can check up on my competitors or potential clients, this helps me in convincing them that they need my services, presenting to clients a nicely styled comprehensive report is a big plus. This tool allows you to monitor Ads and manage messages! These features are super exciting especially where you don't want to keep on checking your Fb or IG account, you can do it all right in the portal.

Cons:

Not as customizable as i would like, they don't have a CNAME option, this would be super awesome and it would add a professional look to my brand. Its still not possible to auto post on Instagram, although there is an Instagram link in bio.

Mid tier scheduling and listening tool

Comments: We trialled this as an alternative to using hubspot and it compared well as we were able to bring in platforms not monitored by hubspot.

Pros:

Metricool allows you to bring multiple social media platforms into one place to post and monitor. . It’s a mid priced platform and performs well in comparison to the bigger players in the market.

Cons:

Exporting results was a little clunky but when you consider the cost compared to other platforms this diminishes in comparison

Great tool for Social media reporting

Its reporting generation feature. Saved me tons of time

Cons:

Because their system count its quota interms of 'brands', so can be limited when a client have multiple fb pages, or multiple IG accounts. Each extra Fb page counts as 1 new 'Brand', so it can get pricey quickly.

Very usefull tool with the best prices

Comments: Good because it doesn't have failures, except the mentioned

Pros:

It's the cheapest social media tool and I don't miss anything on it: support team answers in a few minutes, it's very easy to post on social media with it and I'm able to manage multiple accounts

Cons:

If I want to post something manually, the app doesn't work well because I don't receive notifications (Android)

Disappointing tool !

Pros:

Metricool is intituive and simple to use. and pricing is okay.

Cons:

unfortunetaly, metricool does'nt hold its promise. Only standard post are supported. caroussel, stories, reel or any video format are not supported at this point. this is a deal breaker. plus customer support doesn't reimburse if you are not happy with the product. deal breaker too.

Metricool is a Swiss Army knife of Social Media Apps

Comments: Over all Metricool has been great to work with. I'm really excited to see how much time I can save by not having to visit each social media platform to respond to comments.

Pros:

The thing I like most about Metricool is that I can respond and interact with comments and the commenters from the app. I don't have to go out to Instagram to respond to comments.

Cons:

We are still new to using Metricool. It all seems super shiny and nice right now.
