Aside from the initial sales pitches, we had a terrible onboarding rep. He didn't answer his phone, he didn't train us, he didn't know how the features worked.

I love being able to manage our multiple locations' listings and social media.
Cons:
At times there can be challenges with initial setup, but the processes have improved.

A Solid Partner For Your Business
Comments: We've had a very positive experience with Reputation.com since inception. That is why we continue to open the door to new rooftops using this platform. It's easy to set-up, easy to use and they continue to look for progress with their platform. It's not a stale/static product by any stretch of the imagination.
Pros:
Reputation.com has been a part of our portfolio for 6+ years and has expanded across multiple rooftops over those years. It's an easy to use and understand platform that continues to update and evolve its offerings to include the latest relevant information to help you monitor and manage your online listings, customer sentiment and social media pages.
Cons:
As they expand the platform, it's become very built out versus what it was just a few years ago. Moving around in the platform isn't as easy as it once was, but that's most likely due to user error and comfortability with new features.
THE place to manage your online reputation, profiles and digital presence
Pros:
Reputation is a fantastic modular-based online platform designed to help organisations with multiple locations to manage their social media, reviews, third-party listings and surveys, all from one place.Having a platform that collects everything is great but where Reputation excels, is the ability to really understand what the customer is saying through NLP (natural language processing). It's always great to receive a 4 or 5-star review, but measuring just on a basic system like that won't tell you the full picture. With Reputation, the system can "read" the feedback and place the themes into categories, weighted on sentiment and volume. These insights can help with staff retention and attraction and support your marketing efforts (focusing on the areas you excel at) and operational teams (addressing regular areas of concern).We have been fortunate to have a brilliant CSM (customer success manager) who has been working hard to support us when we've run into issues (which do occur from time to time).There are other platforms on the market, but from those we tested, none were at the level of Reputation. Indeed, we have been using them now for almost two years, alongside many other well-known and respected brands across healthcare, automotive and hospitality, and therefore would recommend Reputation as your next provider of choice.
Cons:
The platform isn't perfect. There are certainly flaws - for example, how some of the numbers are calculated, some of the broader customer support tickets aren't always dealt with properly (it does on occasion feel like the tickets are being rushed due to SLA rather than focusing on resolution of the actual problem), and on occasion, a small number of reviews don't get pulled into the platform - but I do recognise that the company are aware of their own areas for improvement and are actively working to address these - as any good company should be doing. In addition, sometimes issues are a result of connections provided by review platforms themselves.

Comments: Dealing with accounting has been the worst experience I've ever had with any accounting team. I've been on this product for over a year now and not once have I received a correct invoice. The amount of time I've wasted going back with accounting is insane and they are not clear about what is wrong.
Pros:
I love the reporting aspects. I am very happy being able to pull metrics on reviews and surveys. This really helps us make changes and improvements within our company. The word cloud and key word summary are the two most important surveys I have and they are proven very useful. The review response feature has also been very helpful and saved us a lot of time.
Cons:
It seems that the functionality breaks semi-often. When we put out a survey the results don't always come in for us to see them. The social media tools could be better. I would love to see a planning/grid option for Instagram. This would help us manage this better. Also, the set up process for our survey program was very taxing. Plus their help desk was not very proactive about fixing the product for us. It can take weeks to get a survey functioning properly.
Reputation has supercharged our business
Pros:
Reputation has given us the insight to enable our teams to identify pain-points, areas of inefficiency or poor service and remedy them - both improving our customer experiences on-site, but also online. It's been invaluable when managing a vast amount of sites and their listings online, all in one easy-to-use dashboard.
Cons:
We've come across a couple of things that haven't worked, but the teams have been quick to fix anything flagged.

