It was easy to setup and integrate with Airbnb and syncs flawlessly with my account on a daily basis or when I make adjustments.
I haven't quite gotten the hang of the layout for a single property and seem to often have trouble finding the button to sync and update pricing.

Great pricing service, if you set it correctly.
Comments: Perfect, keep up the good work!
Pros:
Robust features, great AI model and generally that my revenues are skyrocketing.
Cons:
Some functions that I would expect are missing, however in general a great product.

Automate pricing & increase your property rentals revenues by at least 20%
Comments:
All in, it's a very good piece of big data software which will immediately translate into increased revenues & less hassle.
To me it's a must : when in the market for property management platforms, i would only look at those that would enable a connection with Wheelhouse
Pros:
The pricing algorithm does a great job and is very accurate: as an example, not only was it able to precisely forecast the peak in demand generated by Fashion Week in this particular street in Paris where my property is located, but also to calculate by how much i should increase nightly prices to make the most of it. I was really amazed... since that i have 100% trust in the pricing algorithm. It's also very good at getting a majority of bookings in advance at relatively high prices, but flexible enough to adjust for last minute single nights availability (unique feature vs. competition i believe).
Cons:
Recent improvements in the UI were welcome. Integrations with other platforms are growing. Next item to improve is to be more mobile-friendly (either thru a dedicated app, or an adaptative html design of the existing website)

Comments: I love Wheelhouse and their YouTube videos are highly useful for learning the tool better.Our properties performance for ADR and OR on a monthly basis is much higher than the market. It's truly a result of Wheelhouse's ability to price us effectively and allow us to hybrid the pricing strategy. Thank you so much!
Pros:
Having the ability to use data driven or a hybrid of user pricing strategy is key. The options to customize based on the market and what you know about certain trends in your area helps. The hypothetical scenario for new listings is helpful when speaking with prospective clients. Customer service is excellent. If I have an issue, there is someone available on chat that can work through your challenge in real time and solve it for you. It's amazing.
Cons:
There could be better trends for a property's performance v. the market (and the listings that are the competition). I believe PriceLabs has a better feature for this use.
Inaccurate Pricing cost me Thousands
Pros:
- Easy to use - Update prices in a click - Sync with Airbnb - web based - Friendly staff - Global company
Cons:
- Incorrect pricing on multiple dates e.g. christmas, easter etc - Customer support friendly, but completely unhelpful. Comparable to the friendly face at the coffee shop, nice but usually gets your order wrong. I have multiple properties for different clients in which I manage. I started on wheelhouse with 8 properties, to put my 'toe in the water'. I attempted to sync my account with wheelhouse. They had technical errors on their side. It was suggested to me in their words "just keep clicking sync until it works". This took around 5-6 hours of checking in and doing this over 2 days. So now I'm connected, I believe things were going quite well, pricing was updating etc. Fast forward 2 months later, I was getting a large number of bookings over christmas period and new year which seemed out of the ordinary. After researching other properties in the area and comparing to my own portfolio, I came to realise in some cases we were priced at 1/3 of the price of properties in the area which were of an inferior quality. I approached wheelhouse about this issue in which they were friendly but unhelpful. Politely informing me that it is a known issue and that if i would like to lodge a request for a feature to be added I'm welcome to follow the link. I was gobsmacked. Immediately I queried how to de-link my listings, I was provided a link on instructions to do so. I was not made aware that all the pricing would revert. I spent the next 2 hours repricing.

Super product in combination with Otamiser Booster
Comments: Super good experience! I've had other RMS before, and wheelhouse is for me the best!
Pros:
I used it together with the Otamiser Booster, actually they selected this software for me to implement and I can only say it works really good in combination with the Otamiser Booster.
Cons:
Sometimes I don't really understand what they do.

Comments: It has been a game-changer, for me-

The ability to change and adjust my prices according to the market.
Cons:
I believe the price is still too high when you have more than one listing.

