Comments: The team at BrandWide is always responsive, respectful and solution oriented.

Pros:

BrandWide offers a tremendous amount of flexibility to be sure they will meet their customers needs. No one is placed in a box with their products. Tell them what you are trying to accomplish and they will find the solution for you.

Pros:

Avik and Manu are both extremely helpful and great to work with.

Cons:

It is a little difficult to understand the system, but the team is very helpful whenever we get stuck.

Alternatives Considered: FranConnect

Reasons for Switching to BrandWide: Better features for lower price. I liked that we could brand it.

Comments: The product and the support from the team at BrandWise is excellent.

Pros:

The workflow and automation features linked with the ability to track prospect interactions creates a powerful CRM. Understanding your prospect and client behaviours equates to more sales.

Cons:

It had handled every task I've needed it to do so there is nothing to not like.

Pros:

It's a complete package and easy to use. Customer support is excellent.

Cons:

BrandWide has not major flaws. Like any software, there can be minor problems but the support team is quick to get it right.

Comments: We needed a CRM to house our documents, sales process, onboarding, compliance, and a learning management system. Brandwide was the only platform that included all of this and more in one site. We are impressed by the team's fast and effective customer service. We would recommend Brandwide to all business owners.

Pros:

The Brandwide team provides excellent customer support.

Cons:

There is nothing I don't like about Brandwide. If the team could consider allowing multi units to be accessed from one login, that would be helpful.

Comments: I like everything about it

Pros:

I’ve tried other softwares but they listen to our requests and implement them. Their team works hard to get our requests implemented. From CRM to newsletter s to user library they have it pretty good.

Cons:

There’s a little bit of a learning curve with the software which requires some training which they provide.

Comments: I thought their support was great. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] spent a lot of time with us. Additionally, they've begun to make some minor changes that we've requested.

Pros:

Software is good from the franchisee standpoint and exceptional from the franchisor side.

It took a while to learn how to use it. But, there are so many

Comments: This is a great company. They offer what I need at a reasonable price and communicate extremely well. Glitches and errors are fixed in hours not days.

Pros:

This software is highly customizable and all the franchisees prefer using it compared to other crms. The support from the team is phenomenal!

Cons:

The billing could improve and they could have more you tube videos regarding training
