Wish read/writing to Oracle was more real time than once per day exports and once every 2hr imports.
I would like better drillable reports particularly around inventory reporting.

On the other hand, DDTECH consultants are experts and flexible, they are always available to guide and support.

> **Pros**: Some of the things I like best are the visibility of all work in progress. This allows for better timelines internally.
The scheduling module helps us appropriately move personnel to the work and only work on what needs to be done at that time. This saves us time and help reduce our inventory levels to save us capital.

> **Cons**: One of the things I would like is perhaps a better help section, perhaps with video walk throughs. Sometimes it can be a challenge to get answers to very specific questions.
