> **Pros**: I just purchased a few months ago, so it's very fresh and I'm in the infant stages. Onboarding is really easy. There are 1-1 orientations, tools, and folks to help you along the way.  The program itself is very user friendly.

> **Cons**: So far, I'm new to it and haven't really found anything to be an issue. Little kinks here and there come up, but the AI help or the staff themselves have helped me through it all.

> It's been great\!  I really am happy with the user ease and the customer service.  The company is really responsive and can modify things a lot of things for you when possible. It has saved me a lot of work already and I can tell the more we utilize it the more time it will save. My Board has given me good feedback and seems to be adjusting well (and I have a board of 30\!).  

I also like that Easy Board is always taking input and improving the platform as they go.
