Comments: My overall experience with Forethought has been extremely positive. From the initial quote request process to the technical aspects of the project, Forethought has been very professional and timely. The staff were courteous, patient, and thorough, and ensured that all of my questions were answered in a timely fashion. The project was completed in a timely manner and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Forethought for any of your website design and development needs.

I liked the atmosphere and the sense of camaraderie that the team at Forethought created. Everyone was always willing to help each other, and we all enjoyed coming together to collaborate and problem-solve. Forethought also provided an exceptional level of customer service, and they always strived to create the best product possible. Their culture of building relationships and putting customer satisfaction first was truly inspiring.
Cons:
The least enjoyable part of working at Forethought was the lack of creative autonomy. The company had very clear processes and routines which limited the scope of our projects, making it difficult to explore creative solutions.

It generates past tickets or articles which are pretty relevant to the page you are on. The ability to preview without having to open a new window entirely and add to a reply with the click of a button is a huge timesaver. There's also a combination of categories from past tickets to articles, which can be helpful, especially as they are organized separately. It's a great add-on where it's easily accessible when needed, but does not take away from ease-of-use on Zendesk overall.
Cons:
I noticed that the articles used to include a direct hyperlink when added to a reply, but now just add the content of the article. It would be nice if we could have both features. In addition, it might be fun to see the ability to search within a user's past email history to generate relevant tickets specific to that user as well for any longstanding issues.
