Pros:

The ease of use, and the fact that you can use it so remote.

Comments: Overall my experience was delightful and positive. Ntask had just enough to meet our needs and expectations.
It's suitable for beginners or smaller businesses as well. It is affordable and still up to par on quality.
Ntask helped us improve our overall business and particularly helped our office run smoother and stay organized. It is an effective task management software (note there is a difference between task management and project management).

Pros:

I really enjoyed being able to try out the free version before purchasing the paid version! The free version will actually get the job done if you can't or don't want to purchase the paid version. I like that multiple views are offered. I like that all the necessary task management features are available and functional. Ntask has meeting management, kanban board, Gantt chart, etc. For the most part ntask is delightful! It's simple overall but in a good way that increases ease of use. It's not cluttered with things that some businesses may not need. It's easy to use with slack which is another huge plus!

Cons:

The free version does not feature a kanban board which was very disappointing for me as it is one of my absolute favorite tools. Ntask can be slightly difficult to use at times because some things require so many steps and clicks. I would've liked better privacy setting options as well and better privacy all around.

Nice product but poor service

Comments: We really liked the program but the customer service is very poor.

Pros:

Love the program and ease of use. We were really hoping to use this as our management system.

Cons:

We purchased a paid subscription but our account never switched to paid. We tried to contact someone about it but you can only communicate through email. The issue was never resolved after multiple attempts. In the end we just wasted our money.

Perfect Tasks and Project Management Tool

Comments: We widely use it across the company in all the teams to manage multiple tasks and projects. Assigning and communicating with mates is much easier along with improving efficiency.

Pros:

It helps to manage the tasks, assign them to the team, and track progress. A great way for team collaboration and productivity.

Cons:

Haven't faced issues, except slow down some time. Rest the tool is the perfect management tool.

NTask is a great project management tool!

Comments: I really enjoy using nTask. It helps me keep my team on task and it makes it easy for me to share documents. It also integrates with Slack, which I haven't had time to utilize, but I love that it's an option!

Pros:

I love that NTask is an easy to navigate tool for project management. I use it to keep my small team in the know about upcoming projects and to assign them tasks. It's really a hidden jewel because you can take advantage of most of the features for free, and it offers many of the same functions as larger and much more expensive project management tools.

Cons:

The only thing that isn't as user-friendly about nTask is the ability to attach documents and photos. It'd be great to be able to see the visuals right in the project window, but this isn't an available feature at the moment. Other than that, it works great for a small team!

Overall Good Product

Comments: Overall I like it. There are just a few things I would change, but it has helped our organization stayed more organized and track progress on tasks.

Pros:

I like the ease of creating new tasks and organizing each task in different categories. I also like the notifications that are sent each time a task is modified and/or a comment is entered.

Cons:

There are a few little glitchy things I don't care for. First of all, you cannot simply cut and paste images into the description or comments in a task. It becomes a bit tedious to have to save a screenshot, and then upload it each time. Also, when entering comments as a reply, if you try to use the built in spell check, the comment is erased. This also happens if you go to a different window to look at something and come back. Anything you type in is erased. I also wish there was a setting that would sync the order of the Board view for all Users. We wanted to use this to prioritize tasks very specifically, but each User sees there own board.

Pros:

The product was stable (can be used on the web and the app). Support was readily available and there was regular release of new features.

Cons:

Needs robust features like, risk logs, rich task reporting especially if billing is task based and improved integration with other office tools.

Great start-up project management software

Comments: Overall, I am happy with nTask and I look forward to seeing how the development team improves on an already good piece of software.

Pros:

The ability to pick up nTask and get straight to assigning tasks and projects is pretty remarkable. Within the first day, my team was able to get the software set up and usable for each team member. After a few months of using the software, we were also able to get stats/data from each project allowing us to better quote future projects.

Cons:

One feature I was surprised not to see was an actual timer feature. Since I deal with many small tasks throughout my work day, I use a timer to better track each task. A timer that integrates with logging time to my timesheet seems like a very standard feature with most project management softwares.

Find practicality in this great task manager

Comments: I started using it to help me get through the day with my tasks and activities, then I was assigned two big projects and realized that I could use it with my work team. I asked them to install it and configure it to work projects through it, at first some seemed exceptional, only the time of use showed the amazing things you can achieve, we integrated and took us to another level of work and communication, we were fast but efficient at the same time, it was a very pleasant experience to use and that's why we made it recurrent in our catalog of productive tools and work.

Pros:

Administers and manages tasks from the service in the integrated cloud, provides all the functions necessary to achieve effective collaborative work with the rest of the team, such as assign tasks, monitors the progress of all, manages documents, schedules meetings and tasks that are recurrent, defines risks and manages the budget of each project according to plan.

Cons:

Every aspect of this application has made me move towards productivity, I can't think of anything bad to mention about it.

Nice Software for Task Management

Comments: In overall, by the help of this software I can easily schedule and manage my tasks. Great software.

Pros:

nTask has a project management features such as project planning, Gantt charts, and milestone tracking. It helps me to plan and execute complex projects with ease.

Cons:

It may take some time for new user to familiarize with the platform and its features.

Well-built software with a couple of amazing features

Comments: It’s a great software with more features than most solutions at this price level. The UI is not awesome but it is functional and very simple to understand. The support team is amazing, we have never been stuck with things and always got help when we needed - 24/7.

Pros:

I really like how you can have different views of the same project - it has helped the different teams in our company stay updated as per their preferences. The Risk module is probably the strongest feature. It has been fundamental for us for managing large projects.

