Love TeamLinkt

Comments: We are able to track any outstanding payments much easier, registration is much simpler, and scheduling is a breeze. Customer service was outstanding.

Pros:

It's hard to say what I liked most about this software program, I have used others as a parent but not from an organizational perspective. Our entire executive was thoroughly impressed with the program especially with there being no fee to use it. We are a youth sports organization so we do everything we can to keep costs to a minimum. The online registration, payment, and app integration were by far the best for us.

Cons:

The ads can be a little intrusive and annoying (this was really the only complaint we received) but we completely understand and respect why they are there and appreciate that we are able to use the program fee due to this.

If you are a small to medium sports organization -- Why are you not using this amazing product

Comments: A great crew of people who are all willing to help at the drop of a hat

Pros:

EASE OF USE -- you do not need to be a developer to use this system, anyone can jump into the back end of the system and make things happen quickly

Cons:

making legacy data from previous seasons go away

Not worth it

Comments: Overall, its not worth the hassle. We ultimately decided to go with jersey watch for 2022 and for 2023 we are going with sports engine.

Pros:

Some of the features are easy to use and others honestly dont make any sense. Although it tries to be as detailed as possible, alot of the things on there to use are extremely confusing. The app is just as clunky which is the biggest reason why we decided to leave.

Cons:

Most everything. Ease of use is not high on the priority list. The app needs work. It should be as easy as Registration --> Drag and drop into respective teams --> translate to app. we had issues with parents who have more than one child on different teams.

Unbeatable Value

Comments: It’s been fantastic.

Pros:

It effectively handles running a sports program and league from everything to registrations, scheduling, payments, waivers, communications. When I’ve needed additional features or functions the support team has been quick to add them for me.

Cons:

The only deficiency I’ve found so far is bc a lack of a few reports available such as jersey size by team.

Good value for money

Pros:

Everyone uses it already for team management so having it for registration eases that transition

Cons:

Some features dont seem tested thoroughly as simple problems (button not doing anything) arise.

nothing...we currently do not have any complaints due to the customizability of the product...we love it all!

Teamlinkt Useful for Club Volleyball Scheduling and Communication

Pros:

I love that it is free to use for my club. We used another software that has similar features that we had to pay almost $600 to use each season for the amount of teams we use it for.

Cons:

Sometimes the app glitches/freezes and needs to be closed and reopened to have it work properly.

Great software

Comments: Dealt with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] throughout the conversion and he was there to assist, train and support me along the way.

Pros:

Ease of use and a huge time saver compared to the product we were used to.

Cons:

Assigning officials was not easy but is being addressed for next season with their developers

TeamLinkt is THE BEST sport scheduling and team management app.

Pros:

The ability to communicate easily and instantaneously about schedule changes is top notch. Every team in our leagues is able to keep all their players and their families organized and informed.

Cons:

They are currently developing statistics for our football games, and we are looking forward to this update.

Best sports management software

Comments: Best league app I have ever tried. I will never use a different application again.

Pros:

It is easy to use, user friendly, no cost, team is constantly improving our experience. Teamlinkt saves our team countless hours each season with schedule building, communication and registration.

Comments: Excellent experience easy to use and better than other products in the same space

Pros:

The software is user-friendly and customer service team are always there to help in case you of issues.

Cons:

The app sometimes glitches and toggle between accounts has some issue's.

TeamLinkt is Great

Pros:

I love that this product is a local product and then tend to listen better due to that. You can actually talk to a human when there is an issue and get a resolution. One thing that I do like is that amount of ads that you see - I totally get why they would be there, however, I hope that it does not get flooded with them, because then the power users will have a horrible time using the app.

Cons:

With them being fairly new still, in the end to end solution for team management, including registration, payments and all communication, they are still learning. This year, we have had our struggles, however, the team has been pretty good in getting things fixed, or adding functionality to the software. I am starting to see ads pop up when you are trying to do basic things at the team level.

Best app for team management

Comments: Easy to use, quick responses to issues

Pros:

Mimics SportsEngine familiar interface.

Cons:

Payment Plan interface needs work, mobile app has advertisements (a la carte option to pay for removal, but per team)

Great Team and Association Management Tool!

Comments: Overall, for our first year of using TeamLinkt for player and coach registrations, payments and roster/team creation, so far so good.... Still a ways to go but its a good start.

Pros:

I like the simplicity of the administration side of things... right form registration to team creation and formation, to player rosters and communications.... all from one site.

Cons:

I would like to see more flexibility on the website management side of things allowing for a little bit more customization.... maybe some more website templates could be used..... All TeamLinkt sites look very similar right now and it makes it tough to stand out.

Love the software

Pros:

After our program that we used to use for scheduling and standings for our league increased its price, I came across TeamLinkt and we love the ease of use and functionality of the program.

Cons:

I did not run across anything negative from our members.

Great App!

Comments: TeamLinkt has been godsend to our soccer club. Parents use it to communicate to each other, looking for lifts for kids, sharing of responsibilities, list and found, and more!

Pros:

Easy to use, user friendly, very affordable!

Roster in or roster out players. GPS leads to a different address.

The best recreational sports and team management app we've used.

Comments: The team is great, the customer service is phenomenal. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] helped us set up our league and really encouraged us to trust TeamLinkt over the various other apps and social channels we were using to manage our league. It has made our league management much easier and has increased weekly participation by more than 52%.

Pros:

Our league no longer relies on Facebook, WhatsApp, or external apps to allow teams to communicate with each other and amongst themselves. As league admins, we get WAY fewer questions from team captains and are able to offer transparency through the app to the various teams.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of - TeamLinkt has been great from the app to the customer service.

Pros:

If you are looking for an online "do-it-all" activity management app, look no further. I have been using this program for a year now and love everything about it - and so does my community. This is one of the best and easiest to use software out there and the PRICE IS RIGHT!!! Secondly, the customer support has been outstanding - every question answered in a very appropriate time frame!!

Cons:

I do not have anything negative to say!!!

Great for Leagues!

Comments: Amazing customer service and support. This has been a great experience for our league and we have gotten a ton of great feedback this year on the app.

Pros:

Free and functional for league organizer. Takes the challenge out of game scheduling and organizing.

Cons:

Scoring system needs improvement. Adding points, updating final scores etc. Would be great to have a volleyball specific point counter, and to select number of sets and max pts.

Teamlinkt is a simple but elegant solution

The tournament option is not user friendly. It is not dynamic. The promise of does not meet the expectation.
