Comments: It’s like a family helping you create your dream business. I’m new at having an online business so I’m starting with no experience and UENI has helped me 100% start from knowing nothing to almost opening my business very soon. I’m grateful for the support from UENI.

Pros:

I like the fact that the website is well put together. It’s easy to edit and my project manager is fun to talk to and is so patient with me as I’m not very good on the computer. He helped me so much understand the website. In order to get this one on one interaction with a product manager you have to upgrade to the growth plan. It’s worth spending the extra money for the extra help. I definitely needed that. From the start I had a great advisor helping me understand how it works. Now I have a personal advisor I adore. He made me feel like part of the family! Thank you [sensitive content hidden]! [sensitive content hidden] is amazing as well. Very knowledgeable people running this part of teaching you how it works. My website is beautiful! Up grading is worth every penny.

Cons:

I knew I would get support but didn’t know that you don’t get the services that I needed with the basic plan. The upgrade is a must if you’re not computer savvy like me. I’m learning things that I would not have learned on the basic plan. You get so much from the upgrade.

UENI - great people and service, websites that work!

Comments: I used UENI to build a website for my Chinese restaurant China Friend. My overall experience with UENI has been positive. They provided a professional and user-friendly platform that made it easy to establish and manage my website. The website design was really done well for my restaurant business, and we received many nice feedbacks from our customers as well on how easy it was to access and navigate, how nice the photos were, and how straightforward it was to place and order and pay online. UENI's pricing is the lowest I have ever seen for a service like theirs, where you have a website editor at your fingertips to cover any need that you may have. Definitely glad to have discovered UENI years ago and it's been a valuable partner in growing my business online, bringing me additional profits every year.

Pros:

Easy to use website editor and concierge edit request service. The great design and visuals they got for me. And the crazy good price!

Cons:

The website editor can take long to load on mobile.

Comments: Not Good! I specifically expressed what my needs were and they were ignored .

The price and whatI was originally told about how it would benefit my business.

Cons:

They did not follow thru as they said. Different people gave different answers help limited. One petson said it could take months. Asked for a refund keep getting run around. Very bad experience.

Comments: [sensitive content hidden] and everyone at UENI has been utterly helpful in the experience. Out of all the years I have been in business and had a website, they have been the BEST from transferring my domain to design and to setup and marketing.

UENI Rocks

Comments: Overall, I'm completely satisfied with the website, the customer service, the ease of using the website and how fast it was completed. I couldn't be happier with my decision to leave GoDaddy.

Pros:

Everything from start to finish was completed with.easr and professionalism. From submitting my initial pay, to onboarding, to updating and finalizing my own email address! A1 all the way.

Cons:

I only had two issues. One was uploading my blog info and the second issue was getting the shipping charges corrected. But, UENI took care of everything that I couldn't figure out.

Love it!! My website is refreshed and looks amazing!!

Comments: It was wonderful. I loved the Zoom meetings and the quick turnaround on revisions.

Pros:

It was easy to give them the information, the tech is great, and they do it for you!

Cons:

The monthly fee for the upgrades is too expensive for me. I am a software developer in business services, so many of the tools they have don't apply to me. I don't need much customization, but on one page, it is too expensive for me to upgrade.

Comments: UENI for the money/time spent has been the best OVERALL website building experience. They are friendly, efficient, and a joy to work with.

Pros:

Over the past 3 years, I have spent hundreds of dollars in creating a website. UENI has been cost effective in saving time, money, and frustration!!!

Cons:

I am not of fan of technology, it doesn't match with my trade, however UENI has made building my website an ease, but they send a lot of promotional emails that get mingled with the emails I need to respond to.

One Hundred Percent Recommend!

Comments: While I've been working on websites for the bulk of my career, creating one for myself seemed like a daunting process and I wanted something quick and eas. I came across them on a YouTube, reached out during a promotional phase and had a website in 7 days that absolutely met my needs. It was fantastic. I didn't have to stress. All I had to do was upload a little bit of text at some images and prices and it was done. The few times that I've had to reach out for customer support.They have been immediately responsive and had my issues resolved in most times in less than ten minutes.

Pros:

How incredibly easy.It is to do business with them.A website in seven days is incredible and how responsive customer support is unmatched.

Cons:

At the moment absolutely nothing that I don't enjoy about UENI.

Top notch assistance setting up my DNS for my website

Comments: Overall it was great this experience took quite a few days but it was something that I was not familiar with setting up the DNS for my private email. But the representative on the other end from this company was extremely helpful. And we resolved the issue.

