> **Pros**: Customer service is the worst ever. The hardware itself is nice.

> **Cons**: The fact that they steal your money without any response other than, "our security division is looking into it." How can you not tell me why the hell you took $35k out of our account in winter, for a landscape supplies center in Edmonton, AB, Canada, we had almost 0 sales this month.

> Clover has stolen $35k from my company in the past two weeks. We started to notice tiny rejected transactions repeatedly, then more, then more. &#10;&#10;Contacted Clover and the account rep said the reason we were not getting serviced is because we only had 300 attempts whereas other accounts were having the same issue for 10's of thousands of attempts.  &#10;&#10;They have withdrawn $35k fraudulently directly from our account despite them having our POS Systems shut down for weeks this month. &#10;&#10;There has been zero communication. They will not respond. I fear we have been defrauded by Clover and would recommend to stay as far as you can from this criminal corporation.

> **Cons**: The phone support is atrocious. Getting through to someone is a lengthy process and the technology doesn't always function as it should. My calls were disconnected and no one has ever followed up with me, so I go through the process all over again. It is still unresolved.

> Have made 4 calls with extreme wait times each time. I was tossed around from person to person and never got anywhere. After an hour of waiting and re-explaining the reason for my call, the line went dead. They ask for a call back\# in case you get disconnected but no one has ever called me back. I scheduled a call back and never received it.  It is difficult to communicate with many representatives. When you call, it is no surprise that they have to mention they won't tolerate abusive behavior. Very frustrating experience. There was a miscommunication and a device was sent to me in error and charged to an account that it should not have been charged to. When I called they said it couldn't be returned or refunded. When I got transferred to yet another dept, the line went dead. Now what?

> bad experience. DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH CLOVER. they overcharged one month fee, I called to claim the money back and was on hold for half hour. The customer service guy was not nice and helpful. He did not know what he talked about then he hung up on me. Very rude, nothing has been done, I still cant get the money back

> **Pros**: Very user friendly.   Easy read screen.  Easy to go back on payments and reprint.  Good support if needed.

> **Cons**: We can capture payment and redeem gift cards but cannot reprint receipt if customer takes both copies.  Does not show under transactions. It does not show sales and redemption of gift cards on settlement report. Would be great if it was intergrated.  Fyi we use Ackroo gift cards.