Wonderful Product with Great Flexibility
Comments: I have had amazing experiences with Reputation. Sometimes there can be some small quirks or glitches in the software, but the benefits have absolutely outweighed the negatives. I have had other social media management platforms reach out, but no one has yet been able to offer everything that Reputation has.
Pros:
I love the content library and user system! This makes Reputation stand out from all the other third-party social media softwares. This has allowed us to truly create content that is easily accessible to all users to be able to share with their social media audience. Reputation is always ever-expanding and constantly implementing new features!
Cons:
The software can be glitchy every now and then, but overall this isn't such a detrimental issues.

Pros:
How it is organized, and how it helps me be more efficient by allowing me to manage all of my your social media activities easily, across all my locations, from a single platform.
Cons:
Reputation.com is a very extensive product, so it can be overwhelming to learn it all at the adoption level. But as I used it more and more I have learned to make it my tools, and they have become invaluable! The integration with all the platforms - had a couple of glitches with a couple of the Social Media platforms at the beginning, but its functionality and the support team made sure it all came together.

Comments: The team at Reputation has been outstanding and helped us with big issues and small.
Pros:
The organizing all reviews in one place is very helpful. Responding to reviews in a timely fashion is also great.
Cons:
There is nothing that's not working for us right now.

Makes Social Media Reviews Very Easy to Track
Comments: You can respond to reviews immediately, especially bad reviews.
Pros:
It's very easy to use and I love the email notifications when you get a review... especially a bad review.
Cons:
Could have more analytics, but that's not a deal breaker.
The ultimate online reputation management platform
Comments: I've been using Reputation for a few months now, and I'm really impressed with it. Reputation is a powerful online reputation management platform with a lot to offer.
Pros:
Reputation is easy to use, yet powerful enough to handle even the most complex online reputation challenges. Additionally, Reputation's reporting features give us a clear understanding of our online reputation.
Cons:
I wish there was a free version of the software.

Comments: it's been great from the beginning, and we're now in our 8th year.
Pros:
The dashboard is easy to use, the personal customer service is unmatched among all my vendors
Cons:
from time to time their access to specific review dashboards gets cancelled. Haven't yet determined why.

Comments: Reputation.com has provided our company with the means to manage our customers reviews from tracking, responding to reporting. We've also enhanced our review collection and provided our operational team with actionable feedback. My main pain point is what seems to be a lack of communication between Rep.com's internal teams. At times, communications seem disjointed or ill informed. Additionally, software issues are not always realized until the users come upon them.
Pros:
I appreciate the appealing interface and the various report viewing options (line graph, bar graph, word cloud etc.) which can fit anyone's preference. The sentiment analysis capabilities are a favorite of mine.
Cons:
With so much at my disposal, sometimes it feels daunting to find the right report I'm looking for. Additionally, I can't always download all of the data in a similar format to what I see within the dashboard interfaces. Downloads would make some of my reporting tasks easier, however, I toggle through filters within the dashboard as an alternative.

Comments: I work in the multifamily housing industry with a portfolio of 5 properties and your platform makes it easy at a glance to keep on top of each of my sites online reputation scores.
Pros:

Cons:
I wish that it included the actual ORA score for each site though, on the weekly rollup report. I think it may be a little less user friendly to the onsite managers for responding, but I find it very useful and easy to manage.

Terrible service
Comments: Entired experience was horrible. My rep changed 4 times in first 6 mos, no one else there took care of the problems I had or even told me there was a process change. We did things the way our first rep showed us.
Pros:
Right after i signed and paid for a year, they changed the program and Yelp was no longer a part of it. I still stayed, but then halfway through the year, they changed the process for me to upload data, and for 7 months none of my emails went out. No one told me, nor did they refund any of my money, so when my contract expired I quit. I would never use this company again!
Cons:
Service was terrible, no one is very helpful. HOrrible.

Complete lack of Customer Service
Comments: We find them difficult to work with and they have totally unresponsive account management.
Pros:
It is a great tool to solicit feedback from our customers.
Cons:
The actual tool is fine, but it takes weeks to set up new programs through their customer service team and you do not get direct access to an account manager. You can only leave voicemail messages on a generic line or send to a generic email address. Impossible to escalate issues.

