And the Species lists, custom lists and searchability of the lists is hands down the best ive seen in the industry. > > **Cons**: The only limitation I can find is not having a way to build simple formulas within a form to auto calculate a value dependant on collected field data. Examples may be things like enter an area in Ha and have an acres field auto populate, or when collecting turbidity data in NTUs and have it compare to TSS values and flag compliance exceedances. However aside from that the cost of the product, the level of service and great customer service from \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team is phenomenal\!\!\!\!\! The ability to edit forms and make changes let's us perfect our process over time and adapt for various scenarios. > > **Cons**: There is a bit of a learning curve both for field users and officer/desktop users, groups which don't always overlap. The photo index and numbering systems don't export in ways that make them easy to work with or search through after the fact. We keep having to create work arounds for random issues because our needs and workflows can be rather niche. The inability to allow two users into the same for at the same time creates restrictions in certain workflows and introduces the risk of accidentally compromising data. Sometimes large photo downloads just won't happen and you have to try again later. It's not a one stop shop, because we can't digitally map in it presently. > > Once I got some experience using it to collect data and using it to export data collected by others, I felt more confident about using it as a field data collection software.
