Simply the Best Course Funnels

Comments: I am very impressed with Systeme.io. I tried many other platforms that offer a "free" tier (Thinkific, Teachable, and wildly-overpriced Kajabi), but I was swayed by Systeme.io because it offered a full start-to-finish funnel path for free. Plus the interface is very clean and easy to navigate, and the included templates are a breeze to edit. I found the templates went deeper than the competitors in terms of HTML/CSS editing as well. I am extremely happy and I had no apprehension about upgrading to a paid account. Highly recommend!

Pros:

Systeme.io packages a dizzying array of features into an elegant, intuitive package. It's easy to get up and running, and even a novice user should be able to get far along the funnel production line without consulting help. And Systeme.io's customer support is second to none.

Cons:

As with all marketing software, some of the nomenclature can be a little confusing ("tags" are "email lists"?), but that is something that can be cleared up by watching the instructional videos. Or support, which has a blindingly fast turnaround time. And even though they give you a single-use of all features for free, you will find yourself needing more when you build a full marketing funnel. I did launch a mini-course with the free tier, but I immediately wanted more automations and actions.

Real Ally of Businesses That Are Starting From Scratch

Comments: Honestly, at first, I got a negative feeling with the Support personnel when it took quite long to respond to my asking for assistance but then they made up for their shortcoming and finally helped me integrate my Namecheap domain name to Systeme.io. They apologized as they are overwhelmed by the surge of support requests as Systeme.io is experiencing rapid growth just recently.

Pros:

In other platforms, it's like you have to cross the ranch in 9 seconds because the bulls can cross it in 10 seconds. The bulls represent subscription costs. You have to make profits fast or else the expenses will catch on you. With Systeme.io it's different, they allow you to make profits with your business first at no cost to you. Our decision to upgrade to paid member is our way of paying back the favor given to us by Systeme.io.

Cons:

There's no Live Chat support system, only through Email.

Systeme.io Review

Comments: It's been ok. The free migration took significantly longer than anticipated (weeks to months rather than days for a very simple site with few contacts, courses, and webpages to transfer) and the punchlist post-migration, though not huge, was still significant. Additionally, the length of time to migrate, as well as clarity on what can/can't be migrated, how it would be migrated, etc. was not communicated as clearly as possible, so expectations were not managed and there were unwelcome surprises along the way. Additionally, the migrating team did not set up a "master template" or similar for website layout, headers, footers, etc. Every page was created custom, so my future editing will have to go in and edit every page in order to make a universal change to the site. That was surprising and rather annoying.I really feel like the migration technician assigned to me tried the best they could and communicated the best they could, but it feels like further communication and customer service skills training would be helpful.Overall, I'm excited to try out the platform, especially given the price.

Pros:

The price point was particularly appealing.

Cons:

Not as many features and settings available as Kajabi and somewhat restricted customization of website, coupons, drip settings. Lack of settings allowing me to limit access or time duration settings for the Community feature - such as granting access for a limited time period to a student (i.e. 30 days) is not available.You can't provide students a coupon for a free course. You can set a coupon amount to be $0.

A better all-in-one solution

Comments: Systeme.io is a great 'all-in-one' solution after you have successfully figured out how to make it work efficiently. Once you understand how it works, it can be a great and easy tool to use. The sales pages, opt ins, payment checkout etc can be very modern and beautifully designed. They have many great templates to make life easier. Overall, it is great value for a fraction of the price that you have to pay with Kajabi, ClickFunnels, and Kartra.

Pros:

I love the fact that Systeme.io is a one-stop 'all-in-one' solution. That means that you only have to log in once and everything is connected without having to try to get a bunch of software/tools to talk to each other with thrid-party apps like Zapier. Systeme has email marketing, sales pages, payment / check-out page, upsells, one- time offers, course portal and the list goes on. This also helps online marketers and digital entrepreneurs to cut down on monthly costs for other software/tools like a LMS (like Kajabi or Thinkific), payment (like ThriveCart or SamCart), an email marketing service (like ConvertKit or ActiveCampaign), a funnel builder (like ClickFunnels or Kartra).

Cons:

Their training videos and customer support is probably my least favorite thing about Systeme.Io. I really struggled with set-up and I found their system a little backwards in comparison to other software. Even though I watched their tutorial videos, I still wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out and make it work efficiently. Because it is a lower-costing 'all-in-one' solution in comparison to Kajabi, ClickFunnels, and Kartra - maybe that's why it was a little clunky at times.

Very happy I switched to Systeme.io!

