The hardware itself is nice. > > **Cons**: The fact that they steal your money without any response other than, "our security division is looking into it." How can you not tell me why the hell you took $35k out of our account in winter, for a landscape supplies center in Edmonton, AB, Canada, we had almost 0 sales this month. > > Clover has stolen $35k from my company in the past two weeks. We started to notice tiny rejected transactions repeatedly, then more, then more. Contacted Clover and the account rep said the reason we were not getting serviced is because we only had 300 attempts whereas other accounts were having the same issue for 10's of thousands of attempts. They have withdrawn $35k fraudulently directly from our account despite them having our POS Systems shut down for weeks this month. There has been zero communication. They will not respond. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating and ongoing issue. After countless delays, poor communication, and a lack of understanding from the support team, the problem is still not resolved. I've personally wasted over 12 hours following up, repeating the same information, and trying to get answers. On top of that, I've lost sales and business opportunities because of this situation. What is even more disappointing is that Clover has never offered any meaningful solution, escalation, or compensation for the time and revenue lost due to their mistakes and delays. I own six businesses and deal with many service providers every year. Without question, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will be moving my business to another provider. Extremely disappointing service.
