> **Pros**: I love how easy Nectar is to use.  No need to send new team members a bunch of trainings about it.  Also love how individualized the platform is\!

> **Cons**: Nectar doesn't cost much but my team loves using it so we do spend a good amount of money on rewards and challenges.  That's a good and bad thing but it's up to us if we want to change this :)

> **Cons**: not enough points to give out. It felt pointless to only give out anything less than 10 points, and because we were only allowed 50 points, I ran out pretty quick before the end of the month

> i enjoyed it, I was able to redeem a handful of cool things on amazon that i use to this day. It took a while to accumulate but it ended up being worth it

I like that points can be tied to our core values, which turns casual shout-outs into measurable culture wins. The reward catalog (especially the gift cards) gives people flexibility, and the ability to recognize teammates across departments has helped break down silos and boost collaboration. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful any time we’ve had questions.

> **Cons**: Reporting and analytics could be a bit deeper out of the box—especially around trends over time and team-level breakdowns. We’ve also had a few minor hiccups with delays on certain gift cards and redemptions, though they were resolved quickly. None of these are deal-breakers, but there’s room to level up the insights and fine-tune the reward experience.

> **Pros**: Nectar gives an opportunity to be recognized and acknowledged by peers and management. It lets us rack up points and pick where we would like to spend out reward points. Such an awesome why to show appreciation for others, birthdays, holidays, just because\!\!\!

> **Cons**: The only con I can say, is that employees only have 50 points to give to others. 50 points only is $5.00.
