Easy to use and great customer service

Comments: Reduced cost by approx. 20%, high self-service usage and acceptance in the teams, good user experience.

Pros:

Set-up and usage very straightforward and easy. Intuitive functionality and great acceptance in the team. Outstanding customer service with very quick reaction times and well qualified staff.

Cons:

No real cons. At the very beginning some integration work needed on our side reg. accounting, all went quick and easy.

Comments: very good. No more credit cards. transparent way to handle the invoices.

Pros:

a great app when it comes to usability and a good workflow.

Cons:

initially the app was unresponsive for some time but I believe that it could be because of the app upgradation. Otherwise it worked well during the later parts.

Lanes and Planes is a great partner

Comments: L&P allows for a smooth experience and quick problem resolution. The most important aspect from my position perspective is the customer support which has always been flawless.

Pros:

L&P has a very smooth and user-friendly UI. This is my favourite thing about it. Also, the support team is amazing and always willing to make an effort with any inquiries. The integrations work flawlessly as well. L&P allows us to manage our our travel needs at one place with high efficiency.

Cons:

Like with any service, there is room for improvement. I would say adding more options to change/add multiple users at once would really help.

Good handling of issue and easy communication

Comments: Overview I can only highly recommend Lanes & Planes to use, as it is an easy platform to use.

Pros:

That Customer Service is very easy to reach and help you out with your issues that you might have.

Cons:

Sometimes information given via CS is contradicting and so not good at all to help you with your issue.

Ease of rebooking with customer service

Comments: The CS wanted me to call them but I was already on the plane. CS understood the case pretty quickly when I did not make the call. I believe she made a quick analysis of my flight and rebooked it based on my email request. That to me is really important when CS is able to understand the situation and make appropriate and timely resolution.

Pros:

The quick action from their CS to rebook a flight that we will surely miss due to a delay from another flight.

Cons:

It took a while to cancel l/rebooking via app, my other colleague is not able to do it at all thus i sent email to CS

Comments: They are always kind, fast, and try to find answers.

Pros:

Immediate reservation availability, price comparison without having to browse price comparison sites, quick reservation confirmation, customer response in emergency situations

Cons:

Reservations for the Russian region are not available yet.

Simple, Streamlined Booking Process

Pros:

I use lanes and planes to book transportation and accommodation for business in other regions and the process is streamlined with step by step break down from selecting your travel dates to getting your booking confirmations.

Cons:

After I selected my transportation and accommodation, I had a very short time to confirm and after the time expires I had to go through the whole process of choosing flights/trains again.

Hassle solution for Mid-sized companies with great features

Comments: Replaced our old ("manual" solution) with Lanes&Planes and since then had no issue with the software. As could based isntallation was easy and training limited to 2 video calls. Employees like it because they can decide on hotels and have transparency on cost/options - accounting likes it because it made their live easier.

Pros:

* Easy to implement * Very attractive pricing * Based on "self service" concept with maximum support if required * Extending booking tool into bookkeeping - reflecting German legal requirements and reducing workload for accounting department * Scales easily with the company

Cons:

* Sometimes app and desktop solution due not deliver same functionality (but probably due to development progress).

Excellent back-office support team

Comments: Very satisfied with the service, I used to lose a lot of time while booking business trips, but having all the information at the single place (train/flights/hotel/rental car) is quite useful.

Pros:

Excellent reactivity of the support team. You feel safe, in case of issue during your trip, you can feel they have your back.

Cons:

There are a few bugs in the web version app for booking, but mainly you hit refresh and the issue is solved.

Comments: We are not a very big company therefore I do not know how that would be but in the case of a small or medium sized company I would definitely recommend. They were super helpful in the beginning and after a few months nothing has changed. Thanks a lot :)

Pros:

Very helpful, every-time I go in contact with the platform with questions or need for help they came back at me super quick, most times at the same day.

Cons:

I had no problems until now, they have exceeded every expectation I had.

Comments: My company uses it for business travels (stays and transport). So far I have had no problems with it.

Pros:

I like that it is easy to use and removes a lot of overhead for business travels.

Cons:

If you are going to a very small airport, sometimes the connections do not appear on the standard search. But you can use the concierge service in that case.

Makes traveling easier

Pros:

It is good to have all the travel documents and times in one app.

Cons:

Does not show all possible flight connections. Low-cost airlines are not displayed which might result in missing out on direct connections. I recommend to use sky scanner first and then book via the L&P concierge service

Cons:

L&P lacks an easy option to save searches to be able to select, compare and print various offers. We need to submit price comparisons of at least three similar offers for record-keeping.
