Reliable and affordable

Comments: remote access has been easier for me thanks to remotepc, i am able to access computers and navigation with ease while sharing files

its affordable, easy to use and troubleshoot. fast file sharing

Cons:

pricing is per the number of computers which can sometimes be frustrating

Surprised by so this product when looking for some alternative

Comments: Haven't been using it very intensively so far because of mid-term health issues when I'm limited regarding the amount of work I usually do, but overally I'm happy with RemotePC

Cons:

It's not a matter of life and death, but modern design of GUI would be welcome

Inexpensive trouble free remote desktop access

Comments: Very positive. Our company was looking for a inexpensive solution to enable our employees to access on premise computers for the few remaining applications we run that do not offer a easy way to access without being directly on the company intranet. RemotePC is a bit slower to establish a connection to a remote desktop compared to other applications we have used, but once connected there are no speed issues so it is a more than acceptable compromise considering the price.

Pros:

RemotePC is a basic remote desktop platform offered at a fantastic price. It will allow a user to access any number of PCs remotely through any web browser and includes multimonitor support. A simple low cost solution to providing remote desktop access to your employees.

Cons:

The website can be a bit slow and sometimes the initial connect to your remote PC might take a minute to be established.

Tremendous cost savings - eliminating the travel between sites.

Comments: After understanding the setup required for "anytime" access, it works as if I were sitting at the remote site without the travel time and expense of onsite work.

Pros:

I have used this software for many years as an end point user. I have recently installed Remote PC for a non-profit to enable me to work from home with all aspects. Accessing other online sites is extremely helpful in using all site that the non-profit uses exclusively. Remote printing is the best!

Cons:

A checklist of setup steps would be very nice... I have missed the "sleep" function of the remote computer and had to troubleshoot to get that setting correct.

Comments: Overall, the experience has been fantastic. Great speed.

Pros:

The product is very easy to install and has worked flawlessly. I am currently just using a one PC version to allow access to my home PC when I am traveling. Love the ability to drag and drop files from one PC to another.

Cons:

It was a bit confusing on whether or not I had to install a remote copy of the software in addition to the software on the primary PC. Once I had the client installed in my browser, all was great. Audio from the remote PC has also been a bit scratchy and broken.

This is very easy to use. I have used Google chrome, but this allows another computer to access my data without me being around.

Best value for money!

Comments: I live in Argentina, with a huge economical crisis, inflation a devaluation of our currency. The argentine peso has no value and access to anything from outside is expensive for us. I found in RemotePc a great software at an offordable price. Thank you, RemotePc!

Comments: Cheapest yet the best on the market. Very fast connection. Simple interface. Easy to use. Very good support team. 24/7 live chat from real agent.

Pros:

Firstly, the price is just so affordable. Second, one of the pc got problem connecting at first due to ISP problem, within days, RemotePC team have given new update just to tackle this. Since then I have no problem connecting anymore.

Cons:

Basically nothing for now. It's working so well I don't have anything to not like about it.

The Best Ever

Pros:

I tried too many apps like Anydesk, or Team Viewer, but both need authentication to accept remote requests, I am working on a VPS, and if I want to log in directly I must buy 30$ account a year. I found Remote PC cheap, simple, and effective solution to do that

It doesn't take a college degree to use Remote PC

Comments: I called my IT specialist to recommend a remote service. He said, Remote PC. I used Remote PC through the Pandemic. When I returned back to work onsite I no longer needed it. I let the subscription run out. Circumstances came about that I had to work remotely again. Again I called my IT and he still recommended Remote PC so here I am again.

Pros:

It is easy to use and install. It is so affordable I choose to install on both of my computers.

Cons:

The font on the screen is a little smaller

Great Value for the Money!

Comments: I am very satisfied with overall access to host (office) computer from the comfort of my home, using my laptop computer. Installation was a breeze, up and running in no time. I am also surprised at the low cost of RemotePC, especially compared to other software options. For my purposes, it is a very good value!

Pros:

I am new to remote access software, but was very pleasantly surprised with the ease of RemotePC installation on to host computer and subsequent connectivity to host computer from my home laptop computer. Now I can easily work with programs & files from home.

Cons:

I am still in the process of exploring the power of RemotePC and have not found any significant negative aspects with connectivity, speed and file transfer tasks.

Comments: Am able to easily and simply connect a linux pc to a windows pc, remoting in and affecting maintenance from my home server while offsite.

Comments: I've deployed RemotePC for several of my clients in the past 4 years and it really works well, and nearly trouble-free!

Pros:

RemotePC offers good speed, excellent features, multiple security options, and just works.

Cons:

Windows RDP connector option is a paid add-on and the info (and pricing) is buried in the fine print.

Amazing Software

Comments: I installed RemotePC recently and I found it smooth and fast. Also, I liked the simplicity of it which helped me alot with my work as I needed to login into my pc while I’m outside work.

RemotePC is an Excellent Product !

Comments: In using RemotePC for the first time, we were amazed at its ease of installation and use in controlling various computers for difference purposes. Overall, this product does not stress our network, and we find that the speed at which we can connect to other devices (while using RemotePC) is very fast and uncomplicated.

Pros:

We most like RemotePC for its ease of installation and its ease of use. When remote control of another computer is needed, we don't have to go through a lot of hurdles to install the software, whether for attended or unattended use.

Cons:

We have utilized about 70% of this products depth of features. We can honestly say that there are no dislikes about RemotePC. We likewise have used much more expensive products for remote control of our systems but are thankful that RemotePC is now leading our remote control sessions.
