Pros:

Comments: Support and staff are excellent to work with from [sensitive content hidden] on down! [sensitive content hidden] & Thanks for a great service.

Pros:

NextME first helped our municipality help get city services running again during the pandemic; keeping our staff and customers safe as possible during spacing precautions. Now after the pandemic, our customers and staff like it better than the old take a number and wait around old school way.

Cons:

It is very dependent upon network connectivity so make sure you have a sold and secure network or the app will not refresh in a timely manner.

Comments: Customer Service with NextMe has been really great. John looks into any issues and follows up appropriately.

Pros:

It is user friendly. It does not take long to train the staff on.

Cons:

It does not integrate into our software.

Comments: Great customer service by John.

Pros:

That it's ready to go not much modification is needed

Cons:

That couldn't have a cap for the queues we made. Which would have allowed consumers to sign up on their own for certain queues.

Comments: The best thing about it was John Yi actually visited our event place to make sure if everything is doing well which is super helpful.

Pros:

John did an amazing demo with our team to show how to use it! Super easy to use.

Cons:

Comments: My company hosted a fan convention with 800+ people and we used NextME to implement a waitlist into our celebrity autograph lines. It 100% transformed the convention game for us, and it removed the unnecessary waiting times that attendees were expecting. It also kept our autograph room calm and organized.

Pros:

This product was very easy and intuitive! We were able to teach it to our volunteers quickly. We also loved the customization of adding multiple list types. It works very well for our event.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I disliked about the software. Maybe the ability to remove the quoted time would be nice, but it was great.

Great for Events and Consumer Experience

Comments: This was perfect for our event. So happy we found it!

Pros:

Easy to use and to train Brand Ambassadors to use. Also the clients like the customization and data collected.

Cons:

Only that the user had to select which activation but I know that is being removed soon.

Quick, Functional, Helpful

Pros:

NextMe makes check-in a smooth and enjoyable process for the production team and event guests. We love to avoid having guests waiting in long lines and NextMe is the perfect solve! The NextMe team is quick, responsive, and makes the process so easy for our team to implement.

Cons:

I do wish there was a way to split the screen to have 1 iPad manage both guest notifications & check-in. Another huge bonus would be if there was a way for us to notify all guests at once.

Comments: Easy to use

Pros:

My client used this app to schedule hair appointments in their booth for attendees at a beauty expo. It was easy to use and helpful to manage the flow of traffic. Customer service was great! We will definitely use this again.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that i did not like

Functional, great support, could use more features.

Comments: Rather than have our customers wait in line, we want them spending money at the bar, arcade, or on food. Nextme has made that a reality.

Pros:

Ease of use, great responsive support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. Customers are able to sign up for different attraction's waitlists from anywhere in our building letting our customers spend money in other parts of the business instead of waiting in line.

Cons:

It doesn't give reliable estimates wait times for our team or customers, which means out team has to kind of make it up, and that results in poor customer interactions, we ultimately stopped showing the estimated wait time as it was upsetting more guests than helping. This could use some fine tuning. Additionally, it seems like certain setting can only be adjusted on the app, or the web portal, but not visa versa, they should really have all the setting on both platforms.

We have a true partnership and they always think about our best interests

Comments: With NextME, the process has become more efficient, so we need a smaller staff. Customers who leave their reviews online say they love the new system because it's very organized and lets them plan their wait time outside the restaurant. Positive reviews, in turn, bring even more customers to our restaurant.

Pros:

We have long waits, so we were writing people's names on paper and then calling their names. That sometimes created chaos, especially in summer, when the wait was 70–90 people. We tried buzzers at one point, but people would take them with them and lose them, so it was a big cost to our business. We wanted to automate this service, so we needed a vendor to help us. NextME created an app to simplify and improve the customer experience. Now, we can use people's phone numbers to notify them by text when their table is ready. Besides, customers can see the updates regarding their place in line, so they don’t have to stay inside the restaurant. The new feature of the app enables customers to pre-order pizza. We can tag the customer who has placed a pre-order, which makes the table turnover time faster.

Cons:

We have a true partnership and they always think about our best interests. I can't think of anything.

The NextME app really allows us to do things that we weren't able to do before

Comments: Staff estimates of wait times have improved dramatically since the engagement began, resulting in a significant increase in customer retention. NextME’s responsiveness and openness to constructive feedback make them a valuable partner.

Pros:

We wanted an easier way to manage our customer wait times. We're a small place so we always have some sort of a wait, and we tend to have longer waits on the weekends. Our old system was clunky. We were looking for something streamlined and easy to use. NextME created a mobile application that takes the name and the phone number of the customer waiting for a table. The customer receives a text message letting them know where they are in line and a notification when their table is ready. We've been using NextME on an iPad since its launch. Someone from their team comes to the store to help install each new update. They help our host run through the update, make sure it’s understood, and find out if we have any input. The app also provides analytics to the back of the house after every shift.

Cons:

I can't really think of anything we dislike about the software. It's very user friendly and easy to learn.

Comments: Over the past 4 years, NextMe has given incredible service and continues to innovate. I am very impressed that each year there is something new that creates more value and benefits for both our members and the team who is executing the event.

Pros:

The ease for both my team and the membership to use. We use this software for major events where lines can form. My using NextMe it allows my members to enjoy the event and have more family time and not have to wait in line to see Santa. My team loves it because it empowers our members to sign up for the waitlist themselves. This allows for easy execution and more efficiency at check in!!! Overall an outstanding platform, with great service and everything we need to give the best experience to our membership.

Cons:

There is nothing we don't like! NextMe provides the perfect blend of innovation with ease of use.

They’re dedicated to product quality and customer service

Comments: NextME's automatic system had a seamless transition and currently promotes customer loyalty. The quality solution has had only minimal bugs. NextME is communicative and dedicated to providing comprehensive service. The team offers on-site assistance and resolves issues quickly.

Pros:

Customer retention metrics perform well, according to NextME’s daily and weekly analytics. The automated system is easy for customers because they’re always on their phones. Bugs have been minimal. They’re dedicated to product quality and customer service.

Cons:

There were issues early on, but that’s expected with any new project. NextME has been an amazing partner; they keep us updated and do quick turnarounds. Most problems resulted from poor internet connections. That isn’t NextME’s fault, but they still come in the restaurant to help.

NextMe is a great partner!

Pros:

I love the ease of use of this software. We use it at two events a year and we don't always have the same staff running the software for us. It's so simple that it makes training easy for us. NextMe is also great about taking in customer feedback and implementing improvements - we appreciate that partnership so much.

Cons:

Still need to add a few more international countries to the texting capability

Tryout session check in

Comments: We put together a PDF with my logo and the QR code for the models of the tryout session to scan as they checked into the session. The ability to put models in a queue, interaction free, allowed me to focus my time and efforts on other parts of the session. I knew who all checked in and who was next in line.

Pros:

Great customer support getting setup and understanding my needs. Customization around my branding. The ability to see the waitlist on multiple devices so that more than one team member could see the list and check people in approriately.

Cons:

Not much, I had a simple use case and it was perfect. Definitely a repeat customer.
