No integrated e-mail triage, although you can forward emails to an "in-box" to turn them into one-off projects or to-do items.

Amazing support!
Comments: I love following the Facebook user group because the developers are actively engaged and super responsive. If someone says, I wish it could..." they either respond immediately with specific directions to use a function that is already available, or they let you know how soon we can anticipate seeing this feature added.
Pros:
Helps with workflow management, designed for accountants & bookkeepers.
Cons:
It is SO robust and takes a lot of effort to implement effectively.

I finally found what my team needs!!!
Comments: 100 our of 10! My team loves it! It helps them to stay on track with their task and manages all client info in one place.
Pros:
There is a team of 5 of us, and we were becoming a little overwhelmed with workflow as our firm is growing fast. I search on google for two months to find a practice management software. I found FC via a reddit text thread! My team tried the two week trial and purchased before the trial was over because we felt an immediate relief once we set it up. The set up was super easy and the templates are AMAZING. I was able to get my emails down to ZERO (although for a short time)! In fact, i can check my email in FC. I love the integrations and am looking to try ReCat which is an upgrade within the software. This has eliminated a lot of mundane tasks. Plus, the price point is GREAT!
Cons:
Nothing as of now. It has made our workload easier to handle with it's automations and email integrations.
Alternatives Considered: Canopy, QuickBooks Online and Karbon

Best Workflow Management
Comments: I love how Financial Cents has cut down on my admin tasks for my bookkeeping business. I can automate so many tasks, set it, and not have to worry about it. I don't have to send as many communications or emails to my clients anymore, which is a huge time saver. It keeps my projects and tasks organized for my clients so that things don't slip through the cracks. I love the new ReCat feature. This saves me from having to export my clients transactions into a spreadsheet every month just to get answers on what their transactions are for. Financial Cents does all this and also sends the information back to QuickBooks once I categorize it. I love this feature!
Pros:
The automations, automatic reminders, and the way it streamlines my whole accounting processes with my clients.
Cons:
I haven't found anything that I dislike so far.
Excellent workflow management and more!
Comments: Excellent onboarding. The services were setup quickly and we were using it within a week. No training needed.
Pros:
Love how easy it is to setup and begin using.

Some of starter templates could be setup a bit better to make the onboarding even better for clients.
Streamlining Bookkeeping to leave room for more Advisory
Pros:
I don't have to chase clients nearly as much with their to-do lists and client portals set up. They can ask questions, and I can add accountability tasks for clients for them to be reminded automatically, and everything is pretty customizable - including the reminder emails.
Cons:
It's still growing and missing features like bulk movement in their document system, but they're working on it. They're great at listening to end-user input.
Alternatives Considered: Canopy and Karbon
Reasons for Switching to Financial Cents: Price was far more reasonable for smaller firms, and we don't do tax so we don't need all of those bells and whistles. FC has a no-password and simple portal and we can give our clients to-do's instead of us being responsible for constantly chasing down bank statements!
Financial Cents is a game changer!
Comments: From the initial discovery call to the onboarding, the experience has been good. It really is easy to set up and they provide so many training videos to guide you along.
Pros:
How quick and easy it is to implement. We were up and running in a week, so that didn't impact our productivity and we still have training sessions left.
Cons:
We haven't encountered anything yet that we don't like. This software has helped improve our workflow 100%.

Workflow Management Software
Pros:
I haven't really been able to maximize all of the features of this software. However, the things I have played with are really good. My assistant is in love with this software and has had more time to play with all of its features and assets. I am so pleased with my purchase and can't wait for the full training so we can use this platform at its optimal capacity.
Cons:
I wish I could invoice and bill within this platform

