Efficient and Updated System
Pros:
GroveHR's User Experience is amazing, UI is very neat and clean and easy to use for all team members. Having Android and iOS applications makes it very useful in modern times.
Cons:
Least favourite thing about GroveHR is its reporting and analytical capabilities at the moment but as the team is proactive and keeps on updating the system on a regular basis I think reporting and analytics are going to get better soon.

It would be good if we could get the Emp ID field by default and automated based on onboarding numbers. At present I have customized it as a field and is updating manually

Time management & Team info
Pros:
Clock in and clock out at ease & leave / time off management is comparatively much easier. Employees are happy that they no longer have to punch in basic info's again & again through google forms.
Cons:
Integration with Google drive + calendar of our own choice can make it more useful.

Comments: Ultimate. Sorry Zoho people , we were using it but couldn't resist yourselves from switching to Grove HR.
Pros:
I love the interface, its easy to use and easy to navigate all around. It provides comprehensive one stop solution for all Human resource management activities.
Cons:
Trying to figure out seriously, will let you know as soon as I will come across. Point is that, people behind it knows the process and given a deep thought before designing it hence its taking time to point out cons. :)

A potential HRIS
Comments: We be able to utilize Grove for digitizing employee experiences. Overall feedback of employees also very positive about the products. The support team are well equipped with HR knowledge and product development team always listen to client needs.
Pros:
Easy to deploy, affordable price. This help employee engaged & HR team manual workload reduced.
Cons:
Internal workflow should be considered. Local payroll adaptation also a need.
Easiest software I've ever used
Pros:
I love the User Interface on Grove HR, it is super easy to navigate and quite interactive. With Grove HR's geofencing feature, I now have access to accurate information regarding employees location, punctuality, absenteeism when they clock in/out.
Cons:
Nothing, but I'd like to suggest that Grove looks into integrating instant messaging on the app.

Comments: We used to implement a lot of methods for tracking the performance of a team, overall attendance, and remote employee tracking ... now we get that all done by Grove HRE

Self-service portal is the most amazing feature of this software, other than that hr data, performance report comes in handy for every team lead, and management body.

Great softare, especially customer support, but it needs a little bit more to develop
Comments: Grove HR helped me organise my company better. Install Onboarding, hiring, and other systems., have the performance review and also have the whole company structure in one place. This is a great tool for startups and small companies.
Pros:
Customer Service is the best! On the market, there are a lot of programs for HR, but having someone who will be reliable and has patience answering all your stupid questions and listening for proposals for new features is a treasure. The software is very easy to use and has a very nice design, which is also great. I like that other team members can update their profiles and have different levels of visibility.
Cons:
I do not like the whole performance system and hiring part. Situation: we are working now on the Skills matrix, and I want to have a skill inventory and skill map for each employee. This is very hard to do on Grove. Also, we want to create for all employees a learning path that is almost impossible with Grove. The whole Compmay skill inventory is also hard to list on the Grove as there is no option for it. Some basic statistic from the employee performance review is needed as well. The system has a Goals section with is great, but those goals can be set up only by employees, not by hr managers.. And our team, for example, is very hard to do something self initially. It would be really nice to have the whole performance system nicely refined for the future. About Hiring. The problem is that there is no integration with other services. For example, we create a job post on Grove, and it automatically goes to Linkedin, Upwork and other hiring systems (I would actually like to pay additionally for this service). And when we get the candidates applying, we just reply to them from Grove platform. Now, we publish to different websites and manually transfer candidates on Grove after initial review. It is very time-consuming.
Grove HR - One Stop solution for all HR operations
Comments: It is best fit for all the HR operations in the company with better interface and functionalities.
Pros:
It provides better attendance management functionalities as comparated to market competitors. Also, we can do hassleless employee recruitment and onboarding into the platform.
Cons:
The pricing is little bit on higher side than market competitors. Currently, using the free version but definitely want to purchase their essential plan soon.

Grove improved our HR function
Pros:
We never had any HR system before we started to use Grove. We used Excel sheet to log holiday / leave totals and paper leave request forms to apply for leave. No one could remember the amount of leave they had taken or balance left to take. Now they have access to it all the time. We have just started using the attendance system - now it is geotagged - so I know people are checking in to work at home or travelling to the office.
Cons:
We only use the leave and time attendance system. We do use the employee database for an electronic data store of the offer letter etc. So to be honest - there isn't anything we do not like.
One of the best HRMS available for Start-ups
Pros:
The no-nonsense and straight forward application available for start-ups. The onboarding experience is breeze for new employees. The application is so user friendly that any non-user will get accustomed to it within a matter of minutes. Feedback from employees have been excellent (even for the free version). Another feature that we loved was self service portal for employees.
Cons:
No complaints till now. Third-party apps integration seems to be work in progress, so can't really comment on that. However, will love if the some documents' templates are integrated in it.
Nice time tracing system
Pros:
I like the time tracking system most and I use it to monitor the total working and calculate the task done.
Cons:
Payroll is not very useful feature for me in this software because I don't really know how to use it. A good documentation would be good.
Groove HR Made it Easy for me
Pros:
It was really tough job for me to manage my office attendance when the pandemic came because most of us were working remotely. Thanks to Groove HR for solving this problem.

It would be goog enough if the software can be able to integrate with biometric attendance devices.
Efficient & Reliable
Comments: With Grove HR I can track the number of time employees spend working per day to know if they're on time, below, or going overtime.
Pros:
As an HR manager, Grove HR has been a great help in making me efficient. The new geofencing feature for clocking-in and clocking-out has empowered the HR department to prevent possible time attendance fraud by providing accurate information regarding employee's location when they clock into work.
Cons:
There is nothing in particular that I dislike about the software. I love everything about this software as it fulfils all my HR needs!
Grove HR Time to reveal the truth
Comments: Regarding Attendance Management there is only 8 hours available. we need to define the hours for employees

I Think nothing cons available in HR. But in future Grove HR nee to be integrated with Biometric import system.
Best in Industry
Pros:
Everything is best in the product. You can on board the employees, manage their attendance, daily time sheet, OT, leaves. You can do anything which is used in administration. Overall a very good product.
Cons:
Till now, I didn’t find any feature which I dislike. However, it would be great if they have the feature of geo location for attendance through app.

Comments: it's professional software I recommend it and I'm fully satisfied.
Pros:
it is one of the advanced and simple software to use for the purpose to handle HR and HR-related issues. You can easily engage your workers and staff in one place so they can work to gather and complete the tasks according to the interactions. you can also use these tools on your mobiles and other devices they are very simple and reliable.
Cons:
sometimes it has some glitches that are confusing. but the developers always help me to solve these issues. Sometimes there is difficult to add new things.

Great Software
Comments: Overall this a great software and it works well for big and small companies. Support is awesome too. They get back to you within a timely manner.
Pros:
This is one of the best HR software that I have found out there. I like most that onboarding, off-boarding, vacation time, sick time, and employee profile is all included. I am also looking forward to review sections that they are creating now. Can't wait to see how this works.
Cons:
The one thing I wish it had was a company files sections. This way you could upload company documents for all employee to find where out uploading it to each employee profile.

Software to get excited about!
Pros:
I love the onboarding to-do lists. I love that it's fun, aesthetically pleasing and does a great job of building excitement for the new team member and makes them feel welcome before they even step in the door.
Cons:
The most annoying thing for us being in Australia is that our standard working days are 7.6 hours (7 hours and 36 minutes). Grove HR only lets you choose Work Schedules that round to the nearest 30 minutes. So the weekly hour total never matches what our employees are actually working.