Easy to Use with First Class Support
Comments: Reputation.com allows us to manage most of our customer and employee facing review sites in one place. The dashboard is very intuitive and reporting is customizable. Our account manager is super responsive and always pleasant.
Pros:
I like that we are able to have insight into multiple review sites into one place. Macros are easy to use and reporting is customizable and super helpful. Our account manager is super responsive and always pleasant.

The newer functionality is buggy, but we are beta testing some products.

Comments: Overall experience is above average in regards to recommending to others, as well as the ability for Reputation.com to satisfy our business needs. No major issues, and the support team is great.
Pros:
The software is easy to use, and the support staff is proactive and easy to reach and communicate with.
Cons:
There are some limitations with reporting, but overall it suits all of our needs.
Solid reputation management platform with some limitations.
Pros:
Reputation does what I need it to do in the property management industry. Responding to reviews is so quick and easy. I like that all reviews come into one dashboard, and the prefilled responses make it so quick. There are so many options for reports and you can even make custom ones if you can't find what you're looking for.
Cons:
I wish some things on the back end were easier to set up. Not everything is self-explanatory and some things support has to fix for me. I do wish it was easier to send review requests to customers - that's something Reputation is lacking. It would be hugely helpful if they had a passive/automatic way to requesting reviews. Overall it's a solid reputation management platform.
Great long term solution
Comments: This is a great product with good management and customer support when it comes to following up with reviews.
Pros:
I like that I do not have to worry about it. It's a set it and forget it type of product, with a manager who consistently checks in and I do not have to worry whether or not the job is being done or not.
Cons:
I don't love that I cannot customize the replies as much as I would like, but that's not a dealbreaker for me.
Social Suite and Easy to use
Comments: I use it to boost properties rep scores and having rep x give me the details on how to do just that.
Pros:
The product is made keeping up with social media, generating the content, and scheduling posts simple for all the onsite teams and me I train.
Cons:
Sometimes the program can be cumbersome because it has so much functionality but that is also a good thing/
Great When It Works
Comments: For the most part it's been good considering the price point. However, there have been several occasions where some of our social accounts stopped linking correctly to the software and we weren't notified that something was amiss. Unfortunately, we missed responding to a couple of reviews that needed to be addressed because we didn't receive the notifications. As a result we missed opportunities to resolve customer complaints and potentially lost customers.
Pros:
Ease of responding to and tracking reviews from multiple social sites.
Cons:
When one or multiple social accounts stop linking to the software and we're not notified.
A Good Reputation for Reputation
Comments: We can best keep track of reviews and ensure they are responded to in a timely manner. We can also sort by Google, Facebook, ApartmentRatings, and Modern Message. I like that they merge together.
Pros:
You can see all your reviews on different platforms in one spot.
Cons:
Increasing your score is difficult, and it would be nice to implement a few more platforms for reviews and posting on social media.
User Friendly Platform with Great Product Variety
Pros:
Easy to use for our employees who have a varying background in technology. A great variety of products that can be packaged to meet our different needs for each community.
Cons:
Disconnections can occur regularly and we have had several POCs since we started on the software.
Camp Review
Comments: We love using this to track our social media, and to look at the larger picture for our business needs!
Pros:
The interface is easy to use and it makes it very easy!
Cons:
The price and some of the features. Also, Reputation.com is not an accredited member of Better Business Bureau which does have some impact when we first chose to go with this service.
Excellent all-in-one platform
Pros:
The reputation score is helpful in ranking our businesses across the country and measuring performance. The dashboard is very user-friendly with options for reporting, chart-building and filtering. This makes it easy to keep a pulse on reputation management for our network.
Cons:
The system is so robust that unless you receive proactive coaching, you may not realize all features that are available.
