Comments: I love it, it is user-friendly, easy to learn / and teach.

Pros:

It is affordable and because the company is South African base customer service is excellent and instant. No delay. They have custom-built certain aspects for us as a company to be able to have us as a client.

Cons:

When they started cloud base, it was slow, however, we reported it and the issue got fixed quickly.

Wish I was valued.

Comments: The software does what it says.

Pros:

Easy integration. It's great for records and reports, thereby analytics.

Cons:

After contacting Nightsbridge repetitively about the misuse of Nightsbridge by a booking channel - the response is dismissive. In addition, suggestions are also dismissed - I only tried once. Every upgrade loses a function, ie drop down menu for payment source, and now my invoice template is gone. I list 2 establishments with Nightsbridge, and am about to add a third. One day, when I'm not so busy, I will look into what other options are out there. Initially, I felt valued and the service was EXCELLENT. Since lockdown, and home-based consultants, things have changed.

Bigger size establishments would need a better system

How to simplify your life

Comments: If there is any dispute with a guest, there is always back up from Nightsbridge. With the paper trail, there cannot be mistakes.

Pros:

I love the live calendar, this makes life really easy. I also like the notifications of bookings, and payments. Everything is at my fingertips. And it is so easy to consult with someone should you not manage on your own.

Cons:

Nothing, it suits our business perfectly!

Bookings made easy

Pros:

It is impossible for me to run my guesthouse without Nightsbridge. It's available 24/7 on my phone anywhere I go, even while on overseas holidays I am able to run my business in South Africa. It updates all new bookings immediately so no change of double bookings. I started using it since we opened our guesthouse 6 years ago - best decision ever. It was easy to integrate with existing business processes and the Nightsbridge team is also super helpful should one require assistance.

Cons:

A great product to use, would definitely recommend it.

Perfection - The Way To Go

Comments: I have been given exceptional help - I have just been to slack to take up every opportunity. 2023 is the year to start using NIGHTSBRIDGE to the fullest!

Pros:

The unbelievable service from every consultant - so friendly and helpful yet with an amazing professional aspect. I would honestly be lost with NIGHTSBRIDGE. SIMPLY THE BEST!

To have it linked to all the sites we are listed on. I only have 1 place to update.

Cons:

The fact that I can't send a proforma or invoice from Nightsbridge directly.

Guesthouse running made easy

Comments: Nightsbridge system saves me time, is mobile, the cell app works during load sheddings and goes a long way to prevent any double bookings and being allowed to instandly send quotes and invoices speeds up our service which brings in more clients.

Pros:

The new updated cloud version of Nightsbridge has taken into account many of the small time consuming hassles that crop up daily. So bookings, booking changes, mulit room bookings, invalid credit card , on line registration, reporting, invoicing, extras have all become touch of the button options with some good automated items. The end of month booking reports are also a great tool for bookkeeping and tracking payments and referral commisions. Once automated welcome and info packs are added it will be hard to fault this system for making day to day operations simply and obvius. The back up cient support is also superb and I have never called and not received patient guidance until the problem has been resolved.

Cons:

Automated and cutomisable Welcome letters, info packs and Thank you for staying and requests for reviews would be the next big time saver. Automated Resending of on line check in if it is not completed before check in. Next to room bookings bookings for appointment type offerings, like parking, spa treatments or pottery classes - they should be customisable - at the momment I have added the parking as a room, its works as keeps track of the bays and which guest has booked but it messes with the analytics and room occupany rates.

Comments: Can pull stats which is important within running a business.

Pros:

Easy to use and manage and use. Support desk is helpful in solving issues.

Cons:

Guests details which should be able to be deleted / made inactive especially when provisional bookings are made as it skews one's data base.Not being able to send a secure link for extras to be settled once the main account has been closed.

Great partnership

Pros:

Fantastic software for the hospitality industry

Comments: Peace of mind when on the road wrt double bookings as Nightsbridge takes care of real online reservations

Pros:

Superb customer service at all times, easy to use

Cons:

Would be fantastic if I could have old stock removed, alternatively to have it in alphabetic order

Easy to use and has everything I need. Calander works excellent.

Cons:

Better support when it comes to problems with Expedia or Bookings.com (which I pay for)

A Lifesaver Product

Comments: All my problems! Would not be able to run a smooth working entity without Nightsbridge

Pros:

It is a one-stop facility that covers my whole business. I can book and unbook on my Calander, change rooms and rates, put on promotions, basically do everything I need to keep everything 100%

Cons:

As I do not have much time on hand, it sometimes takes a while to go through a stack of new information.

But we understand that change sometimes happens at a very quick pace. Satisfied Nightsbridge user

Comments: Absolutely being live online 24/7 and the easy, seamless automated booking process with instant access from anywhere, what can be easier?

Pros:

Amazed at how well the challenges were addressed over a number of years providing us with a truly stable platform to manage our business. In particular how well the channel manager puts us in the hands of so many operators. Nightsbridge provides us with exactly what we need and their support is absolutely excellent.

Cons:

I don't like the feature where Nightsbridge issues invoices to clients 'on our behalf' that interferes with our numeric invoicing complicating our admin and control.

Links manager - so many options!One stop bookings - I can book guests from anywhere anytime No more double bookings

Comments: 10 year since using it and its always improving , moving with technology.

Pros:

Pros:

An easy to use booking system that also allows guests to pay by card on the Paybridge side. I’ve used it successfully for years and would highly recommend.