Comments: Overall, the experience has been awesome and much better than other experiences I've had! As someone wearing many hats, I'm so grateful I have support with Systeme and don't have to struggle to figure it out all on my own.

Pros:

I'm so grateful I switched to Systeme because I found the backend to be much easier to use for me as someone learning & growing in my business. The support I have received so far has been so helpful and I'm really grateful for a responsive customer service team who cares about their customers (I've had experiences where I'm sent to a forum or I'm told to wait without tangible support). I've also found the pricing to be much more affordable compared to other systems available (and previous ones I've tried). I am so glad I switched over and will be growing my business with Systeme! I definitely recommend it to other entrepreneurs who are starting out and need to make sure they have good systems, automations, and email marketing in place!

Cons:

I don't have any cons yet! I'm newer to business, so I want to be sure someone reading this review knows that. In looking at other reviews, YouTube videos, and speaking with customer support, this absolutely seems like a product that can grow with my business and support additional features I want to include!

Best Value in Category

Pros:

Beginners can start for free. Newbies do not have to worry about the trial period expiring before they are all set up because it is not limited by time. It is limited by usage. The pages load fast.You can do everything in one place if you really want to. You can build your funnels, and host your videos, courses, and email list in one place. It is an alone-in-one starter kit. You can upgrade individual services as needed. Like moving to a more robust email, CRM, or video platform at a later date if are a hardcore marketer but this is all most people will need.Systeme does not take a percentage of sales. Customer Service is fast and responsive.

Cons:

As far as I know, there is no way to HIDE sections. For example, you may not have any reviews yet but the template has a review section that you really like. You can't hide it without deleting it. It can easily be added in later but having the ability to hide it from public view is a great feature that other pager builders have.

Fantastic All-N-One Marketing Platform For The Money!

Comments: With Systeme.io you can setup a website with a full blogging platform and incorporate the funnel feature to building your email list and audience.

Pros:

The ease of use and the price. Great free option to get started.

Cons:

I'm not a big fan of the email editor or the URL linking options. They are a bit hard to deal with. I would like to see a feature that could make better the entering of links in text of the emails.

Migration to system.io

Comments: My experience is that with systeme.io my business is running smoothly and I can build up everything you need for an online business. The migration from Kartra to Systeme.io was a great experience as the service was good, fast working and very polite, helping me in any kind of problem or question.

Pros:

I like most that systeme.io is a all in one online marketing solution, which is easy to use and has all the features you need to build up a successful business, like funnels, website, blog, email campaigns, membership area, video hosting and so on. The service is very good and friendly. They working fast and the migration was done super fast and well.

Cons:

I don´t miss anything at the moment. You have everything you need.

Thoroughly convinced this will suit and enhance my digital lifestyle

Comments: I wanted an all-in-one platform that would suit my digital online lifestye, where I could offer my courses and products and capture leads, with good automation.The free option really is great and not time restricted so it gave me the time to familiarize myself with the system.The online FB community is excellent and genuinely supportive and inspiring.The customer support is very good as well.There's a genuine 'feeling' about Systeme.io - dare I say it's made with love!

Pros:

It really is an all-in-one platform and it simplifies everything having it all in one place as well as what's possible with it. It covers a wide spectrum.

Not able to use multiple currencies which added more work initially

Pros:

I recently migrated from Kajabi to Systeme.io and I am absolutely loving the platform. It is easy to use and very simple. I opted for the free migration offer and the migrations team (in particular [sensitive content hidden]) did an exceptional work on seamlessly moving EVERYTHING over from Kajabi. I am one happy customer.

Cons:

I am still navigating a new system but I am yet to find something I am annoyed by or not happy about.

Great Marketing Automation Software

Comments: It really helps lift the burden of marketing off my shoulder, it is a very affordable software to use, it has both the free and paid packages. It is a great site that is easy-to-use and navigate.

Pros:

I love the landing page builder; I love how easy it is to navigate; and I love the fact that it enables drag and drop.The email campaign automation is also another thing I love about this site; it has a fast email delivery rate and an easy-to-use and understand email composer.I also love the list-building feature. I love how it helps build an email list from scratch and how it groups leads according to the specific campaign with the use of tags.Overall, it's really great marketing automation software for businesses.

