Comments: With Exponea we are able to introduce to our customer their each individual consumer with its unique digital behavior, explore the real performance of Marketing Campaigns investments and use Automation to understand and drive unexplored sales potential. Using various analytical functions (segmentation, attribution, funnels and retention analysis) we are able to understand "what is happening in real time" and what needs to be done trough communication channels (SMS, email, layers…) to improve the sales performance for our customer.
Bloomreach has been a great tool in getting us improving our system
Comments: I am really enjoying it as a daily user, it makes my job a whole lot easier and I have learned a lot through it.
I like the ease of use of the asset builder and the email builder. Scenarios as well are logically laid out and I have throughly enjoyed the course I have taken through Bloomreach Academy
We currently have a data implementation issue, but I am not letting it get in the way of using the tool as much as I possibly can whilst it gets fixed in the background
I am a user who works in Hippo daily.
I enjoy the ease of use that Hippo offers. Prior to my current position I had never used a CMS before and I picked up Hippo within a week. I also appreciate the dedicated customer service that we have received so far.
We are currently using Hippo 10 and we have a constant problem with the CMS freezing. In addition, this version of the program seems pretty limited in terms of templates.

Great platform for demanding users
Comments: I've been using Bloomreach platform for the last 3 years in a high scale business (retail, 20+ markets) and it proved both on Bloomreach company and platform side to be reliable partner that helps a lot to develop business and drive revenue and customer retention.

(-) there is not predefined templates for use cases so you have to do all on your own (but it's planned to change very soon with plug & play library)(-) Single Customer View card is very simple, not very informative in terms of customer value summary (i.e. CLV, probability to buy, recommended products)(-) there could be more educational or how-to materials, webinars (there is Academy but it's paid) to learn more how to take full advantage of the platform(-) experiments module is not scalable - can't run one test on multiple pages i.e. PDPs (each page is separate test)
Finally a CDP without a rival | Excelent.
Bloomreach is able to do almost everything what we need in our CDP system. His competitors are very complicated to set up and to operate without knowledge. We are also able to use Bloomreach throughout company from call centrum to our board management. As for data collecting/reporting or for better customer care. There is big advantage that we can also use it for marketing. Incredible tool and easy to operate.
I would like to know more about specific roadmap. If I miss something on the platform, I would like to suggest change and be informed if this change would be implemented within roadmap in next app release. But it is minority according to the fact what could Bloomreach do for us in case of SaaS.
Bloomreach - a fantastic CRM tool that'll improve your marketing comms strategey
Comments: Very positive experience with the tool, it has allowed us to serve the right message to the right user at the right time through the automations tool. It has also opened up alternative channels which previously required our engineering team to build - such as in-app messages and web pop ups.
The automation system allows you to quickly and visibility build complicated automations quickly.
There can be a steep learning curve when first using the tool, there is a very helpful help centre however sometimes the answers to issues aren't clear or easy to find.

Comments: I am satisfied with this tool. It has many great feature (some of them we for now do not use but I believe we will integrate it soon and start using it)
I use it daily. Mostly for analytical and reporting purposes. You can import data from many sources (brick-and-mortar branches, call centre, mobile app). We can approach the data directly through Google Big query with Power BI. Exponea has also Funnels, Flows where we can see the data in a graphic way and use it for example in Dashboard for a quick look. Also we use it for sending automated & customised emails, creating weblayers which customise the website for particular users, integration with advertising systems Google Ads and Facebook ads.
I encounter only one small issue and that is reporting abilities in Exponea interface (for example row limit 10 000 for the report or limited options for data visualisation)
Best CRM Marketing tool
Extremely easy to use, everything is intuitive, the templates are responsive and the customer support is superb. Very powerful tool far beyond expectations.
To be fair, there's nothing I can complain about this ESP. They're just that good, my work is so much easier thanks to them.
Incredibly powerful software, great design, great support
It is an incredibly well-designed and well-featured software. The scenario builder concept is brilliant and much of the user interfaces were accessible and not terribly daunting despite how feature-rich the software is. Their support team and account managers who we worked with were all fabulous, responsive, and knowledgable.
Exponea is constantly developing and growing, which is great, but a con that comes with that is that some of the newer features would have kinks that needed to be worked out. However, they are always responsive to troubleshooting and putting in updates when needed. Just part of the territory of being on the cutting edge.

