Full features and easy to use, I can't believe Applauz is free

Pros:

The system is easy to use, and customer support is just amazing. The interface is also easy enough to use that I understood how to use the tools in minutes.

Cons:

it is necessary to prepare the HR team before implementing such a system, it is a big change that should not be underestimated.

what I love about applauz

Comments: I love it all together as we can recognize others for many different things such as helping, there for one another but you can also use it as a tool just to say good morning how is your day as our teams are spread apart so we can communicate even with other not in our district but that are part of the team over all

Pros:

I like that it gives us a chance to give recognition to others on the team.

Cons:

I've not found anything that i do not like about applauz

Fun to use, but didn't find it to be overly useful for us!

Comments: It gave us interesting ideas, we enjoyed using the software just didn't really fit with out operations.

Pros:

It's got an excellent user interface and UX design, so it's super easy to jump right in and start using Applauz for your employee recognition programs.

Cons:

It's not a knock on the software, but I just didn't find it brought that much value to us as an organization. We went back to our own "old-school" methods of recognizing our employees!

Comments: Great! Will highly recommend this product to other companies. Great way for employees to engage with others within the company that are in various locations.

Pros:

Easy to use. Great way to award employees.

Cons:

Cinemark gift cards do not have a barcode to scan

The items are a little too costly, would like to get more ways to earn applause points.

Comments: The web app is very user friendly, and efficient. It helps connect with peers and it lets user celebrate each others success and growth.

I recently started using Applauz and I couldn’t be more impressed with its functionality and user-friendly interface.

The interface could use more reactions and ways to interact.

Comments: I have had a very good experience with Applauz every time that I have ordered something. They are very fast at getting the items out also. Great plan to be part of.

They have so many items to pick from and the quality of the items are great. They offer high end gifts to pick from. Great ideas.

Cons:

I don't have anything that I don't like about this program. I am very happy with everything and would highly recommend it to other companies.

Comments: It is a fun and engaging platform for boosting employee morale.

Pros:

I enjoy how easy it is to keep in touch with many different coworkers from across multiple departments and locations within the company.

Cons:

At first, it takes a bit of time to get used to navigating the website. After practicing a bit, however, it becomes pretty intuitive.

Applauz is Great!

Comments: I think it is fun and a great way to build teamwork in the work place. Super fun to see what others are doing.

Pros:

The ease of posting and navigating posts. How fun it is to have Gifs available.

Cons:

Notification tab. Want to see only ones that pertain to me.

The ability to publicly recognize agents and make them feel good about the work they do. I love the idea of the marketplace and points. Great motivator and morale booster.

Comments: We put all our advisors on the platform. They love it. They earn points throughout the year and can redeem points when they are ready. We use them for incentives as well.

Pros:

People get to order what they want as gifts. There is a great variety of merchandise.

I personally find the interface a little confusing (clicking likes on the correct message and the like).

The customer support is amazing, they were able to customize what we asked for and are always easy to get on the phone and discuss issues or get help.
