I didn’t find most of it hard. I guess I had to delete some repeaters manually but that’s it.

Comments: We've solved the problem of keeping our inventory synced between our retail store and e-commerce.
Pros:
We've been using this app for about a year now. I really like the WooCommerce to Clover integration! This has helped us keep our inventory synced and my boss is happy.
Cons:
There isn't an integration available for our shipping software. I would like to see a ShipStation integration soon!

Why your small business needs this
Comments: My overall experience has been great. I appreciate the service they provided the call they made with me the ease of use for the website as well as the mobile use. I’m very pleased with this service.
Pros:
What I like most about SKU IQ is that they have the functions that I need inventory management inventory control, and inventory. Tracking allows me to create the IDs for my product and then also communicate between my website and my POS. It also tracks my inventory to let me know if I need to get more inventory or if I’m low on inventory I just love the features it has to allow me to run my business, smoothly, efficiently and professionally.
Cons:
I think the only thing I at least liked about it Was having to wait for my SKUs to upload and download isn’t to reach 100% in the system but we live in this world of instant gratification, so it’s just something I need to work on personally

Pricing Structure Does Not Define Extra Charges
Comments: As a Clover reselling partner as well as a Shopify partner I would not recommend this software. The support team suggested to use the competitor if we did not like this company policy.
Pros:
Was easy to install. Seems like user interface is great but the product import did not function for us.
Cons:
When importing products into Clover the support team outlined that only 50 products can be sync'd every hour. Therefore for 5000 product it will take over 10 hours to capture the data transfer. The only way around this is to sign up for a full year annual subscription which is counter intuitive to the data transfer available!

Comments: Overall a brilliant experience so far. The functionality is solid as a rock and support are great.
Pros:
Product is super easy to use, one click to publish an EPOS product to the website. I love that it's set and forget - you publish and just assume that SKUIQ is working away in the background, and it always is. Solid as a rock. I also really like the out of stock email/text that is sent when you sell out, or hit a stock level that can be set by the user. Brilliant stuff.
Cons:
I had a slight issue when setting up due to a setting in Woocommerce needing to be activated - but I did not read the instructions properly so it was totally my fault, and I was helped through every step to correct my error by the fantastic support team.

Pros:
It was easy to synch with our Shopify product feed for the initial setup and thereafter. The dashboard is easy to use and gives micro and macro views of our data.
Cons:
Transitioning from the trial to the paid version took longer than anticipated.

The customer service was amazing - it was so wonderful to speak to someone, to walk through my obstacles, and have tips given without asking for them.
Cons:
This is less about SKU IQ and more that TikTok Shops doesn't integrate directly with Shopify meaning I need to use a third party at all.

Easy to use, friendly tech support
Comments: I was disappointed to learn I needed a third party app to sync Tiktok with Shopify, however it doesn't feel like I'm using a third party app. The integration was flawless.
Pros:
The easy of use is the most important to me. The integration with Shopify and Tiktok was seamless. SKU IQ provided an easy to follow instructional video. I recommend you watch the video before proceeding with integration. I also like the user interface.
Cons:
So far this app is really good. It's easy to navigate their website.

Saves you so much time
Comments: It's been really good. I really have issues and when i do it's gets taken care of. Regardless if i respond. If they see something wrong they go in and fix it.

Options and Edits That Will Be Most Effective
Comments: Experience is great, and customer service (Which I am a bit anal about it) is timely and well manered. Fun and interactive tool and would definitely promote any way possible.
Pros:
The best product I've found for what it is; which in my opinion, is a way to integrate small business platforms into a seamless-in-stop-shop approach.
Cons:
I wish it could have more features, such as barcode label printing for Dymo and jewelry tagging and better sync-ability options with other sites when updates occur. The reason is that some of our products and images do not transfer over immediately or never. Thus, I'd have to set up a help chat to resolve the issue after a day or two. It makes it harder for our employees to know which items got transferred and what inventory needs to be tagged. Another idea is to get 'list by date,' 'list by popularity (what's hot),' or 'List by recently updated.' These would enhance the end-user experience by saving time editing and moving products through other systems. I think you should move to a more hub-based business model so that you are the main product when business owners and entrepreneurs are looking for something that syncs multiple platforms seamlessly. Right now, I feel this product helps achieve that directive, but you do not own the market.