Cons:

The mobile app is outdated and something that has become very important for us, and I am sure, many other users as well.

Easy to use

Comments: I started using Ntask a couple of years ago when a nonprofit organization hired us to implement some digital tools to improve their processes, in that moment Ntask was an option because it was on a budget for the organization vs other tools like Monday like we use to use for our company, it was helpful for the organization but it has some tools hard to use and not intuitive for some users like add files or comments, I implement and gave support for over two year to the team and I could notice how more tools and intuitive functions adding to Ntask

Pros:

It is simple to use, and the support is great!

Comments: Overall I thought it is a great program that many people or organizations can take advantage of if they need a little help keeping on track and completing tasks promptly.

Pros:

I like the features that allow you to assign a task to team members, and those tasks have subcategories. By setting multiple people to one study and giving them each goal, you can later see who has started and who still needs to finish their job. I found it very useful to see who is falling behind schedule.

Cons:

I wish the notification system were a bit pushier or in your face. The notifications it has doesn't provide a sense of urgency for the task to be completed in time. I am so having more reminders that a mission due duty is near or that the job its jobs now past due could help those to focus on what needs to be done.

Pros:

It is easy to use and visually attractive. Also, I can start a chat with customer support any time I need it (the time of response is low).

Cons:

Even when you pay, you cannot use all the tools.

Fully Loaded Project and Task Management Tool

Comments: This is really an excellent application based on cloud for managing remote teams and agency clients. This comes in least cost for an online tool starting at $1/month.

Pros:

This is one of the best task management tool I found so far in least cost. Here are the features I love the most: -Forever FREE plan -File attachment -Gantt Charts -Team Collaboration -Integrations

Cons:

They have improved a lot from the last release. I think now those weaknesses are their main selling point.

N number of Tasks

Comments: It is an affordable tool that allows you to stick with a free plan. I love its intuitiveness and easiness of use. As I am exploring many different tools, I find this one to be among the easiest to use. And it has plenty of features addressing many different aspects of the work process in a neat and nice way like meeting scheduling.

Pros:

This is easy to use tool with a very intuitive design that allows you to very quickly find your way around. From all the standard features I particularly liked the risk management feature -- risk matrix -- something that oftentimes gets neglected.

Cons:

I understand that they are still developing so I would encourage them to work a little bit more on customization.

Great for organizing tasks across teams.

Comments: nTask has helped me organize monthly projects with my team. I love that I can set up checklists so we always know where we are on each project. The comments feature for each task is great for improving communication. I have reached out to support with questions and they responded within minutes with solutions. Support was outstanding, friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. I'm happy I found nTask. It has really helped me stay on top of my projects and feel more organzied.

Pros:

nTask is easy to set up, easy to understand and perfect for setting up checklists and to-dos across teams. It only take a couple of minutes to create a task.

Cons:

I don't like that the calendar view starts on Monday and I am unable to configure to start on Sunday. It would also be nice if you could configure colors for each task in calendar view based on project type.

Good ,with room for improvement

Comments: Helps us optimize our approach to projects .

Pros:

The Project Overview window manages to be concise without being overbearing .Following the overall process is easy ,changes are updated instantly and you can also reach out to other nTask members easily .You can also integrate it with Outlook ,making sending out reminders really simple.

Cons:

nTask has it's own vernacular about their features and when you start out it takes long to learn which means what . I can also see how it could be an issue for large teams to incorporate everything they need in the same place on nTask . Our team is fortunately not that large and we manage .

Great Service

Pros:

Easy to track and view all tasks that are being worked on. Also very easy to track hours

Cons:

I sometimes try creating a new task and it looks like it gets created but it does not actually get created as when I try updating the task I get a "task does not exist" Error. I believe this is maybe an issue where only certain individuals inside a given workspace can create new tasks but it does not say that when I try to create the task.

Best task management tool I found out there

Pros:

Free trial is extensive and really allows you to get used with their tools. They struck a good balance between free tier and premium without breaking their own software for free users, making me much more inclined to purchase the full version in the near future.

Cons:

Not applicable for me at this point. I should try the premium features first to see what is actually missing

Overall Usage of nTask

Comments: nTask allows me to collaborate easily with co-workers as we work on the same or similar material

Pros:

The ease of collaboration and the ability to upload documents is great way to share information and artifacts.

Cons:

It would be nice to be able to replace uploaded documents with a single click instead of deleting the old document and uploading the next rendition. So maybe integration that ties to document history

Use of free version of N-Task

Comments: Helps to monitor tasks

Pros:

Its very easy to create multiple group of tasks, addition of multiple tasks under each group.

Cons:

The number of days it takes to complete a task is missing in the free version.

Customer support is poor. And then they leave you hanging.

Comments: HORRIBLE. I lost 3 months of my time working with a software that erased all my information, customer support never helped me and they even stopped responding to my communications 11 days after I reported the incident.

Pros:

I really liked nTask. The interface, the ease of use, the fact that it helped track time and work collaboratively.

Cons:

A few weeks into using the software, I started having minor problems (like one of my team members could not see the tasks she was invited to). Customer support was so so. But then, one day after about 3 months of use more or less, and many hours spent populating my workspaces in the the software, all my information disappeared. All of it. I immediately reached out to customer support, and 20 days after the fact and some unhelpful communications with support staff that stopped (on their behalf) 11 days ago, my information is still missing.

What I like least about this software maybe is the interface of the software. For me the nTask can develop it more.
