Extraordinary product with so many useful features

5.0 5 years ago

Comments: So, in a nut shell I really refer this one application over others due to its affordability and functionality as well.

Pros:

The best thing about it is that I can easily coordinate among my teammates through its instant messaging feature that is a huge ease in all terms. Furthermore, the basic feature that is my most favorite and indeed the most applicable feature is its ability to be used on multiple types of devices whether it’s a laptop, desktop or even my tiny mobile phone with a lot of ease and convenience.

Cons:

No doubt Fuze is absolutely perfect product. I found it to be very amazing from every angle. I failed to find even a single deficiency in it.

Best Way To Cold Call

5.0 3 years ago

Pros:

I use Fuze to cold call clients in my pipeline. I love how you can mask the area code to match that of who you are calling. I also love how the click to call function is integrated and works with Salesforce as well. I use this to complement email marketing with YesWare.

Cons:

I wish texting were more clear cut using Fuze on my desktop. It is not very intuitive/user friendly.

Alternatives Considered:

Buyer Beware - Read EVERY order or MSA with a magnifying glass

1.0 3 years ago

Comments: I had a horrible experience with Fuze. From sales to support, I would not recommend this company to anyone. It has been constant frustration since day one.

Pros:

I don't like the software. It is not easy to sue or fix. It seems like every issue with the system is fixed with some engineers attempt at a work around.

Cons:

The service is glitchy, service is often many time zones ahead or behind, the reps raley listen to you, implementation doesn't take express instruction, features are sold that don't exist.

Good service for work chats and links with phone voicemail

5.0 6 years ago

Comments: It worked well for work chats and links with phone voicemail. The chat service was fast and pretty user friendly as well. I would recommend for small to medium sized businesses.

Pros:

I like that it worked well for work chats and links with phone voicemail. It stored my voicemail from my work phone so I could listen while still on my computer or laptop. The chat service was fast and pretty user friendly as well.

Cons:

I think some of my co workers had phone and voicemail issues but none for me.

A good video calling and collaboration tool

5.0 6 years ago

Pros:

Conferencing capabilities of Fuze are quite good. The software is so simple to use because of its intuitive interface. You can actually rely on it when it comes to video conferencing.

Cons:

Fuze is based on cloud computing. You cannot access everything according to your wish like: you cannot add a phone number until and unless you register a MAC address with Fuze.

Is not good enough

3.0 3 years ago

Comments: It is not stable at all is easy to find a different bug each day and with all the different communication platforms out there this one easily would be the last one that I would use

Pros:

The platform is easy to use and user friendly

Cons:

It is not a stable software, is problematic to look for old chat messages

Good working system; pretty good for your dollar

4.0 7 years ago

Comments: Clear calls, reliable service, and pretty good for your dollar.

Pros:

Often if you try to go a cheaper route you end up getting a service that isn't as reliable. In our business we have call center staff that need a reliable phone service and that is what it is.

Cons:

Right now we pay on usage but I wish we could just pay a flat fee and keep it stead throughout the year.

Web Conferencing tool at an Enterprise level with cool features

4.0 7 years ago

Comments: using the Fuze tool to cast catchy videos. Moving in an internal campaign to record demos and helpful content of our solutions and Fuze is a great compliment to stream things to vast audiences all over places.

Pros:

Have the experience to use Fuze for a Global Conference Streaming. The Set up was pretty easy! the addon you download via the web is fast to install and automatically gets the meeting id of your conference and connect it right away. Video and audio quality is superb. Definitely a great tool for these type of activities

Cons:

The internal chat controls and the audio settings can be slow compared with other solutions. Some notches in the screen, and grayed spaces. Not sure if was something that can be addressed or it is like that by default. Other to say is a great tool.

FUZE-A video conferencing and collaboration tool.

4.0 6 years ago

Pros:

The biggest advantage of this software is that it easily gets the number and we can use it as a phone number . The thing which makes it different from other similar functional tools is it's layout which is very simple and easy to use.

Cons:

The cone is that I'd need to improve itself in feature and functionality just like similar apps such as skype and all and screen sharing can be improved

Love the flexibility

4.0 4 years ago

Comments: I love the software, I love what you have done with it since we first started. Overall I am pleased with the service. I think you need to work on quality of call especially for international calls, customer service and billing also need more work but you are heading in a good direction from where you started.

