Best Social Media Audit Tool

Pros:

Feature to provide in-depth competition analysis, hashtag analysis, content analysis is something I liked the most.

Cons:

All the features that they are offering are just perfect. Don't really have anything to dislike about the tool.

Most Affordable tool for social media monitoring and analytics with all latest features

Comments: Fanpage Karma helps me to segment my audience by their location, gender, age, and other demographic information, helping me to better understand and create better content to target my audience.

Pros:

Fanpage Karma allows you to compare your performance to other accounts, helping you to see how you stack up against your competitors and make the necessary changes to your overall social media strategy for different social media platforms.

Cons:

I've been using Fanpage Karma for just over a year and it's the best tool I have ever come across for managing multiple social media accounts. My only wish is that they should release the app version to monitor from a smartphone.

Save time in Social Media management

Comments: We use it in our agency to check the performance of our clients social profiles, but we rely less and less on it to really evaluate how our job is actually helping our clients to grow: important metrics are not the ones collected by Fanpage Karma.

Pros:

Nice tool to track performance of social media profiles. It helps saving a lot of time, giving detailed data on what's happening on your profiles and less-detailed data on competitors' profiles. Very easy to use and setup. Less expensive than other similar tools.

Cons:

The tool is useful, but it doesn't give that much insight on opportunities or suggestions for business strategies: it's a collector of data that you could easily find in other places (it saves you the time and effort to go looking for it). Some data are difficult to interpret because the sources are not clear (like Facebook insight data, which are crap, but this is a fault of Facebook, not of Fanpage Karma).

Powerful Social Media Management Tool

Pros:

The Engagement and Analytics features are the most attractive feature of Fanpage karma as per my need.

Cons:

I can't say clearly but to use competitive analysis sometimes there are some complications to be faced. But overall it's ok.

Great Competitor Analysis Tool

Pros:

The competitor analysis tools are the best out there. Without being able to show my team how we compete against our competitors, I'm not sure where I'd be in my career. I have not found another product that will pull in other brands' info like Fanpage karma!

Cons:

I do not like the publishing and engage features. It just doesn't seem as intuitive as other programs so we have yet to switch over from another software.

Best Tool to check Social media enagement and Competitors Research

Pros:

I've been using Fanpage Karma for over a year now and I can't imagine my life without it. It's the best tool out there for analyzing, scheduling and researching social media content. The interface is sleek and intuitive, making it easy to use even if you're not a tech-savvy person. I love how it has helped me grow my following on Facebook and Twitter by providing me with the best content for my business.

Cons:

I am a big fan of Fanpage Karma. The only thing I would say is that they should have more YouTube tutorials to make it more easy & intuitive for users to get a better insight of our social media engagement.

Comments: Me ajudou muito a entender sobre distribuição de conteúdo, engajamento, análise e as métricas de minhas mídias sociais e também a observar a concorrência com mais sabedoria.

Pros:

Nossa, é um sistema de gestão de mídias sociais, que dão informações precisas sobre as redes em que é gestor e também sobre a concorrência. Sem contar os diversos recursos para publicação, engajamento, análises de métricas, fornecimento de relatórios para quase todas as redes sociais.

Cons:

Como disse no título, a única coisa que pra mim é um contra é o preço. Ganho em Real Brasileiro, para pagar em Euro ainda não pude, mas eu tenho muita, muita, muita vontade de assinar algum plano do Fanpage Karma.

La possibilità di monitorare i KPI dei propri competitor e alcune feature molto utili come la programmazione dei post su Linkedin

L'interfaccia utente non è così intuitiva (ma poi ci si fa la mano)