Comments: I refer it to every short term rental host I come into contact with. Their customer service is great and I am really pleased with house the product works
Pros:
I LOVE that it is making us significantly more money and getting significantly more bookings than we were getting prior. You look from one year to the next there is a significant increase in revenue since using Wheelhouse
Cons:
It doesn't integrate with VRBO. This is HUGE. Most softwares don't seem to integrate with VRBO and so my guess is that it is more of a VRBO API issue than Wheelhouse, but this is the biggest downfall to wheelhouse having it only work with Airbnb

Put more money in your pocket!
Comments: If you aren't using this, then you are leaving thousands of dollars on the table.
Pros:
Super easy to use and leaves me with more time to do other things. Also give a boost in AirBnB listings search because it goes in and adjusts my calendar daily. The price is EXCELLENT!
Cons:
Nothing, really. It works really well and lets me go about my daily business without having to worry and changing my rates all the time.
Wheelhouse a turning point in pricing properties
Pros:
The evaluation of the offer and demand in the local market

There is not enough statistics on performances

There are tips and tricks to making changes across all properties that I really enjoy, and make the process easier.
Cons:
I find that the competitor/ market data isn't as accurate as it could be.

Amazing - Will never look back!
Pros:
Amazing job of dynamically pricing my rental. Removes any work that I have to do. I love it and would never consider not using the software again in my life. Customer support is great and follows up. Overall highly recommended - will never look back!
Cons:
Customer service takes a few hours to reach and only available by email. I wish they would be willing to call you when they receive your email -that should be an option. Grateful it’s not a few days!

Comments: Hassle free pricing is the way to go.
Pros:
This was great software to manage my listing for many days with various prices.
Cons:
Hard to figure out how to set it up for individual rooms verses a whole apartment.
Great product to help you get the best prices for Airbnb
Comments: I use it as a pretty good guide, it certainly more than covers its cost (which is pretty small). Occasionally - in lower periods, (or when i cant quite hold my nerve) feel they keep prices high too long - and find it quite simple to just override.
Pros:
It’s pretty simple to understand and use - i prefer to work through the calendar view. Has very simple , intuitive approach to varying prices - which makes for understanding.
Cons:
It doesn’t link with Booking dot com yet - or only indirectly - which would be the most useful addition for us.
Alternatives Considered:
With Wheelhouse, I don't have to worry about my vacation rental pricing!
Pros:
It automates the complex process of pricing my vacation rental and keeps prices up-to-date on my Airbnb listings in the background without me having to update anything. It has a great array of tweaks that can be made to various aspects of pricing, for example last minute discounts, etc., that give control where you want it. These levers are much better than those offered by a competitor that I've tried!
Cons:
Navigation from dashboard to listings and between listings is a little unintuitive, and recent UI changes don't seem to have helped that. A direct integration with VRBO would be a huge asset.
Wheelhouse Pricing
Comments: Outstanding looking forward to the future. Makes my life much easier. I can let my prices work and monitor them so I can focus on other tasks. Wheelhouse is clean and easy to use. I love how smooth it is. Everyone is friendly and quick to help. I tried several dynamic pricing tools before I decided that Wheelhouse is the way to go for my business. I own and manage 24 very busy overnight cabin rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. I look forward to growing much faster with the help of Wheelhouse.
Pros:
Very easy to use and understand...I can update easily from my mobile phone if needed as well...it took me no time to feel confident in allowing Wheelhouse to work for me and my business...staff was friendly and very helpful
Cons:
I'd love a tape chart within an app. I'm not complaining at all because it is great as is. I look forward to how the company evolves in further optimizing a dynamic pricing tool for its customers. I have felt at easy ever since I signed up. Haven't for one second doubted my decision and I am looking forward to the future.
Great Value for the Service
Pros:
I like that I don't have to think about setting my pricing for my Airbnb. Wheelhouse takes care of everything, but also gives you options for customizing your pricing strategy. I like that flexibility, while also having confidence that I can walk away and let Wheelhouse automate this aspect of my Airbnb business.
Cons:
The platform takes a little getting used to. The layout is a bit confusing at first, but once you know your way around it's fine. I tend to want to go directly to my Strategy tab on my dashboard first, and it took a little while to get used to knowing where to click when you first sign in. Not a huge deal, just something I personally found cumbersome.