HIPPO at LIONS
Comments: I have been using HIPPO for close to 5 years now and am very pleased with the product. The use and versatility of the software is amazing. I have used many other products in the past but none can compare with HIPPO given the relative low cost of the product, and second to none customer support.

Comments: Exponea is immensely useful for helping us with segmentation, analysis of our own data and overall marketing performance optimization in the company. Huge help with most campaigns and guys are really helpful with their professional and humanly approach. Highly recommended!

Exponea helps in increasing effectivity of Telco operator's campaigns
Comments: We have used Exponea for effectivity increase of campaigns for a leading Telco operator. In this exact case, we appreciated mainly its incredible flexibility. That is built on an autonomous, immediate entry into the system of our client's website, without intervention of their web administrator. That was the only way we could reverse negative trends in their media curve. Waiting for administrators would cause fatal delays in each of their campaigns. This real-time change option, as well as real-time analytics of Exponea, which allow us to adjust campaigns several times a day, have resulted in a clear increase in ROI for this particular client.

It's fairly easy to use. Offers a wide range of features, making some apps we've used before redundant.
I feel that adding lots of new features is making the suite too complex for some use cases. Also, the pricing is now quite steep.
Data driven heaven
Comments: We run a service helping users find the best loan for their particular situation. Recently, we were looking for analytics and marketing automation tools to help us improve our performance. Initially we wanted to use different solutions as we used various analytical functions (segmentation, attribution, funnels and retention analysis), and planned to automate communication across several channels (SMS, email, banners…). In the end, we were positively surprised to find out that a single solution, Exponea, managed to fully satisfy both these needs.

- be careful during integration part (if integrated badly your data will make no sense)
Terrible user experience
Comments: Hippo was extremely difficult to implement and to do anything an ordinary CMS would do, you basically have to build new components, which is a difficult and counter intuitive process. It takes way longer to do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING in Hippo than it would in a normal CMS. Hippo is definitely not designed for the user, but rather for developers.

HeC team didn't start as they could have and as most our clients do work with Hippo CMS: a tool that increases marketing agility and puts marketing in the driver seat. I do feel that the first set of issues will help the UX tremendously. Great product & Great people. Fully Recommend.
Our key business challenge was to optimize our "Keep rate" - i.e. number of users that keep the app installed (and ideally use it).
There were 2 challenges
1. You don't know, when a user uninstalled the app
2. We have tens of millions of users and it's difficult to dig out insights We have tried several world class companies, but all have failed, most because they were not able to work with such a huge user base. Exponea is the only company that we know of that could solve the problem. They implemented a system for triggered silent push notifications and flagged all users were there was no response for 14 days as "dead". Then we ran a machine learning prediction algorithm that tested over 20k combinations of attributes to arrive at key drivers of churn. These insights have completely redefined our product roadmap and helped us focus on the most important points in the customer journey.
Exponea saved us a lot of money and helped us win two Effie awards
Comments: We have used Exponea's tool and consulting support for the now famous Fofola campaign, which has won two Gold Effie Awards for communication effectiveness. Exponea gave us a number of media insights. For example, after analyzing Facebook and YouTube traffic to the campaign website, we realized that while both had similar costs, the people coming from YouTube spent more time and were more active on our website. We changed our media planning and the campaign became more effective. Pros: Easy integration and we didn't need in-house analytics specialists. Exponea consultants gave us insights and helped us to implement them. Cons: It will be great to have powerpoint-ready exports of the results for marketing departments.

so we have been using MP for some time, and its ok, but the listed pros will answer your questions more.
their support is amazing, we have received help every time we asked in minutes, they have even implemented on the fly stuff we have needed. *Cons:
- no migration from Mixpanel
- few automatic properties are missing, but its not a big deal *Pros:
- they have a drill down and it is awesome
- overview and filter of funnels
- reports, more flexible, better overview
- much much better filtering options
- more generic possibilities
- suggestions for implementation
- automatic start - stop session is great
- their support rocks!!! You want to try it out ;)
Comments: I've been using Hippo for about a year now and some parts of it are easy to use and others are more difficult. After we had components added, it accomplished more.
Images are a hassle.