Great inventory management software between Clover and WooCommerce
Comments: Overall, it's a good product for inventory management between a brick and mortar store and an online store. I'd recommend it over other products because it's easy to use and there are both automatic or manual management options. I personally prefer to manually add all of my products to both systems, then link them using a SKU.
Pros:
I'm using two SKU IQ instances with two brick and mortar locations and one WooCommerce multistore website. SKU IQ makes it easy for me to ensure that my in-store inventory is properly reflected on my website, ensuring that my customers can purchase items that are in stock.
Cons:
I don't like that I need to pay two separate fees with two logins. I'd like to see an option where I can manage multiple stores with one login and a lower cost.

Critical for brick and mortar to e-commerce syncing
Pros:
I love the quick customer service and instant syncing from store POS to e-commerce platform.
Cons:
Our need for the premium plan came really fast as we added more products to our e-commerce platform. Every time you sell something in store and it adjusts it online, you use up one of your syncings you pay for.

Pros:
I've only been using SKU IQ for about a week now for my tiktok shop so I can't go too in-depth but what I can say is that the process was pretty easy. There was a few hiccups in getting everything synced properly but support has been there to help with every question I have! I'm super grateful.
Cons:
There are still a few glitches that need to be worked out. I had trouble pushing more products between platforms bc I was using the free trial even though I had already upgraded. Also, it does take a while to have the products syncing correctly which I had no idea so I thought something went wrong.

Worth Every Penny
Pros:
SKU IQ makes streamlining orders between our e-store and our brick and mortar seamless. In addition to keep inventory up to date, it also makes adding new products to our Wix site so much faster. Since our products are automatically uploaded to square when we order they end up on our website with every sync saving us literal hours in back end work.
Cons:
Nothing I've noticed yet. I really enjoy this product.

Crucial for Small Business Owners

I ran into some roadblocks at first with signing up and connecting things incorrectly, likely my bad as they have several onboarding videos. However, i booked a call with support and within 30 minutes was completely up and running.

easy to use. Bit on the expensive side. but sync the inventory and sales between physical store and ecommerce.

SkuIQ works (sometimes)
Comments: We had an existing shopify online store and decided to use Square for in store sales. It helps us to keep our inventory management in sync with both systems

The interface between Square and Shopify

When the interface doesn't work, it is difficult to maintain inventory management between the two systems.

Instant synchronization between your inventories POS and eCommerce. Pretty easy to use. No need to spend a lot of time to connect your stores.

Pros:
Starting up I originally had many questions and errors. After talking to a customer service representative, my questions were immediately answered! He was very helpful and always made sure to check back in with me. I am transferring products/inventory from Square to Wix and I couldn't be more satisfied!
Cons:
It was sort of challenging to get the hang of the software.

Small Business Savior
Pros:
We use Sku IQ for inventory management between our POS and e-commerce. Before Sku IQ we were manually removing products from our e-commerce which was a lot of work and made for very inaccurate inventory. They have really saved us. They are also very responsive and helpful with problems.
Cons:
Starting out with Sku IQ was very work intensive and we ended up having to delete every item from our e-commerce and start fresh. I wish there was a more seamless way to do this, but after we did this it's worked well.

Works alright, but a lot of 'jank'
Pros:
Customer service has always been quick to respond. Software has been working fairly well since launch a couple months ago.
Cons:
Very unintuitive to use. Would probably work very well for simple applications, but any sort of complexity and things get very confusing and difficult to use. If customer service gets elevated to a technical team, has taken a week or more to hear back. Have run into bugs in the software that have resulted in bad inventory counts that has caused items to sell twice