Wheelhouse has automated pricing for our airbnb.
Comments: We started out on airbnb using their smartpricing, and it was the worst decision ever. Within hours of listing our first property, it was booked for less than 1/3 of what it should have been rented for. The in-house airbnb smart pricing is attrocious especially for high quality/luxury properties. Immediately afterwards we looked for a solution and considered this and the competitor Beyond Pricing and chose this for ease of use. We have friends that say wheelhouse tends to overvalue their budget condos, but that is far better than the alternative.
Pros:
Extremely easy to use, easy to analyze, and we can plan our pricing far in advance. It's dynamic and rewards us based on the reviews, number of guests that have stayed with us, and gives us great control when we want it.
Cons:
Recently, wheelhouse made an update where they changed how they calculate the nightly rate - but they didn't notify us about it. All of a sudden our base rate changed significantly overnight and we still don't know what happened. Over chat, the support agent couldn't explain this either.
Awesome!
Pros:
Everything about wheelhouse is great as it gives us so much more ease in overseeing the pricing of our property on Airbnb and trip advisor.
Cons:
Very few cons if any except perhaps that it is not available on vrbo and booking.com yet.

An Amazing Company
Comments: In the very beginning, I experienced a major engineering issue and lost some confidence with the product. BUT, Wheelhouse worked VERY hard to remedy the issue and went to great lengths to regain my confidence. Now, I have no hesitation highly recommending Wheelhouse.
Pros:
I like the ease of usage, the features they continue to add as well as the wonderful customer service.
Cons:
Airbnb is my only platform and I had a lot of trouble with changing the lengths of stay but was able to work through the issues.
Very useful software
Pros:
I like all the features this software have, they always become useful to maximize profit.
Cons:
I did not find weak points. I suggested some changes, and they replied to me they were working on it. Which was true, because months later they added the feature I had suggested.
Once we started using wheelhouse we started making more money
Pros:
It takes the headache out of doing your own research, it is user friendly. You can adjust it to minimum and maximum standards And it is flexible.
Cons:
It doesn't work great with VRBO. There is not much to not like about wheelhouse it solves many problems.

Comments: My experience with Wheelhouse I believe, has gained me a lot more income from my listing then I could have achieved just myself. The research one would have to do would be tremendous. I think it’s a great service and a no brainer when operating a listing.
Pros:
Very easier to use and lots of important information provided to help make your listing preform at its best.
Cons:
It could update pricing faster and of course more booking platforms.
Very easy to use and worth the small cost.
Comments: I get top dollar for my rentals and I don't need to go in and adjust prices, it happens automatically.
Pros:
I like the software because it sets the prices for me automatically on Airbnb and I never need to go in and change based on supply and demand. Wheelhouse does the pricing automatically and I always get top dollar for my rentals.
Cons:
Wheelhouse doesn't link with VRBO, however, I use the pricing that is generated for airbnb and adjust my VRBO pricing accordingly. It takes a little more time. Hopefully they will be able to link to VRBO in the future.
Solid Pricing Algorithm
Pros:
The site is easy to use and the configuration settings are intuitive. Over the course of the 2-3 months I have been using it, I have seen an increase of revenue on a monthly basis. My listings tend to book in waves, with a few bookings at around 6 weeks out, then a few more at about 3-4 weeks out and several within 2 weeks. What this tells me is that I am getting guests who plan but do not overpay, and also the last minute ones who end up paying premium prices.
Cons:
I am very satisfied so far, but realistically, I need to observe its performance over the course of the entire year to see how it does over high and low seasons.