Cons:

There's really nothing much I dislike about this site.I don't like how limited the landing page builder template is, I thing it would be nice if more templates could be addedAnd I don't like the fact that when building a landing page on a laptop and then switching to a phone disorganizes everything

Very happy & impressed with System

Comments: As a new Self Employed individual, I've learned over the last 6 months that I have so much to do. I am everything and fill every position required, included areas that I'm not skilled in. Systeme.io has actually helped from a digital marketing & website creation point of view. From the knowledge I've built up over the last 6 months, I am confident the other features I've yet to sink my teeth into will be just as easy and effective. I am impressed with the software capabilities and the functionality and I will be a customer for many years to come.

Pros:

Huge amount of templates to select from. Easy to set up new funnels albeit after time spent watching/reading tutorials. Domain integration was straight forward. The annual price is so good for what you get especially when you compare the market alternatives. I honestly saved a packet by switching from Kajabi to Systeme with a minimal reduction in features. Their customer service is really good from my experience. Any issues I've had, I've received a detailed email with screenshots and url's for help me docs. Their YouTube channel is also pretty good. Overall, I'm well impressed.

Cons:

(i) There really needs to be a System app (IOS/Android/Web). The desktop version on mobile isn't effective. It works, but not a great user experience. (ii) Drop down menus from the options in a header are bog standard options yet atm, there is none in Systeme. (iii) Certain features have tripped me up - but I think it's more of a 'new-user' issues than a platform issue if I'm honest. But that is the same with any new software users try. (iv) Integrations with Canva & Publer would be super.

Brilliant minimalist web/landing page/blog/email campaign-builder biz platform at an amazing price

Comments: Over the years, I've discovered that page-builders and the components that comprise a website can vary from clunky and infuriating to "okay, I can do this" accomplishable. But like any platform, you've got to immerse yourself in its unique ecology and get used to its info panels and what you can tweak. There's no substitute for this step no matter how "easy" the platform. Systeme's page builder and clustering into "funnels" is so much more doable than most. You come away feeling like the building process was not blocked by somebody's clunky technology.
What was MOST rewarding was working with their customer support. I was assigned a most capable person to handle the migration process from my other platform. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] kept me informed, laid out the imported pages in such a way that I could clean them up and re-order them, and stayed with it until we did the domain transfer and activated it, making sure that the various buttons and contact forms worked as they needed to. I've never experienced customer service at this level of personalized attention. Truly the gold standard. Given that, plus the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] clear desire to make this a great platform that's accessible by most solo and small-biz entrepreneurs who aren't tech wizards, I'm certainly planning to be a long-term customer.

Pros:

What attracted me most were the promise of ease of use and the offer to import my existing messy website and contacts / tags / newsletters / product funnel - as a free one-time service. And Systeme carried through to the final detail on that, keeping me posted on each step of the process. What an immense value! l What I love about it is that I can host my 3 domains (for less than the cost of one on the other platform) and even though I've not built the other two, I can when the time allows; it's got contact and campaign management and a clear system of setting up rules and automation. I anticipate being able to use the learning management platform as well and can easily envision expanding into the evergreen webianr capacity. And all that's offered at tremendous value.

Cons:

tag limitation seems low if you have 3 domains and product/service lines for which you need specific tags, e.g. webinar signup, newsletter signup etc. Seems that limit was envisioned for perhaps a single domain. Setting up a contact form was more of a challenge than I believe it ought to be. There are some learning steps that could be greatly facilitated by a step-by-step approach that aren't yet taught in their knowledge-base (but could easily be added).

I come from Kartra-land, too! Seems like a lot of people did.

Comments: I am very impressed with systeme. I am so glad I found it. I came from an all-in-one platform that really wasn't missing much of anything but was hard to operate and often malfunctioned. I look forward to systeme getting even more intuitive and user-focused, adding new features, and continuing to deliver incredible service. Also, the promo they are doing where they will migrate for free saved me a ton of money- so grateful for this! Thank you!

Pros:

The price & all-in-one aspect is what attracted me to use this instead of Kartra. I like that it is simple. I like that it has affiliate opportunities, a marketplace, and great CS so far! I am new!

Cons:

It is still missing a few things that would make it TRULY all-in-one, like a calendar and surveys/quizzes for customers in memberships or for potential clients to apply for programs. I currently use Circle for memberships- if systeme integrated some of their features, I'd switch that over too! (i.e. live chats within the membership, more organization features like spaces and groups instead of just topics. Also, the ability to integrate/embed videos & files within posts in the communities.

If you are a staring digital course creatorr struggling with all kinds of systems: stop here !!!

Comments: This is a great system. Easy to use, friendly and very responsive support desk. They really care to answer your questions. I wrote a very long email and got answers back the same day. Other systems take you sometimes days to answer. If you are starting with your digital courses and you don’t want the struggle I had years ago of putting it all together and you don’t want to pay 500+ dollars of software you now know there is another way!!!