Pros:

With any software I feel that there is always room for improvement, but I think Fuze as been improving the software week by week, month by month. I think currently I love how easy it is to take a call from anywhere. During a mandatory shut down in our state, we were able to route our main switch calls and take them from home off our our cell phones. That was unheard of just a bit ago. I love the you made transferring calls easy from the mobile app so we are easily able to get call to co-worker spread out working in their own homes. Our business didn't pause for even on minute during this time and that is very much appreciated.

Cons:

I think my only issue is quality of a calls, especially for international calls. A big chunk of our business is international and I hate using Fuse for international calls. All the calls seem mumbled so it is very hard to understand but when we use other software we don't have the same problems. We find ourselves using teams and other services but it would be nice to be able to be consistent and not switch from one service to other.

Fuze -

4.0 4 years ago

Comments: Generally, Fuze does a good job of allowing us to receive and make calls easily, however, I believe there are improvements that could be made to the functionality, to make notifications easier to identify

Pros:

I like the ease of transferring calls across to other users easily, whilst the caller is on hold. The functionality of being able to share screens is also really great when speaking with teammates internally, particularly now we are working from home more often. I also really like the chrome extension which speeds up calling!

Cons:

The chat function, although useful, I find can often be missed - notifications are not obvious and can be lost amongst the calls coming in - it would be good to have this as a separate tab and for notifications to be more identifiable. I often find issues with call audio not connecting with Fuza, so often have to restart the software.

Fuze Works

4.0 6 years ago

Pros:

What I liked most about Fuze was that I was one click away from communicating with someone instead of emailing them. Fuze allowed me to set up video calls, conference calls, and meetings with clients and coworkers and made the day to day life easier.

Cons:

There are many technical issues with Fuze, it started giving our team errors and lagging a lot and here recently we transitioned to Ring Central for our communication needs since there were so many technical difficulties

Inhouse chats and customer service tool

4.0 4 years ago

Pros:

We have been using Fuze for some time and it is our go/to tool for reaching out to our customers. Our collaborators also use the chat function to stay in touch and create groups.

Cons:

We have experienced some down time with our lines sporadically but their Customer Support has been diligent on giving us answers and solutions.

Using Fuze to have meetings/chat

4.0 6 years ago

Comments: I have a lot of benefits because I can have meetings and also I can chat with my colleagues and see their status in real time. I really like to use the new funcionality to search an specific text in all my chat's list.

Pros:

I really like that I can use Fuze in my laptop and my mobile, also I can set up meetings with my colleagues in the application or using Outlook. Also when you setup a meeting, fuze provide you a link and you can share the link with whoever you want. When you are in a meeting you can record it and later share the link.

Cons:

I think that we can enhance the performance, for software products we should try to enhance this topic in every release.

Fuze User

5.0 4 years ago

Comments: Overall I love this product. The calls are clear and rarely drop. It is very user friendly, takes no time at all to learn

Pros:

I love how easy it is to call or chat with anyone at work. I have used other chat products but the fact that I can call and check my messages from the same app is wonderful.

Cons:

The only other thing I would like out of this software is a way to export my call list or contact data.

Fuze User and Admin

4.0 4 years ago

Comments: Works well for the most part. Biggest complaints are surrounding call/meeting quality.

Pros:

Fuze integrates well across different devices. Meetings are easy to setup via the app or Outlook.

Cons:

Call quality can be hit and miss. App does have glitches at times on outlook, updates can crash the application where it needs to be uninstalled/cleaned before it is installed again.

Good alternative to Zoom

4.0 5 years ago

Comments: It's becoming more popular, which helps connecting with clients as most of them have had experience or have installed it already.

Pros:

Similar features to Zoom, easier to record meetings to share with client/teams later.

Cons:

We've had delays when requesting to add local numbers.

Fuze in the workplace

3.0 7 years ago

Comments: Using Fuze has allowed us to create open lines of communicat internally as well as externally.

Pros:

I like the visibility elements of Fuze and being able to view their status. I also like being able to hide certain conversations, but still being able to view the history of that conversation if needed. I like the ease and ability of being able to provide my meeting link to whoever I need to.

Cons:

There are a lot of glitches with the software, desktop and mobile versions. They are not always synched up. I have some employees who have issues running other softwares or websites during a phone or video conference.

Only if it’s your only option

3.0 7 years ago

Pros:

The hardware for Fuze (formerly thinkingphones), is fantastic. The use of side cars for more lines for users to navigate to, as well as displaying if someone is on a call, is great!

Cons:

The UI is extremely difficult, the documentation is nearly nonexistent. Reaching out to support for assistance they immediately try to follow scripts and don’t even bother to read or listen to your requests. Two separate instances, I spent hours on the phone or over email, to simply find out how to reset a users’ pin.
