Great for brainstorming and finding ideas

Comments: Great collaborative tool to brainstorm with students and find ideas with a team.

Pros:

Great tool for brainstorming, easy to use and intuitive, very easy to login and start a session.

Cons:

Changing views is not easy to find, other than that it's quite easy to use and straightforward.

A great resource for project meetings and classrooms online, but a bit obsolete now

Comments: Overall, I'm happy I gave Klaxoon a try, but I no longer really use it due to most features just being included on Zoom or Teams directly.

Pros:

Klaxoon was one of the first tools that existed to make distance learning easier and more interactive. It has some great tools for collaborating with other during meetings too. The whiteboard is a good feature for mapping out your ideas together or demonstrating how to conjugate verbs to a group of students, for example.

Cons:

Zoom and Teams now have most of these features so paying extra to use them on Klaxoon is a bit wasteful financially

Convivial, intuitive and well designed

Pros:

Great to work and discuss within teams and between teams. Good brainstorming tools, attractive design. Allows to make quizzes to prepare engaging presentations, and also to give feedback at the end of the meeting.

Cons:

There is nothing special I didn't like about Klaxoon.

Make the online meetings great again

Pros:

When it comes to set up an online meeting, you might choose a classical voice chat software, with a camera record. Klaxoon offers way more than that, giving you smart tools to organize the interactions between each other. Quizz, Brainstorming, dynamic presentation, a feedback at the end of the meeting, and more. This offer is not free for the admin, but it has always been worth for me in my experience.

Cons:

As an avegage user, you may need to explain to your team how the software works, since some functionalities are not quite easy to understand on the very first use of Klaxoon.

Comments: outil utile pour une équipe non située sur le même site, gestion visuelle facile d'accès, nécessité d'avoir un admin bien formé

Pros:

gestion visuelle, outil collaboratif et visuel, sondage en temps réel

Cons:

difficultés pour correction d'erreurs éventuelles, gestion d'environnement sécurisé plus complexe à mettre en place, formation nécessaire pour maitrise des outils en détail

C'est la suite d'outils indispensables en entreprise.

Comments: J'utilise tous les jours depuis 3 ans.

Pros:

Animation de réunion collaborative en présentiel et/ou à distance, travail en groupe et formation. Nos vieux schémas ont pris la poussière. Klaxoon nous aide à repenser notre façon de travailler plus efficacement.

Cons:

Aucun. De nouveaux usages complète la suite chaque année.

L'outil idéal pour le travail collaboratif et l'ideation

Comments: Utilisation pour animer des cours et des formations. Incite à la participation des apprenants

Les différents templates proposés bien conçus et permettant de travailler différents thèmes de façon ludique et structurée

Parfois un peu complexe à mettre en œuvre en session de groupe

Pros:

- flexibilité du produit (couvre beaucoup de fonction, s'adapte à beaucoup de contexte) - Multi-device- fiable

Cons:

- interface un peu compliqué à prendre en main quand on crée des Canvas- pas facile à prendre complétement en main pour un utilisateur lambda

Klaxoon

Pros:

Surtout pour animer des événements, réunions. Les activités et modes sont originaux et facilitent l’animation notamment le collaboratif.

Cons:

Les fonctionnalités sur les activités gamifiees gagneraient à être optimisées ( plus de fonctionnalités). Cote concepteur et utilisateur beaucoup trop de clics pour valider les actions ( clics superflus)