Reasons for Switching to Financial Cents: It is more cost-effective and has most of the features I am looking for with a simpler way of doing things.
Best Workflow Software Out There
Comments: So far amazing. The product works beautifully. No bugs. It's fast and reliable.
Pros:
Love the speed of this cloud based product. It is so fast, it makes managing products really easy and prevents the build up of neglected project tasks being used. I also love the ease of use and it's very bug free. I rarely have issues.
Cons:
No ability to invoice yet. I hear it's in development for 2024.
Alternatives Considered: TaxDome and Jetpack Workflow
Reasons for Choosing Financial Cents: Mango was too slow. Very cumbersome and lots of bugs. Financial Cents is way, faster and very little bugs. Also Mango's QBO integration did not work and they could not fix it.
Switched From: Mango Practice Management
Reasons for Switching to Financial Cents: I liked the speed of it and it had almost all the features I needed.
Great Program/App
Comments: Its been great. The switch from the last program to this one has been seamless

The cost of the Financial Cents doesn't grow as I grow my practice

Wish there was an admin option, where they are charged less with less features

Pros:
Build specifically for Accountants. No more wasting time trying to make others fit our needs.
Cons:
They are still the new kids on the block, so still releasing a ton of updates. I just hope they don't go too far and end up convuluting the software.
Game Changer for our bookkeeping firm!
Comments: It has been a great experience. From our introductory call to the Facebook group we have been able to implement this new app fairly seamlessly.
Pros:
The ability to change the workflow views for each team member so that they can see their own work in a way that suits their style. As management we love the capacity report to see who has time for the new clients we sign on. The client dashboard allows everyone to be able to see at a glance all the important information pertaining to that client. The relationships tab allows us to jump easily between all related businesses and that saves us a ton of search time.
Cons:
We would like more reports to be available, ie to gather the information that is sitting on the client dashboard (from their about section or the activity section). We would like the ability to use the client chat feature outside of a project - so that they can communicate with us between projects.
Alternatives Considered: Asana and Pixie
Reasons for Choosing Financial Cents: They were not able to give us the visibility and data reporting that Financial Cents could.
Switched From: Asana
Reasons for Switching to Financial Cents: It felt like it would be able to grow with our firm and provide us with the KPI's we need to track.
The Game-Changer

I am always on the lookout for tools that can enhance productivity and streamline my work. Recently, I had the opportunity to try out Financial Cents, and I must say, it has been a game-changer in terms of project and time management

Nothing imparticular that I found unhelpful.
This is a great and comprehensive product
Comments: Very positive. I used it in my previous job and purchased it immediately when I started my own business.
Pros:
It manages multiple functions and meets multiple needs.
Cons:
It's a good program. The only con is that the price increases regularly and you want to join asap to get grandfathered into new features.
Highly recommended tool for work
Pros:
Financial Cents has been a great tool for us. The features that it offers like client work tracking, document storage, and time tracking have helped with the efficiency and organization of our work. It has a user-friendly interface which makes it easy to use and integrate, making it an excellent choice for improving operational productivity in accounting practices. I highly recommend it.
Cons:
For small firms or individual practitioners, the cost of Financial Cents might be a consideration. But the features are worth it and you really get the value of what you pay for.
Financial Cents for client and task management
Pros:
Sophisticated software to manage your client and task management with option to upload and keep the documents in the system to keep all at one place.
Cons:
Documents view is not appearing completely for excel as we need to download the same in order to amend and view the documents completely.
Works Very Well
Pros:
It's easy to use and get the hang of using while also being robust and containing a goodly amount of features. It's also very inexpensive for what's included. Integration with emails and being able to create a project directly from an email is a great feature.
Cons:
There are still some features and integrations that are not yet added.
Easy to Use and Keeps everything organized

Comments: It has been great getting and keeping us organized especially with a remote team.

Financial Cents has been a great time saver and has helped my accounting firm organize and automate document collection from clients which used to be a huge pain.Highly recommend this to all accounting firms!
Cons:
I don't see Canada-specific templates for tax returns - hopefully, these will come in the future.
Great WF Management Software
Pros:
After looking at various options I opted to go with FC for WF and tasks management, could not be happier with it. There are always room for improvement as we accountants expect a lot but it definitely is a peace of mind, great for team capacity management and WF control.
Cons:
I would like if they can sync gmail folders
