A Top-notch Platform for Seamless Messaging
Comments: My overall experience with Telnyx Suite has been excellent. The platform offers a user-friendly interface, making it easy to send international SMS. The online chat support is particularly helpful, providing instant answers and clear guidance whenever needed. Overall, Telnyx Suite has surpassed my expectations and has become my go-to solution for messaging needs.
Pros:
Before Telnyx, I struggled with other platforms for sending international SMS. They were confusing and hard to use. Even with customer support, I couldn't figure it out. But with Telnyx, the online chat support was a game-changer. I could quickly get help, including screenshots, making setup a breeze.
Cons:
The impossibility of sending messages in bulk through Learn and Build option.

Incredible customer support with comprehensive set of tools
Comments: Customer support has been exceptional, best we've ever encountered from a business like this. It has made the process of integrating services very smooth for us. Response is very fast and the support techs know their product well.
Pros:
What I like most about Telnyx is the range of tools it offers, all in one platform. They provide integrations of voice, messaging, and other services making the service versatile for our needs. Additionally, their user interface and usage analytics provide valuable insights and easy management for our team. The value for the money is a big plus.
Cons:
Lot of security and verification processes, but understandable as to why that needs to be done.
Setting up TF Number on new system
Comments: I am overall pleased with the quick response.
Pros:
The support staff was very quick to respond to a chat request.
Cons:
It is a little hard to find what is needed on the portal. Could be easier but the chat support helped

Comments: Great service, but very confusing documentation still, loved the tech support

AFFORDABLE AND EASY TO START
Comments: Everything is a learning experience but I find out that the support team is there to help fix the issue

I do not have to go through the A2P process which can take a day and that holds up the projects .
Cons:
Sometimes there is to many questions is asked to get to a live agent .

Telnyx Suite one of the better communications packages.
Comments: It is a comprehensive service and everything is self configured.
Pros:
The system is self configured and does not have delays waiting for activation and configurations to be enabled.
Cons:
The Onfido identification plugin does not work with some android devices.

Comments: my experience its very cool, the team like use telnyx and the plataform its very nice

About 3 years ago I started using Telnyx with an old boss, now in my own company after searching and trying more than 10 different VOIP systems I remembered how good Telnyx was and indeed the only thing it has done is improve since then, excellent service

Telnyx, one platform for all telephony
Comments: This is the only platform I've used where I'm not left behind by support. Although they do not deal with the PBX itself, they make the trunking simple.
Pros:
Intuitive interface allows for easy configuration and deployment of new systems.
Cons:
There is little not to like, if i ever run into an issue, support is only a few minutes away via chat.
Great product and customer support

Good first impressions
Comments: Good so far but it's still early days of using the solution.
Pros:
Ease of use and clarity of the UI where key, also the chat support that was quick to answer

Not being able to see right away if the features I was looking for (mainly Clip No Screening on SIP numbers) was available without having to go through the identity validation process and the guides for open source IPBX not being up to date (screenshots and versions used).
Calls from mobile phones
Pros:
Telnyx helps me with calls from mobile number. I very need it and with Telnyx, I can add mobile number to verified mobile numbers and make call from it.
Cons:
Nothing to say, all is perfect and all services function correctly.
Easy to use
Comments: It's not a perfect product that works 100% all the time. But it satisfies our technical needs and the support is always available and helpful.
Pros:
Project integration and support response.
Cons:
The SMS delivery is not working sometimes.
Amazing Messaging API
Comments: In my experience this is a top messaging platform that you cannot go wrong with. It beats out competitors in significant categories such as the price and customer service.
Pros:
The price per message is lower than many alternative within the SMS marketing sphere. Customer support was also quick to respond and helpful on every occasion that I contacted them.
Cons:
I would have wished the billing details to be more in-depth. I can view my current balance and past money deposited but that’s about it. Other API services have detailed overviews of every message sent.
Great SIP trunk and support
Pros:
The ease to setup and use and the customer support are really helpful
Cons:
Can sometimes take a bit of time when support tickets are escalated

Great panel, suite of offerings, prompt and helpful support
Cons:
Nothing really, verification took some time, but that was resolved quickly
A good VOIP option!
Pros:
Telnyx is simple to use once it is set up, and can easily integrate its' VOIP services with other services such as Linphone making it possible to route VOIP calls through both my computer and phone wherever I am.
Cons:
It can take a while to learn the "mechanics" of setting everything up, but if you are tech-savvy then it should be fairly easy.

Real time fault notifications not available through an app for the technician on the go trying to manage their customer base by being able to setup automatic fault report forwarding
