Best & Easiest System for Business Owners

Comments: I have tested so many systems over the years and this has by far had the best support and has been so easy to use for some one who is not techie!

Pros:

There is so much to LOVE about this system! It is easy to use, allows for multiple websites, sales funnels and courses. It literally has everything you need!

Cons:

I honestly cannot think of a single con.

Loved the customer care experience.

Comments: The experience is good. I love that they keep on updating Systeme.io features.

Pros:

Its ease of use and super efficient customer care. They have always helped me in times of need.

Cons:

There are some options missing. Eg. I want the 'Justify' Alignment to be in place. Secondly there is lack of flexibility on the pricing options of our courses and affiliate commissions.

They disappeared with my emails that were captured by META paid campaigns.

Pros:

I didn't have a good experience because the system didn't work and my contacts disappeared.

Cons:

In short, I hired the biggest plan available, migrated my contacts, but soon after came a series of systeme.io limitations and failures. Clearly characterizing poor service provision. Systeme.io still limited its use, as it reported system failures, and all the contacts that were registered via the website developed by Systeme.io itself disappeared, in addition to not being able to send emails. The losses caused ranged from hours of work, upset, worry and even payment for a service that doesn't work, in addition to loss of leads that were captured via the META group's paid campaign and Systeme.io simply disappeared with these contacts. So, in addition to Systeme.io not working, contacts that were registered have disappeared and to make matters worse, they want to charge a monthly fee for this. In other words, they want me to pay for a service that was not provided and for having disappeared with my contacts. When questioning them (I have a copy of all emails) they informed that they do not refund money because the system may have errors. Like this? They don't provide the minimum amount of service, they disappear with their contacts, they spend weeks trying to solve the problem and they only say that they couldn't solve it and finally they still want to charge for it, without refunding the amount paid? Imagine me informing the customer that I will charge the amount even if I don't do what was promised and that will be it. That's what they're doing, absurd with clear violations of the CDC and CC. It's been almost 15 days trying to find a solution with support and they still haven't been able to solve the problems. No longer trusting the system, I requested a refund of the amount paid and the leads that were captured on a paid basis by META and disappeared. The support response was that they would not refund or compensate the leads captured. In other words, they are charging for a service that was not provided and still do not want to take responsibility and compensate for the damage caused. And they are still charging me for disappearing my contacts and the system not working. Impressive. So, after trying to return it in a friendly manner, they informed us that it was not possible. I have all emails saved, including those from support reporting errors.

Pros:

Systeme.io is a truly user-friendly platform, offering affordable, comprehensive training materials and exceptional, lightning-fast customer service. When I first started, I knew absolutely nothing about sales funnels, domain connections, or how to get everything set up. The most amazing part? Every time I reached out for help, their team provided speedy, clear, and thorough support that made everything easier to understand. What really stands out to me is how well-designed and high-quality the software is. It’s incredibly easy to use once you get the hang of it, and it works seamlessly for a fraction of the cost compared to other leading platforms. The tools have been fantastic, and the customer support has consistently exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

The one downside I encountered was the learning curve. There are a lot of courses to go through to fully understand how everything works. It wasn’t as intuitive or step-by-step as I would’ve liked, especially as someone who isn’t very tech-savvy. However, I’m confident that others with more technical know-how would find it easier to figure out.

I like how user friendly it is. Users can upload feature requests and they are rolling out these new features almost weekly. They listen to their customers and have an amazing friendly and helpful support, with quick response time

I did not find anything I do not like yet, and I am with them for over a year now.

Systeme.io is amazing

Comments: Ive been using it for over 2 years now and love how easy it is to build a funnel. Add contacts and create tags for them. Send broadcasts and build sequences.

I love Systeme.io so easy to use and the support has helped me numerous times to dolve an issue that i have had. The product is reasonable priced.

Comments: Systeme.io paid accounts have lot of courses that help users get started with learning all aspects of the software. This is what sets it apart, in my opinion. Most software doesn't bother creating help articles and courses that show users how to utilize the product to get the maximum benefit. I took the Systeme.io certification right after purchasing it and I learned about all aspects of the software and how to get started right away. This is a huge advantage.