Pros:

It has it all. I don’t need to put all kinds f systems together, link them and wait untill they break. I can just focus on search engine marketing and traffic and converting leads into customers. Systeme.io takes care of the rest. This for less than 100 dollars. I used to pay 500+ dollars per month for systems alone!! Just unbelievable!!

Cons:

Honestly, I haven’t found a single thing So far I don’t like. You get easy step by step videos of a nice lady walking you through the system. You can start small and when your business grows you can grow. And Systeme.io doesn’t break your bank and is very very affordable. What else do you need.

Finally, a TRUE Wordpress alternative!

Comments: I thought it was too good to be true at first, but it's not. This is a true all-in-one marketing platform. I had been procrastinating in setting up some new websites, but Systeme made it a breeze. Also, their customer support is excellent. They always get back to me fast. Also, they welcome suggestions from customers.

Pros:

Simplicity, compared to Wordpress! I've been using Wordpress since 2008, been designing websites since 1998, before Wordpress. It doesn't have all the features of Wordpress, but honestly, those "features" are often what makes Wordpress so frustrating because it's overly monetized, resulting in too many conflicting codes between themes, plugins, Wordpress updates, etc. I set up my websites in record time with Systeme, with excellent Google search results, already, which was the main reason I suffered through Wordpress : SEO power. Systeme is the one and only alternative I've EVER considered, and it was only after using the free trial. Otherwise, I wouldn't have believed it.

Cons:

There's a slight learning curve when you're setting up a course or certain other tasks that you need to use Systeme's Automations rules and workflows. But that's nothing. Customer support responds fast and patiently to all questions. I only mention it because you asked. :) This is nothing to be scared of it. The automations give you a lot of flexibility.

Systeme.io Beats Clickfunnels Hands Down

Comments: It's been a miracle for us and we are moving all of our for profit sites over to Systeme.io

Pros:

What I really like most about this software is that it beats Clickfunnels in all categories. You see they have very similar features, (Systeme.io actually has a few more) however Systeme.io functions elegantly and without shoving a million ads and pop ups in your face over and over again. Furthermore I was able to migrate from Clickfunnels for free and upgrade as needed at a small fraction of the cost. It's not even a choice. I'm currently moving all of my money sites and courses to Systeme.io.

Cons:

I literally have had zero problems. I know that sounds crazy but anytime I had a question the support team was right there for me with detailed solutions and even screenshots! I can't think of a time when I arrived on a page and was confused

The only Systeme.io You will ever need

Comments: It’s been great so far! Even the support has a good turn around time. So far less than 24 hours.

Pros:

It’s hard to say, because there is so much to like. The U.I. Makes it easy to find what you need. Setting up your lead pages for your funnel was simple, but also was esthetically pleasing. The workflows for email automation was very easy to set up triggers, and actions. I could go one, but I really love the platform. I have used Click Funnels, Kartra, Active Campaign, and Go High Level and Systeme.ip is the only one I’m recommending moving forward!

Cons:

I’d like to see the platform offer an Agency aspect.

Foundational block of my online business

Comments: Love it! I would not change it for anything else on the market right now.

Pros:

There are many features of Systeme that I like - a rather easy learning curve, all-in-one marketing solution, automatizations, fast and always helpful customer service, affiliate solutions and the fact that Systeme Team continuously adds new features, perks, and solutions.

Cons:

I sometimes experience delays in sending scheduled emails however the team is working on it so I expect it to be resolved soon.

A Perfect Platform for an Online Therapy Business

Comments: Before I discovered Systeme.io, I felt really sad for other Canadian therapists. It took me 10 years to figure out Wordpress and integrate it with a bunch of other programs. When the pandemic hit, my online speech language therapy website was already a well-oiled machine. I was flooded with referrals. I felt sad because younger therapists need an influx of referrals, whereas I don't. I wanted to teach them, but basing my coaching on Wordpress was doomed to failure because of the complexity. Then I discovered Systeme.io! Now I'm an eager coach.

Pros:

Systeme.io is a perfect platform for an online therapy business because the business owner can be in charge without getting overwhelmed by the technology. I'm working on coaching other therapists how to be online entrepreneurs at The Telepractice Way. The tech stack that I'm teaching people to use has Systeme.io as the core piece of software. It replaces tons of other frustrating programs and apps which don't integrate.

