There aren't many others. If I could give a negative stars I would. We switched from PC law which had become outdated and unreliable. We switched based on our bookkeeper's recommendation. It has been nothing short of a disappointment. The customer service that had been promised is non-existent. Our bookkeeper who works at a medium sized firm that had switched has confirmed that the customer service has deteriorated significantly in the last year to the point she is no longer recommending it.