Pros:

Systeme.io is straightforward, affordable, and offers a lot of value to users.

Cons:

The Starter package, which is the lowest cost per month doesn't have the webinar feature, but considering the affordability, that's not big deal.

Most affordable Email Marketing Platform

Comments: Systeme.io comprehensive tracking and statistics capabilities offer invaluable insights, allowing me to measure and improve various aspects of my business effectively. By consolidating email marketing, landing pages, sales funnels, web forms all into one intuitive platform, it dramatically simplifies the management process. Overall very satisfied with the experience in terms of utility, design, and support.

Pros:

Systeme.io is the most affordable solution for email marketing if your list is huge. While other players charge based on subscriber count, systeme.io has fixed pricing making it very cost effective email marketing platform.

Cons:

Landing page and web form customisations are limited. We can not import html codes for advanced customisations.

The best all-in-one platform I could find

Comments: I am very happy so far because I am gonna manage leads, marketing and sales generation campaign in one tool, I am gonna test and test untill I get 100 times the dollar benefit.

Pros:

As a starting entrepreneur I have been digging in the internet for platforms I could save both time and money. Systeme.io was the best option because for the first time until I learn and test I could benefit the built-in features. There are tons of marketing-campaign-lead management platforms but none give you enough time to warm up to the features, benefit the campaign management and lead generation tools and finally reap the benefits in $$$. So, far I find it better than popular competitors.

Cons:

The only con is the landing page builder which is outdated, boring and has poor creativity.

System.io is a game changer!

Comments: I was pleasantly surprised by the feature and functionality of just the free version. As I started watching the training videos, I was impressed by the quality and granular detail that was provided. Very easy to understand, follow and implement. I found an issue that I brought forward to System.io technical support and they responded to me very quickly, validated that I did find a problem and treated it with a sense of urgency. This is exactly how a business needs to support their customers.

Pros:

It is everything you need at a fraction of the price. Quick support, literally less than 20 minutes and I'm getting a response and sometimes the solution. Versatile and anything I imagine in my head I can edit it to work on my funnels. Definitely will use this company even when I would be willing to pay for click funnels.

Cons:

Not sure yet. I wish they would work with shopify to integrate it without having to use a company like zapier or something.

Cons:

Video Tutorials should be available on YouTube official channel or recommended on website to check & trust. Highly appreciate if the basics of errors & reasons should be available. Finding the article related to my problem/issue is easy to check on subtitle but reading is difficult.

Pretty easy to set up for a fast launch

Comments: Setup is pretty fast thanks to the simple concise interactions. No overwhelm at all. Tech support emails back the next morning so I can move on with my need. My client is not tech savvy at all and figured out how to add Course content in minutes which is great. Creating the non sales pages and the funnel pages/forms is really easy since SIO put up a lot of 'bumper guards' along the way. Its almost like spinning up a site that's already 50% there the first time you log in. A nice time saver. The nonmarketing part of the site is called the 'blog' and it comes with core pages/urls already like the homepage, about, contact, and sample blog articles. Again its nice to see this content to help make sense of what to do next even if you don't need it.

Pros:

Pricepoint is attainable for different needs. Templates for funnel steps and web pages help expedite design and/or give inspiration. Interface is simple, straightforward. Extremely easy for the non tech-savvy to add course content. Ability to globally save elements in a simple way or a 'master' way so you can add to another page/funnel and edit it as needed or the master allows it to be 1 edit across all your pages (great for like making Header/Footer edits so it goes across all pages its currently on) Can get to know quickly, which helps for a quick launch. Tech support responds via email typically by the next morning, which is fast enough for me. SEO Page Title and Meta Description can be customized. Affiliate sales is such a great and generous model, because it is a great tool you see so many community user videos online from savvy affiliates spreading the word. It helps the designer/admin set things up, also helps newbies, and gives them some new sales too. Tech support via email is consistently helpful current turnaround is by the next morning typically (I am in MST time zone) Easy A/B test setup to try different designs Automation rules to support communication or internal automation to further support

Cons:

Does not accept Apple or GPay Admin users are not able to see the many necessary tech settings to get an account best set up ie adding domain, email verification, payment integration, other integrations. Need to be logged in as the account owner. Funnel pages are not in the sitemap. They can be crawled and submitted to google search console. Not being in the sitemap feels like a miss but its not a brick wall either. There is no payments sandbox but not a brick wall either, I just used a coupon that gives 100% off which could work for core testing needs. Emails sent to purchasers cannot be customized/branded and are non-styled. No Live Chat with tech support

Why deciding to move to Systeme.io has been a game changer!

