I also like that customer support is very quick to reply to concerns, usually with a custom video demonstrating how exactly to navigate the system to answer my question. I recently started direct billing via ClinicSense and it saves a lot of time. Once I set up payment processing with Square, that was also a huge time saver and increased convenience for my clients. > > **Cons**: Sometimes ClinicSense make changes to things (i.e. revenue reports) that creates more work me, not less. I love that my clients information is secure and keeping client records is convenient and easy. I think the monthly fee is fair. It’s easy to add services and employees if needed.