Pros:

I have two membership plans one is unlimited and the other is an unlimited website with the growth plan. I just received help with my unlimited setting up my domain name. The representative did not have to go this far but did and we achieve the goal.

Cons:

Oh nothing really I can't think of anything I am very happy with the service. I am a growth member with my website [sensitive content hidden]. my other business is aquaprevent.com. what I do not like is not having a growth plan for my second business. I will in the future.

UENI Delivers Exceptional Websites

Comments: Working with [sensitive content hidden] was great! The Team is committed towards providing world class customer service!

Pros:

I like that UENI can handle all the website technical and creative designs.

Cons:

There were a few times where my design requests appeared not to have gotten to the Design team. I would highly recommend that the once a customer has paid for their subscription there be a design meeting with the customer before any work is done. This would allow the designer to have a verbal discussion with the customers to fully understand the concepts and expected outcome. This would allow for the delivery of the website to be aligned with the customer's expectations and reduce the need to have many meetings.

The $200 lifetime deal has deal-breaker limits.

Comments: Quick creation, really quick 30 minute overview of site features before publishing, very good chat responses, but if you want even a very basic business website you'll have to upgrade. Critical features are not included in the Lifetime package

Pros:

It's easy to use. Support is quite responsive. The cost of the lifetime version is attractive (until you find out about the hidden details)

Cons:

Clunky templates. No Subscribe/Follow button is available in blog feature without upgrading to monthly $$. No drag/drop for adding graphics. Limited options for font sizes. Continual popup adds to upgrade (this is in the paid version, not a free version). No way to full explore changes without publishing first.

Easy to built your own website with minimum skills

Comments: I started a brand new business 2 years ago and I have no website-building skills - UENI put me in business overnight! I get compliments daily about my website on functionality and how good it looks - and customer service is the best in the business from my experience

Pros:

LIVE REAL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT! - They actually have web developers who will add features for you by just describing what you need

Cons:

Sometimes software can be a bit buggy but problems are resolved quickly by chatting with a customer service rep via real-time chat - I do not know of any other website builder that offers this service

Comments: I would give UENI an A plus rating on website design and quick changes. Everyone that we spoke with really listened and was extremely knowledgable about our needs.

Pros:

Rapid response and speed of setting up the site

Cons:

Cannot get on a zoom 30 minutes a day to make changes, but everything worked out great.

Pros:

The features that I love the most are that I can ask questions and the customer service team for UENI shows professional behavior, politeness, and knowledge. This is very important for me since I am part of that generation between all of these continuously improving web features.

Cons:

Some services are not available with certain packages but it is still GREAT BANG for the BUCK!.

Doesn't I never got to use the website matter just about the money

Comments: I had a new account and I told the company about it and they still sent it to a closed account and I have not received it now they want me hunt down the refund

I never got to use the website nothing I had to call and I rarely got a call back but lots of emails about the money they wanted

When you need a functioning website fast

Pros:

The process from sign up to launch was less than 7 days. The website design and ease of use makes UENI very valuable to my business. What I need to attract my client is visible and searchable with the help of UENI.

Cons:

Depending on the price tier, you cannot speak to a customer service rep. The chat feature is available, but I'm old school and would like to actually speak to someone.

Comments: Overall I did nothing but waste money for my website to be hosted but sat dormant because they couldn't help me they said. I finally just cut my loss and Gabe up. Switched hosting sites.

Pros:

I liked that you could import your owned domains. But integrating them was a nightmare.

Cons:

The customer service just rebuttal the same thing over and over. I sat for almost a year without my site active because I couldnt get the integration to work. They would tell me to do the same thing over and over again which I would try but what they kept telling me to do wasn't working.

Great For A Small Business

Comments: If your business doesn't have a website at all, a lot of customers won't trust you. Even a basic website is a show of professionalism and marketing, and Ueni makes it easy for non-tech people like me to do just that.

Pros:

Cheap, fast, easy, and off my plate. That's all I want when it comes to deploying systems for my business. I am one of two people in my company, both of us spend full-time hours in the field. Ueni makes it easy to have a website, connected with all the social platforms and google listing. They shine in the customer service area though. Any time I need to make an edit but don't have time to learn how, they do it usually same day for free.

Cons:

The only thing I can say I didn't like is that upon deployment of my website and integration with the google business listing, there were a couple errors or typos in the information listed. However, I can't overstate how helpful and quick to respond/solve the problems the customer service team is. They actually listen, and act quickly.

Pros:

Easy to work with thus far. I am still fairly new in the process.

None so far. I'm still working through getting the site wher I need it to be.