Cons:

As a Canadian therapist who is coaching other professionals, I think the training vidoes show the HOW, but people who are new to being online entrepreneurs won't understand the WHAT and WHY. They might be able to build with Systeme.io, but not understand the big picture of what is specifically needed for an online therapy business. It is a massively powerful platform, yet it looks simple. It's like giving car keys to a five year old.

This funnel platform beats ALL others!

Comments: Exceptional experience! The support has always been there for me when learning something new. Their tutorials are also highly detailed. I would recommend them to create YouTube Tutorials for using Systeme.io.

Pros:

First of all, the pages load super quick with System.io! That makes a big difference for you if using large landing pages or lots of graphics. Editing is super easy and a clean interface. In fact, learning how to use Systeme.io was very easy for team members who had no experience in web design. They have flawless AB testing for your funnel, and a very decent email marketing system. They even offer a free plan with funnels included! Very generous! Support ALWAYS answers my emails within a day!

Cons:

I can't think of many drawbacks, but I would say if they could incorporate some other advertising platforms within the System.io platform. Maybe some users might use this.

The BEST way to get started!

Comments: I've learned so much from joining Systeme.io. The creator, Aurelian, is just the nicest, and he is very approachable. They have a very interactive community on Facebook and he welcomes suggestions to continue to make the software better. His support staff is BAR NONE! Within a few hours my concerns were addressed, and more than once they helped me fix silly errors I had created. Otherwise I haven't needed support staff, because the software does what it's supposed to do. It works great.

Pros:

Systeme.io offers an "all-in-one" suite for your internet marketing efforts. Stop trying to "cobble together" your sales funnels, email list, squeeze and sales pages, and thank-you pages. It's all right here in this EXTREMELY easy to use product. I like that it is so simple a "tech caveman" (i.e., anyone like ME) can use it. It allowed me to "get" the flow of a funnel and how it works.

Cons:

The only reason I no longer use is because I needed additional features that most people wouldn't. I got a one-time deal on another all-in-one platform that will save me money in the long run. The other one had unlimited funnels, email lists, pages, etc. (But you can get basically all you need to get started from Systeme.io and grow from there at an extremely competitive rate). Systeme.io does not yet feature everything I need, but by everything, I mean vid player, appointment scheduler, payment processor, etc., on top of all the other features. I moved to a platform that has all of that. But for most, Systeme.io is ALL you need to get started! I will remain as an affiliate because I truly believe it is a game-changer for people struggling to get started with internet marketing!

Comments: So far, overall I am happy with Systeme.io. I am DETERMINED to figure it all out because IT JUST MAKES SENSE. I just signed up to become Systeme.io CERTIFIED. I am very excited about this so that I can, in turn, help others!!

Pros:

I love the fact that Systeme.io is an ALL-in-ONE Marketing platform, complete with an auto-responder built in, lead management CRM, and an automated funnel builder with beautiful templates! The fact that anyone can start completely FREE and build up to 2000 contacts, then scale up to the next level of $27 per month…UNBELIEVABLE!!Truly a God-Send for people just starting out!

Cons:

When I first started, I really wished there would have been LIVE, (not ai), Chat support. The support is great, but it is only email and there is usually a 24 delay…When I’m in the big middle of building something and I hit a snag, it is very frustrating to have to wait for solutions.

A Little More Guidance and Patients

Comments: Still learning, but overall experience is good.I found when I struggled the support offered is quick and helpful with quick easy links, The support response time is out standing, which I value.When I have a problem I do not like waiting days and Systeme.io far exceeds other similar platformsin helping to resolve issues in an incredible short amount of time.Only thing is I think this platform needs to be a lot more patient with Newbies and people who Are not tech savvy. Instead of simply sending a harsh email telling me my account is suspended because I did xyz. I'd appreciate a respectful approach... IE: an email saying you've reached your daily limit for xyz, our rules areyou may send a limited amount of emails per day and you have reached that limit.

Pros:

For a person who is not Tech savvy, once you know and understand the software it's easy of use is very important to me. It's easy of use has to be top for me.

Cons:

Honestly the least thing I like is not the software, it's rather the aggressive way that support shuts my account down without warnings that I've crossed the line. I'm not tech savvy, still learning and I will make a lot mistakes. I feel a softer approach is required.IE: You've sent too many emails in one day, we've suspended your emails. (very heavy handed, no room for errors attitude-very hard for someone who is new to marketing)Instead I would suggest an email notify me that I'm over the limit (tell me the daily limit)Ask if I need additional help...As a paying customer I would prefer be treated with a little bit of understanding that I do not know allthe rules and I'm learning as I make mistakes.
