We were one of the early adopters of this tool a few years back and have seen it evolve over time.

Comments: great rewards and recognition software. We have great engagement with it and buy in at multiple levels of the organization.

Pros:

Its amazing for getting to know the people within our organization and providing us with opportunities to reward them with what matter to them. We've been able to support our team members with stuff thats meaningful to them. Everything from travel, singing lessons, whale watching, volunteering and many things in-between. I find it much more fulfilling that giving someone a coffee card or something like that (although we still do those). The tool has evolved over time and some of the things that make our lives really easy include: Data - our people seem to really take care in populating their bucket list items and goals. Leaderboards Activity feed Events - we've done a few events based on common interests and they were great Slack integration Recognition and the points system are pretty cool. We've recently used it for an operational excellence award that that experience worked out well so i think we'll keep using it for that as well. Support is awesome as well and they keep putting out new features with good quality.

Cons:

We have been using this tool for a few years now so we have seen it grow since its infancy. The things that I would like to see improve in the near term is some slightly improved reporting/manager dashboard but i think they said its in the works and they deliver on their road map, and recently they updated the UI which is a big improvement over the previous version we were using.

Cons:

That not everyone may get rewarded points outside of Birthday and Years of services.

Comments: Great!

Pros:

The opportunity it gives employees to decide how they want to be rewarded and self -manage their points. Because they have the opportunity to decide they can make it a goal to earn more and save their points for something extra special.

Cons:

only one thing is the inability to respond with a gif.

Comments: Overall it is a fun and easy way to recognize each other and reward others for going above and beyond in their jobs.

Pros:

The product is so easy to understand and very user friendly. It truly helps motivate employees to be better and look forward to earning rewards when doing so. I really like the feature that allows everybody in the facility to see who is being rewarded and why they are being rewarded.

Cons:

Honestly, there is nothing I do not like about Bucketlist so far.

Comments: Phenomenal, I would recommend all companies integrate this as part of a daily occurrence to boost morale

It's impactful to see where you have done something extra special or something that management or your peers truly appreciate

We love Bucketlist!

Pros:

When we want to recognize our peers or colleagues, Bucketlist makes it easy with their website. They have a broad selection of reward categories to choose from. And when you receive recognition in the form of a gift card, you can receive it digitally immediately! No waiting for it to come in the mail.

Cons:

Nothing so far. Haven't noticed anything.

Bucketlist recognition for my team, peers and colleagues

Comments: We all want to give recognition and encouragement to our fellow teammates, and this makes it so easy while putting them in a running feed so that everyone can share in the positivity and motivation!

Pros:

I like the ease of use. The whole process is easy to navigate from sending recognition to redeeming points myself. I like that there are fun little touches like gifs and emojis that add a little whimsy and/or meaning to the words and points awarded.

Cons:

I have not found anything that I did not like or was hard to use with they process yet.

Pros:

Wish I had more view options vs ALL recognitions vs only my center. I wish I could view multiple centers.

Feedback to bucketlist

Pros:

Ease of use and simple UI design with nearly flat colors which are pleasant to eyes.

Cons:

My suggestion would look least interested still I want to talk about it. If I search on google as "bucketlist", I get so many other results, rarely anyone relevant to features Bucketlist providing though. I would say SEO could be improved to make it stands out in the google search results that makes it more reachable.
