Users will often have to sign in and out of the app. Multiple hours spent on the phone with tech support for it to just "start working" then fail 2 weeks later. No customer support. It has been 3 weeks and I still am not able to text. I dealt with support for an hour on this issue why my SMS registration. At the end of our conversation he said it was an internal matter and will be corrected at their end. Well, apparently that was completely false. They sent me an email that unless I respond the case number will be closed. Nothing was done.