Comments: Systeme.io is easy to migrate to, and the customer service and support are excellent. Setting up is simple and the end result is attractive and a crowd pleaser. Automation is a doddle and monitoring the numbers for each offering is clear. I can focus on my courses and make any changes quickly and easily. A great decision made to move over to Systeme.

Pros:

The pricing is really good for the functionality Systeme offers and the platform is so easy to set up and maintain. The end result looks great, too. They even do the migration from other platforms on your behalf (with an annual plan or higher plan).

Cons:

None come to mind. For my offering, systeme is fantastic. The simplicity suits me but, I suppose, for the technophiles, other systems allow for more complexity.

Loving the Features!

Comments: Overall, I'm very impressed with your software. I haven't seen anything like it. I did make an investment to a software that offer some of the same features a couple of years ago, but, that software had a lot hiccups and errors and I stopped using it. I am looking forward, as I stated above, in seeing how I can thrive on your platform and then help others do the same. My overall purpose is to help others with marketing their brand and I'm hoping that this is the platform that will finally help me, help them do just that and help them to elevate!

Pros:

What I love the most about Systeme.io is that the features and what this system offers is off the chart! I'm blown at what it all does and I'm looking forward to learning more and using this system to maximize and elevate my Business.

Cons:

What I like least about Systeme.io is the Customer Service and Support. This is what I'm not happy about. I have a serious issue that still haven't been addressed and it's been over 24 hours. Under you Contact us tab, it says: If you haven’t found the answer to your question, please contact us using the form below. Our customer support team is available 24/7 with an average response time of 2 hours (please note that response times may vary depending on inquiry volume) I'm a stickler for customer service and receiving customer support, especially when you advertise your turn around time. I do understand time may vary, however, this isn't a great look being that I'm new to your system, trying to do things according to your steps and have no way of getting viable help from anyone from your team. And, this could be the reason that I stop using the system, even though it's one of the best software systems I've ever seen. So now I'm questioning how you do business with us, who invest in your platform. I hope that you honor your offer that you give when we give you a review. I'm a person of Integrity. And, I hope that I get help soon.

Systeme saved me again!

Comments: I have been with Systeme for a few years and have written positive reviews for them but in recent months they have helped me and my business so much that I feel I need to post another review.
There was a special running on social media for a whitelabel platform of Gohighlevel, and I bought in.
The deal was great and I used it for a few months in addition to my
Systeme accounts and suddenly the white label ( Clixlo) stopped working.
Without going into detail about how that company ripped off 1000's of people
and then tried to make us go to GHL I decided to upgrade my account on Systeme as its as solid and honest as any platform could be.
I contacted them and they were amazingly helpful migrating my entire
data from "Clixlo" to my Systeme for FREE.
The person migrating my account was in touch with me throughout the whole process and accommodated my emergency situation as Clixlo was just going to shut down and I would have lost everything.
Mouad was incredible and migrated it all within a weeks time.
Once I was migrated I had to reset my funnels, reset and create
my affiliate program and much more and I reached out to support.
Systeme Support is world class and they have helped me with every issue, big or small, within 24 hours, most of the time within 2 hours, seven days a week.
Systeme Support makes me feel like a valuable client, makes me feel like my products and courses are important and they never fault me for not knowing how to do something. They are there not only to help but have taught me so much.
I am very very happy with Systeme but especially their support team.

Pros:

Systeme has the best support team and have helped me greatly with every issue I've had no matter how big or small.

Cons:

There are two things that I wish Systeme would implement. 1. the ability to use products outside of the system as upsells and downsells 2. I wish that they would have a module for social media posting ( like gohighevel and others)
