Good CRM For WooCommerce

Comments: This is a third-party plugin built by neither Zoho nor WooCommerce. It's not immediately apparent but the plugin makers should make it easier to realize that. However, it is worth the price as it reduces the time connecting who bought what to the CRM. Great support at hand to also help you set up and use the plugin.

Pros:

Reduces redundancy you no longer have to keep data about a customer separately in the CRM and in the store database. Excellent support.

Cons:

Some technical skill is needed to connect Zoho to WooCommerce. (Knowing how to install and setup WordPress Plugins)

Great CRM but Cost is A Little High for a Small Business

Pros:

It was versatile enough to use as an onboardining tool and to help incoming contractors purchase equipment and pay for training. We were able to keep a record of all of that.

Cons:

It was a little bit pricy compared to other companies, but it functioned better for us. If we were larger the price maybe wouldve seemed more reasonable. But it worked so well we couldnt pass up on usining it with our online store. It integrated seamlessly with awoocommerce.

When an order is made with WooCommerce the information about that customer is synced with Zoho.

Comments: The developers of this plugin are responsive and are very helpful. If you have any issues installing the plugin (as some reviewers wrote), reach out to them for a quick response.

Pros:

Time is saved. With this plugin you can easily keep track of what your customers have bought without having to update CRM info yourself.

Cons:

I had no problem installing and using this plugin.

What i think of Woocommerce Zoho Plugin

Comments: Syncing woocommerce with zoho is some kind of dream come true. The authomated work flow makes things much easier for me and saves me time

Pros:

Zoho has been my favourite crm software, finding a software that can synce my zoho with my woocommerce powered shop is a blessing. It also has a free version, with that you can look around and see how things work

Cons:

I have no problem with Woocommerce Zoho Plugin at all. It works just as promoted and gives little or no headache

There’s a learning curve with this one

Pros:

It helps with the selling of different products and merchandise setting sales points and shipping info.

Cons:

It was kind of difficult to use when I first installed it. I had to outsource this task to tech who was more familiar with the product.
