POP uses a combination of inputs from the user as well as analytics to shape the content then write it.  The end product is usually very good.

> **Cons**: Sometimes when it's pulling in competitive ranking sites, it pulls in the info type sites like Wikipedia and others that aren't relevant for local rankings....ie. you're not competing with Wikipedia, you're competing with other local competitors.

> Overall I've found POP to be a fantastic tool for optimizing pages during web development and for SEO optimizing in an ongoing way.  I highly recommend it and I appreciate the innovations that \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team continuously create.

Another great option is the Dogwatch Dashboard where the software is monitor the page or post position in the SERP. Amazing software\!

> **Pros**: If you need to update key pages and nail your on-page SEO, this tool makes it relatively easy to get started and not waste so much time in the weeds figuring out what to improve. Very useful too, good price, and it has helped us get our clients results as well as improve results on our own site. And if you're like me and can spend too much time analyzing things, this will speed up your process.

> **Cons**: There are some funky things about PageOptimizer Pro. The fact that I have to login after every time I run a page assessment on a post using the chrome plugin is a pain. But most people are probably not optimizing multiple pages at a time. So this is a low key gripe. I would say POP is a little bit finicky but still super easy to use.
