People require very little training. The system is also easy to use (again, as a legal professional or a business user). You can interact with Summize without logging into the portal if you wish by using Office add-ins. This is a real bonus for business users as they do not need to be confronted by a "legal" system. Summize integrates well with electronic signing platforms. You can take a document from draft to executed with ease. The signed agreement will automatically be added to the repository and then analysed by AI to summarise relevant provisions. Summize's use of AI is impressive. We have received good customer support throughout the process, from setting up the system to ironing out any issues. > > **Cons**: Users must be assigned to groups. A user may only be assigned to one group at a time, which limits the freedom to set up notification groups where people may need to be a member of several groups.
